Holy shit Mike.. this looks awesome, a lifted Bora.. well, its a Jetta in Canada, and Bora in Sweden, i really love the junkyard videos, its fantastic how much you know about cars.. keep it up..
@Mike Utoober 513,000 kilometres, Awsome! High mileage, ESPECIALLY for a Volkswagen. I knew when you said that was the mileage on it, that it had to be a manual transmission, & sure enough, it was. Volkswagen automatic transmissions are garbage, I would only buy their manuals. I bet you can do 200,000 more kilometres if you take really good mechanical care of it. The only other Volkswagen I have seen with that high of mileage was an 05 Golf TDI, with 470,000 kilometres, and YES, it was a manual as well. Manual transmission is key to any car lasting a long time.
the car has been great overall, i suspect i have had a transmission failure now though, it is getting fixed but even the manual transmissions fail after so long in these cars unfortunately
225/55R17 falken wildpeak trail AT. I didnt think they would look as good as they do honestly, i did have to run spacers to make them fit without rubbing on the strut
Hopefully it will be coming soon, it has developed a few issues and my goal is to sort them by July by myself to save some money and be able to reliably bring it to a car show 3 hours away from me
Looking good Mike!
Wow this looks amazing Mike!

Wagons are the best! North Americans are missing out on the best cars available in Europe.
Right? We always get screwed out of the cool cars. Everyone wants crossovers here for some reason
looks like an suv now
What size tires are those?
