Tip for new riders: These mod videos are great, and everyone will tell you what you should do to your new bike. HOWEVER! Ride the bike stock for a while and see what YOU think the bike needs. Aside from protection mods (skid plates, hand guards, etc.) everyone's tastes tend to differ on mods. What's right for someone, might not be right for you. Just ride it!
So true. Got a 2020 crf250l and only have done a radiator guard and skid plate. The bike is not underpowered unless you are a lard ass. Doesn’t need much else to be a great bike
Just got my 2020 cfr250l at age 50 and haven't been on a bike In 20 plus years/ this bike is amazing bone stock I dont care what anyone says if you can ride this bike can handle it / I'm 5"10- 220 pounds and it moves my ass well / flat land skid plate and hand guards and I'm doing it, I probably will upgrade the handle bars I'm I'm not one to drop a bike started riding at age 7 and had to put it aside do to finances and raising two kids but they are grown now and its dad's time out. This bike is amazing
I love my 250l. Bought the 2014 model brand new at the dealer, and out of the box, this bikes a bit of a slug. For starters, changing gearing is a quick and cheap way of being able to use second and third gear off-road, however, big gearing changes will affect your top speed. I personally changed my front to a 13 tooth and found it to be a happy medium. I also cut out the arrestor and snorkel for a little more airflow, and installed the EJK tuner. But by far, the most bang for your buck - a big bore kit. Some will say that it’s risky, but after I went about installing the BnB 305 kit, I would never go back. I’ve since converted back to stock gearing, and I’m able to ride off-road beautifully, and the power gain is night and day. The stock 250 motor I found to always have trouble maintaining highway speed, but with the upgrade, it’s been a dream. If you can tuck some money away to invest into a big bore, you won’t regret it. But make sure you send your fuel controller back to Dobek, otherwise the motor will run lean, and you will destroy your brand new top end. That is the main reason they fail. I’ve been running mine for 8000km now, and there hasn’t been a single hiccup
My wife just got me a brand new 250L for my birthday last thursday, best wife ever! I've been riding it like a madman and love it. Thanks for the helpful tips
Great video! Thank you! I bought my CRF250L two years ago new. It is the best bike I ever owned. It does everything I want it to do and with very minimal maintenance. I went with the 13-40 gearing and I works well on both dirt and street.
Dan Masterson i bought a 19 new. Got a pretty good deal. At first i was a bit unwowed. But now the bike is starting to grow on me. Its very capable. Im starting to put it places now in the woods
Thanks for the great video. I started out with the 2013 model, traded up to the 2017 model for the better exhaust and larger throttle body. That bike is even better. Immediately changed to the 13/42 gearing and you are right, it makes a definite difference. One thing you might want to inform your viewers of, you need to install a speedo healer to compensate for the different gearing or your speedometer and odometer will be way off. I installed the SpeedoDRD healer and it works great. The only tricky part of the install is getting at the plug you have to disconnect to plug in the healer but there are videos on line as to how to go about that. Get some long needle nose pliers and a good long flat blade screwdriver for the job. Going to try your exhaust and fuel programmer mods.
Just to add to the sprocket size conversation. As any 250L owner knows, the 14/40 gearing is absolutely lethargic and renders 6th gear pretty much useless. The 13/42 gearing (like AD's bike) is perfect for the dirt-oriented rider. Plenty of low-end power for ripping around and the more technical stuff. With that said, if you are like me (a 50/50 dual sport guy), the 13/42 puts 55mph @ ~7k RPM (pretty much screaming for the 250L). Alternatively, a 14/42 gearing will get up to 55mph @ ~5k RPM which is very comfortable for longer highway rides. For someone who wants to still keep a highway comfortable bike, 14/42 is a good compromise.
I’ve had my 19 couple months & want to try the 14/42. But will probably also get the 12 o’clock labs speedometer computer. Woodzman (UA-cam channel) recommends keeping 14t & adding teeth to rear.
thanks for the info, just got mine, stock gearing. I'm new to off roading (but already done enough to drop it a few times) but am planning to do some traveling so quite a few highway miles. Can you tell me what the top (true) speed is with 13/42 as well as the 14/42?
Great summary. I didn t go for the ecu ejk, i just did, 5 holes in the air box for added air intake, change the chain and sprocket for better road and highway and off/road extra and put hand guard for added stability and less wobble at speed . i still ride the bike back country here in south africa and that little horse is happy. Better tire will help but i finished an light enduro with the stock IRC, i finished 4th and did 86 kms with the tank, so flat out almost everywhere. When on roads again i fitted road tires . It is not a race bike so, i compromise between reliability and miles for smiles.
