The thing about msg is; good or bad for you, it naturally occurs in Oyster sauce, fish sauce, Worcestershire (which is anchovy sauce)…. These are high is glutamate. Making foods tasty. I would never add msg if I could use these natural sauces.
finally someone who makes fried rice by cooking the meat on its own first and the scrambled eggs and put those aside before making the fried rice and tossing in those two. I've always cooked my fried rice this way too, allows the rice to soak in all the aromatics and flavors better
