Wow! That story seriously amazed me! I'm not one to dwell or carry things on but this made me realise that I know quite a few people around me who do!! At the end of the day your either going to be disliked/hated for something you do or achieve or be appreciated & noticed for that something you do or achieve. All that matters is that you should appreciate yourself and be proud, weather you've lost weight (like myself), done something you've never done before, or became more confident, or even anything! 'Just be happy, positive and motivated with yourself'.X

Great video! I used to be a lot more negative however I met my boyfriend who is quite the opposite. I think people also forget that negativity and positivity can be contagious so now I always try and be more optimistic. I have given up chocolate now for 9 days and alcohol (easy peasy!) for 2 weeks - doing it for Jan. I didn't think I could manage a few days without chocolate so I am already pleased with my progress :)

I'm now signed up for the Moonwalk walking marathon this year but....I still feel like I need to lose weight or tone up and I know I'm being overly critical of myself. Great video! I've seen the documentary made based on "The secret", and even though I found it a bit too "holy" (in lack of a better word) it changed my attitude almost instantly, and everything seems easier to deal with and life is a lot more fun!
I started training now after a few good years of pause. I am struggling with how long should I wait to eat after a work out considering that I go to the gym straight after work and I by the time I arrive home is already 20:30. I worry that instead of getting fit I will put on weight as I am starving at that hour. What would you advise?
I was a bit overweight, and started going to the gym with a friend. And we both lost a lot of weight. I'm now happy with my body, of couse you can always improve. But compared of how I looked, I'm really satisfied. And my friend made like a huuge change and she is never happy with her body It makes me sad when people is negative :(

I'm 15 years old and already in pretty fantastic shape. I try to find out what I should be doing to get optimal results for my age. I'm overwhelmed by info from all places, each contradicting the other over and over and I don't know what to trust! Please make a video for what teenagers should be doing to get the best results for building and strengthening muscles, as well as just overall health. Thank you for reminding me that I NEED to enjoy the journey with losing weight. Lost 50lb and still not happy with my body still. I still have yet to enjoy that I have lost that much. My mind set still is at fat girl I guess & have not reach my goal yet so felt should not enjoy it.

How do you find good support and how do you avoid being depend on people for motivation? I find that when people are not pushing me to do better I lose the battle. I am not weak but this is a big issue for me.

I'm a paraplegic and use to love working out but didn't really learn a lot about nutrition and it really would come in handy knowing what foods help my body more than harming it. Haha! Hi guys I'd really appreciate some quick advice, I've recently started to exercise again, mainly body weight. Every time I do any type of lunge I get a really sharp pain in my left glutes, so much so it stops me from performing the exercise fully, it is only the left side. Are there any stretches I can do to help?