You tell it like it is, in the 70’s it was a old rule 90% rider 10% bike, the CRF 250 L is a good all around Bike, keep up with the good videos and Info, great job 👍
Taking off the spark arrestor on this bike when you live in California is definitely a no-gobut great video none the less, I'm looking at picking one up, I was looking at a Chinese tt250 but to be honest for political reasons I'd rather support Japan
Japanese bikes no matter the make will never steer you wrong, pay the extra money for reliability. Chinese bikes are cheap because they reverse engineer everything and make parts impossible to work on.
I bought a used crf250l. My mods include removing the fmf muffler and installing a real honda one. I also removed the hagon shock and installed a honda one. I removed the barkbusters and returned the handle bars back to the original design. I removed the fuel injection controller and returned the bike to new status. Bike now is quieter and it runs great. 1800.00 dollars to return everything to stock. I even went back to the stock tires. All of the junk...i sold at a garage sale last saturday.
Yes...the hagon shock was so stiff that i could not ride the bike. The fmf exhaust was too loud and provided such a small power increase that it was not worth it.. the ejk injection controller caused more problems than it was worth. Once I returned the bike to stock, its ridability was improved. Its all stock now.. i even reinstalled the lobster tail tail light. I love the bike stock...just love it! I sold the fmf pipe for a hundred bucks...sold the ejk for 50.00... bark busters..i just threw that cheap stuff in the trash.
You can’t get rid of the CRF but you should go through it and re-grease everything over the winter just to freshen it up like linkage and steering stem
I don't even own a CRF but watched anyways. I'm tired of how big everyone says your bike needs to be. Rode my DR650 across Canada with a bunch of Goldwings on the longest charity ride in the world - over 10,000 miles round trip. I bought a CB300R after the new rider i tried to convince to buy it said it was too small. Love the Honda engine so much I want it in a dual sport and the CRF is it albeit with an 8mm shorter stroke.
Been cruising forums online. Cb300r parts match our engine. Check out the diy stroker kit. It's all plug and play pretty much. You may be interested 😎 it will turn you bike into 285L.
I noticed the layout of crank case and head shape looks a lot like my cb1000r curvature. Seems like stick with what works, these bikes have 10:7 compression which is crazy power!
If you take out the spark arrestor out of the stock muffler and your rear turn signals on you will melt the right rear turn signal. If you go to a hardware store you can get a mesh stainless steel sink strainer. Take off the muffler end place the strainer over the holes and take a phillips screw driver or an awl and open up the mesh to place screws back in.
Great vid and I agree with all your mods, it's a great recipe and have the exact same ones on my 250l, just have the fmf mega bomb header and muffler. Like what was commented about the judder spring, I noticed a huge difference, but I replaced the small judder friction disc with a full size one and barrnet springs. I didn't realize how bad the clutch was until I changed it. And can't echo enough of what you said about the bars, CRhigh bends FTW. Keep the vids coming! I'm still waiting for Duke wheelies😎
what ever you might say...…...I got 36,000 miles on my 2013 crf250l …..it is a great bike ...hand guards, skid plate, different exhaust, 80/20 tires ….best bike ever had......
Great video I picked on up from the dealer in Knoxville for $2,999 with 8k in damn good condition with exhaust and a ejk just ordered 13,42t sprockets and a speedodrd so far love it like crazy and am soon ordering some super moto mods wheels tires brakes 😅 love yr videos great bike will run forever very over looked bike might doo stage one cam at some point just trying to experience the journey.
Love the K760 Trackmaster front! Sticking with it for sure. Do yourself a favor, try a MotoZ Tractionater on the rear! We ride similar stuff and about the same mix of dirt/street, it will outlast the Trackmaster rear and outperform it by a long shot! You’re dead on about tires being the best mod followed very closely by lowering the gearing. Nothing is going to wake up a little two-fiddy like dropping them ratios!🤘🏼
Hey great bike . I have the same one with a few extras. Dirtstar rims and Talon hubs and the most important mod was my suspension front and rear Race Tech suspension. It handles so much better off road. Also a bunch of other non essential mods. But your 13/42 gearing is right on the money.
