Your work is very important and helps a lot of people, but the tinnitus community needs to move and raise awareness of how terrible this condition is at certain levels, mine can be considered moderate/severe. We urgently need more research, more scientists and more politicians who invest billions in research. I have no hearing loss, everything is normal and the tinnitus continues.

Since the tinnitus caused by hearing loss, my neck and shoulders have been heavy and I can't control my neck even when I'm sitting down. Orthopaedics say it's because of straight necks and stress, but I can't make it..
Should I make tinnitus a habit to improve this neck problem..?
tinnitus makes me suffer enough, but the same is true of neck pain.

Helping ease the neckpain will help the tinnitus subside and following the practices on my app www.quietenapp.com will help too. Please go to the First Things First section and watch the videos there and follow the techniques. Please get in touch if you need support and further information via email: info@juliancowanhill.co.uk Wishing you a steady recovery. Best wishes Julian

"Home Trigger Point Therapy for Tinnitus, Headache, and TMJD - thorough EVALUATION ONLY revised" open this video, apply this for relief. For the mental part follow Julian's videos. Follow orthopedics or chiropractors and physiotheraphy, for posture and neck, do only the exercises that your practicioners suggest. Best suggestion I got from Julian is that sense of "well-being" that puts you out of the drama you're creating around yourself. Meditation is good for it. Love and peace.

My Dog is cuerretly dying and I'm here sat in the same room watching her sleep etc. On pain kilerrs ect. It never ends endless pain and suffering in life. I wish I was a psychopath with no emotion (joke). Tinnitus and Hyperacusis don't help!