I run the d606 on mine give them ago mate !! I’m 46 been riding since I was 6 owned more bikes then I can remember couldn’t agree more absolutely love my 250L👍
Definitely doing the muffler mod this spring, I already switched the sprockets last year, big help. Haven't messed with the tires yet cause I want to get what I can out of the stock ones first
There not heavy there perfect bike for greelaing and enduro riding for fun as long as your not racing these little crf are perfect. I ride a heavy xt 660 but wow there also so much fun great video keep up the great work mate
Awesome video. I love my 250L and can’t wait to get that EJK. I want to so badly ride with ya some day! You definitely should come to Indiana to the badlands in Attica one day!
Nice update. I have a Rally and I really don’t like first gear [too short] but everybody seems to advocate making it even shorter. What’s first like Dude when you shorten up the gearing? [Can I call you Dude?]
Dear Adventure Daily, Thank you for your no nonsense video on the CRF. You will be happy to hear, that after a long search, I just found on facebook market place a 2020 Honda CRF 250L with 595 miles on it in mint condition. The machine is flawless! My question for you is I want to begin by changing out the sprockets to your recommendation of 13/42. I live in rough mountain terrain with mostly rocky trails. I could use more torque in climbing these trails. Will the current chain length be OK, or do I need a longer chain than what the current stock 520 14/40? With only 600 miles on the chain, I did not think it needed to be replaced. Thank you for your expertise. Mike in El Paso TX
Just bought front and rear sprockets from your link. :) Tried to get the fuel injection but wouldn't work with my 2019 model. Other than that I'm stoked! Thx again man.
I've got a crf250 and installed a cbr250 engine, it's slightly better, has forged piston and what not and it's black so looks a lot better in my opinion 😁
Sooo, I agree with all these mods. Already did the EJK, track masters, spark arrester and air intake holes and have a 13 tooth front sprocket and will be adding the 42. What are your thoughts on the suspension? I feel it’s a bit squishy and could use some stiffening up. Any suggestions that won’t break the budget?
GREAT VIDEO and very helpful! I have done a fair bit of research to try to better understand my Big Gun Powerbox fitted to my Honda CRF250L, but I still have some questions...I currently have a relatively stock Honda CRF250L - so would fitting my Powerbox do 'anything' for me? (I understand that fitting these unit to adjust the mapping and fuel rate of the injectors is usually done because owners want to increase the air in or exhaust out) So fitting this to a stock bike with no increase to air in or change of exhaust, would not do anything right?? Plus where would I get the setting from for this?? (So what numbers should be set for Green, Amber and Red). I think that I now understand that I do not need to manually adjust the mode of the bike for the style of riding that I am doing...this unit is doing that for me automatically...?? Can I reset all setting to default for my bike? I presume that the unit I have would have been setup solely for my bike (it came with it) and have the correct plugs, so surely it can't be wrong. But it there a factory reset on this device to clear any previous configuration? Can I just remove the stock baffle from my exhaust and increase the air out side, also the snorkel to increase air in...if so what would the Green, Amber and Red settings need to be then?? Is there an online source for calculating these numbers based on different exhausts and scenarios?? Sorry for all the questions, and if you're able to give me some guidance, I'd really be rather grateful.
Yo brotha so I'm about to need new tires on my 2014 crf250l and been looking online and saw alot of hate for Kenda tires for a 85/15 street/dirt riding, that it handles really poorly on pavement. Do you have any experience with d606 or shinko 244s? I have a IRC GP22 in the rear and it didn't last very long. I would appreciate the advice! You're the reason I got a CRF250L 👊🏾
My first mod to my 2020 CRF250L was a new helmet, Kevlar reinforced jacket and gloves. I am only 5’6” and 140ish and this bike can do 65 / 70 no problem stock. I don’t need more power per say. My complaint is the small fuel tank and my first mod is going to be a 3.5 gallon tank.
Dude I been watching his vids. Ordered All the mods that he pretty much have, Skid and Rad and Hand guards, EJK, Full exhaust, Upgraded tires with rims (Off road), Hand grips, Fat bar, LED head light, etc need it put it all on the bike when I get it 🤙🏾😌 happy happy happy.!
I'm looking to buy one of these soon. I gotta sell my 1995 Honda XL 250 Degree which has 63,000 km on it and runs like new and still looks great. But I want something newer and a little higher in the seat.
What about all the suspension mods? Big bore kit? Head swap? Titanium valves?!!!! Its impossible to have fun on this bike, watch any other you tube video out there but yours! Hahaha, seriously though, been watching you and your girl for 2 weeks straight, picking up my new 2019 in 6hrs and 30 minutes!
Awesome! I have a Japanese ECU for mine that I have yet to install. The mapping supposedly gives it a mid and top end boost. But they say you have to run premium fuel with it. Which I don’t really understand why. Great that yours came with the ejk though. I reckon I should do your sprocket suggestion though, to get a little more torque in the low end. A very experimental gentleman on the forums did dyno runs on a fully open airbox, and closed as normal, with his aftermarket exhaust, and there was no difference in the curve. They were identical, so his conclusion, for his setup, was that the airbox drilling or snorkel augmenting mods would not be worth the effort. For what it is worth. Love the vids as always, bud! Thanks!
Be really careful about which fuels you use with ecu's. What an ecu does is change the ignition timing (when the spark plug goes off) so if you don't run race fuel with that ecu it could end badly.
Thanks for the great video! I'm considering a 250L for my kid. He's almost 6'-2". I've heard the ergonomics on the 250L are great for shorter riders. Any thoughts on this bike for tall riders? I was leaning towards the WR because of the height issue, but if I can save some money with the 250L then I'm in. The WR seems to be designed for more experienced rider or taller. What do you think?
CRF250L or a KTM 350 EXC-F? I just don't know what to get. Rode when I was a kid on a CR125 and want to get back into it with my teenage son. If I mod out the CRF250L will and change out the gearing will it feel like it has 30HP?? I just don't want to regret not having enough power for the hard pack and single track stuff in Utah... Thoughts? 45 Years Old and weigh about 220.
Question, with the new handlebar can you put the speedometer on it? Sorry if it’s a rookie question this is going to be my first bike. Edit: Also is the EJK only if you do a exhaust mod or will it help the bike in general?
ktm 250 excf 1. vortex ecu 2. Pro billet with SPARK ARRSTOR BECAUSE ONLY YOU CAN PREVENT FORREST FIRES! 3.de smog 4.re gear 5 airbox pre filter holes with 6. Wheelie past 250l which my bikes does stock brapppp.
I heard it doesn’t do much in relation to losing top speed. Maybe a few mph but how many people are riding on the street at full speed anyway. Seems like majority of people enjoying having the extra torque up front.
Get the kenda just look up duel sport kenda. It’s also a 90 10 I have it on my street legal 2007 kx450f and it’s performed very well I’ve had it for half a year and have done lots of street riding and it hasnt warn to much and it grips amazing offroad
im thinking of getting the 2019 one very soon, have you seen or rode one? should it still need these mods or did honda already include some performance parts straight out the factory?
Erick Garay no their basically the same I would recommend getting a used one then upgrading it. That’s what I did. I bought a 2015 then upgraded way worth it then buying new
So I got my bike and it’s bone stock I very much enjoy it I don’t do highway riding but I definitely love going down the road at 70mph+ however I want more low end torque and don’t wanna give up my top speed would a 13/42 setup kill the top speed or would it be around the same just with more torque
I’m happy with the power gains of my 13/42.. but I’m putting in a Lexx spark arrestor and NOT touching the airbox.. I wouldn’t need a ejk for just a spark arrestor right?
Tip for new riders: These mod videos are great, and everyone will tell you what you should do to your new bike. HOWEVER! Ride the bike stock for a while and see what YOU think the bike needs. Aside from protection mods (skid plates, hand guards, etc.) everyone's tastes tend to differ on mods. What's right for someone, might not be right for you. Just ride it!
good point
Very very good advise! No need to mod if you're still excited about how it rides stock 😎 if that isn't the case you bought yourself the wrong ride.
.. First the protection mods(handguards, skid, radiator guard,.. Head light bulb ..and rack..
So true. Got a 2020 crf250l and only have done a radiator guard and skid plate. The bike is not underpowered unless you are a lard ass. Doesn’t need much else to be a great bike

How does different sprocket gearing affect your speedometer? Doesn't speedometer info come from front tire?
@@paulzak7660 no idea but it sure does throw it off. Mines out about 5mph ro 7 nph low. So ro do 60 i jave to do 65 to 67

Don’t do it
best performance mod, a clean airfilter :P
Truth😂
26k miles on mine . Still runs strong . D606 rear is great , front is scary on roads. Thanks for the tips !

Been eyeing the 250L for my light adv / touring / dual sporting and this vid is starting to convince me to get the 250L.
I've been debating for ages......finally got one today, in the middle of Canadian winter....lol

I just found a 2014 crf250L today with 1400 miles for 3300 bucks. Stoked..
Congrats!!
wow - your shop is cleaner than my living room.
Reno Simpson 😂you sound like my wife

Awesome bike, I’m loving mine. I have all those mod’s except the bar risers. Will post my EJK setting soon.
I might someday! That’s awesome to hear, keep on ripping!
I love running those Kenda's on both my dirtbikes!
Definitely doing the muffler mod this spring, I already switched the sprockets last year, big help. Haven't messed with the tires yet cause I want to get what I can out of the stock ones first
have all the same things on my 2018,power bomb,,fmf,,,ejk,,airbox mod-k&n,amsoil oil,,,guy put knobbies on it,as he was 90% dirt,,,also love the bike
Thanks man for all the good tips.
Keep up the good work and keep on keeping on✌
There not heavy there perfect bike for greelaing and enduro riding for fun as long as your not racing these little crf are perfect. I ride a heavy xt 660 but wow there also so much fun great video keep up the great work mate
Awesome video. I love my 250L and can’t wait to get that EJK. I want to so badly ride with ya some day! You definitely should come to Indiana to the badlands in Attica one day!
Love my CRF 250l. Great ideas for some modifications.thank you
Great bike. I just bought one today. I’ll be definitely axing your mods.
Nice update. I have a Rally and I really don’t like first gear [too short] but everybody seems to advocate making it even shorter. What’s first like Dude when you shorten up the gearing? [Can I call you Dude?]
Nice job! I ride a 2013, 13/40 sprockets, Kenda 270's work for my 50/50 riding.
Great info, many thanks. Can't wait to see more of the mods you've done.
Just bought front and rear sprockets from your link. :)
Tried to get the fuel injection but wouldn't work with my 2019 model. Other than that I'm stoked! Thx again man.
I hope you enjoy!!
What is the fuel injection for?
Sweet video man cant wait for more
Sub'd! ... from a new 250L rider.
🖐️👍😉 dude.. found.it really interesting love this video nice.work from R1 Greg 👊🤪👌
Dope outro!!!
Have you rode the 250l rally? And if so, do you like it? Thanks!!
Awesome job! You da man 🤘awesome footage at the beginning too 👍
Would you recommend this bike for a brand new rider + first dirt bike purchase ?!
Absolutely!!
Next top 5 kx100 mods
Great video. Thanks for sharing your thoughts.
Good call Tanner, the 250L is a beast of burden; I'm amazed by the abuse these bikes take and keep getting back up. #WorkHorse
(I understand that fitting these unit to adjust the mapping and fuel rate of the injectors is usually done because owners want to increase the air in or exhaust out)
So fitting this to a stock bike with no increase to air in or change of exhaust, would not do anything right??
Big fan from Nepal🇳🇵🇳🇵🇳🇵🇳🇵
My first mod to my 2020 CRF250L was a new helmet, Kevlar reinforced jacket and gloves. I am only 5’6” and 140ish and this bike can do 65 / 70 no problem stock. I don’t need more power per say. My complaint is the small fuel tank and my first mod is going to be a 3.5 gallon tank.
is the thank 3.5gal tank
pnp
Dude, I'm buying one tomorrow morning. This morning actually.
Funny I just bought a brand new 250l rally. It'll be here next Friday. Have fun
@@refutable2026 Funny I bought a 2020 250l Black 3.5 weeks ago.. i just waiting for the ferry to go in..LOL
@@loyalmoses1677 that bike is a lot of fun
Dude I been watching his vids.
Ordered All the mods that he pretty much have, Skid and Rad and Hand guards, EJK, Full exhaust, Upgraded tires with rims (Off road), Hand grips, Fat bar, LED head light, etc need it put it all on the bike when I get it 🤙🏾😌 happy happy happy.!
@@loyalmoses1677 damn only if we could ride together
I'm looking to buy one of these soon. I gotta sell my 1995 Honda XL 250 Degree which has 63,000 km on it and runs like new and still looks great. But I want something newer and a little higher in the seat.
The Honda 250l or 300l are my dream bikes. I originally wanted a grom but these are like a grom but can off road
No questions but I’d love to ride with you! Next time you’re in central Florida, me and my ‘17 crf250l will join you!
I’ve got the same bike, just about to get it on the road
Great vid! Thanks.
Getting rid of the baffle completely makes it pretty damn loud! Too loud for me is saying somthing.
⛽ Another great review. Thank you for sharing. Do you use any soft panniers rack for the crf250l ? 👍
Thanks for this video!
Heck yes 82
What about all the suspension mods? Big bore kit? Head swap? Titanium valves?!!!! Its impossible to have fun on this bike, watch any other you tube video out there but yours! Hahaha, seriously though, been watching you and your girl for 2 weeks straight, picking up my new 2019 in 6hrs and 30 minutes!
Man you need to come to South Carolina or somewhere near so we can ride
Man, I run premium fuel in all my bike's !
What a great video!
Glad you enjoyed it!
Wow, 13 Front sprocket.. do you have any issues with the chain riding/wearing out the chain slider (or anything else) then? Thanks for the vid!!!
A 13T front does not increase the slider wear significantly. Just inspect it as usual and you will be fine.
@@stadce Is that true Seth? It's tons easier than putting a 42 on back...but still think that's where I'm headed.
Rick Nelson no issues with a 13T. Just make sure chsins adjusted to spec
250l rally is not bad I’m 6,3… did you end up buying one?
CRF250L or a KTM 350 EXC-F? I just don't know what to get. Rode when I was a kid on a CR125 and want to get back into it with my teenage son. If I mod out the CRF250L will and change out the gearing will it feel like it has 30HP?? I just don't want to regret not having enough power for the hard pack and single track stuff in Utah... Thoughts? 45 Years Old and weigh about 220.
Two completely different machines but for the riding you mentioned I would definitely go with the Pumpkin.
Just bought a crf 250l 2018 model last night. Completly stock so plenty to do to it.
I think im gonna buy one too still keeping my drz tho
William Wagner owned both. The crf is more capable in the tight n technical.
Question, with the new handlebar can you put the speedometer on it? Sorry if it’s a rookie question this is going to be my first bike.
Edit: Also is the EJK only if you do a exhaust mod or will it help the bike in general?
ktm 250 excf
1. vortex ecu
2. Pro billet with SPARK ARRSTOR BECAUSE ONLY YOU CAN PREVENT FORREST FIRES!
3.de smog
4.re gear
5 airbox pre filter holes with
6. Wheelie past 250l which my bikes does stock brapppp.
Building my L right now but waiting on new gearing. What chain length did you have to go to after the sprocket install?
I need the same answer 😊
Thanks so much for this info! As you know, a CRF250L is in my future! Do you need to change the chain when going to the 13/42 gearing!
I change mine i didnt have any issue i trow a big gun pipe sounds sick im a 43 year old kid
Nice video. Using the Pro Taper mounts and bars you recommend, do you have to lengthen any cables?
My friend did the same bar and risers as was shown in the video and he did not have to change cable lengths at all
Couldn’t decide between the 250l or drz. I’m going with the 250L
How did it go? I had a DRZ and hated the handling of it
Great video thank you . I’m looking at a 2018 250 rally is at the same engine as yours? Its a cbr 250 engine did u say? Cheers
Whats the top speed going to be after doing a switch from original sprocket size to 13-42?
13T 42T +11.6% Torque, -11.6% Speed (Stock is 14-40)
I heard it doesn’t do much in relation to losing top speed.
Thanks for the info!!!!! 🤙🤙🤙
very useful, unfortunately I don't have one crf 250..
YOU ARE MY FAVORITE
im thinking of getting the 2019 one very soon, have you seen or rode one? should it still need these mods or did honda already include some performance parts straight out the factory?
Erick Garay no their basically the same I would recommend getting a used one then upgrading it. That’s what I did. I bought a 2015 then upgraded way worth it then buying new
I Love my CRF250L
So I got my bike and it’s bone stock I very much enjoy it I don’t do highway riding but I definitely love going down the road at 70mph+ however I want more low end torque and don’t wanna give up my top speed would a 13/42 setup kill the top speed or would it be around the same just with more torque
Do you have an opinion on a larger tank? I am looking at the IMS 3.5 gal tank
I’m happy with the power gains of my 13/42.. but I’m putting in a Lexx spark arrestor and NOT touching the airbox.. I wouldn’t need a ejk for just a spark arrestor right?
I have one and I need help getting it back running
