I've been robbed twice in one month. Unless you spend money on security it could happen frequently and it's not just about robbing you, most robberies happen purely to do you harm, especially if you're a farmer. Tied to pole, forced to watch as wife and kids get raped. Acid thrown down your throat. Torture goes hand in hand with these robberies and our government will do everything to avoid people hearing about it, especially tourists and investors. Ask Justin Bieber, he got robbed twice too. We're governed by a crime syndicate. 😕
Glad to hear you have never experienced this. I have multiple times, where ppl go up and down the traffic sitting at a standstill in rush hour, so you have nowhere to go and can't avoid it, and watch ppl going from car to car smashing windows and stealing jewellery off yr body, cellphones, handbags, jackets. A trip home and to work everyday was absolutely traumatising as there are folks trying to sell you things at every robot. So you never know when you are going to be targeted again. My travel was 2 hrs to work and again in the evening. 4 hrs a day of paranoia and PTSD. Just an everyday, every moment risk you take....
@@lornalong6468 sorry to hear that I have never experienced it but I guess there are probably hotspots where these things happen more often then other places. I hope you heal with time 🙏 . I'm also lucky that I am a man I'm probably less likely to be targeted. Take care ❤

I’m a South African I know my culture and history !!*
Yeah maybe it wasn’t the first language ever in South Africa
But it was the first language to be used and recognized all over!!*
Zulu is the most spoken and recognized now !*
And Afrikaans isn’t a tribal language!!*
It is a culture yes
But Afrikaans people don’t live in tribes!*
The way zulu ,xhosa venda and so on and so forth life
So you can’t say that it is a tribal language
A tribe. A notional form of human social organization based on a set of smaller groups (known as bands), having temporary or permanent political integration, and defined by traditions of common descent, language, culture, and ideology.
Afrikaans is a tribe and a tribal language. Unless you're saying Afrikaaners are not human. 🤷♂️
@@biancabooyens3408 What's your definition of tribe? Just because there's a keyboard next to you it doesn't mean just type type type.

The 'give them something' is a myth, they will come and get the rest,
it is showing weakness and predators sense that.

Crime in South Africa?
High
You have to be street smart also
I've been robbed twice in one month. 😕
U're talking like SA is full of serial killers and brilliant criminals
U jst have to be street smart to survive in S.A
Will I get jumped if I’m white and blond?

Smash and grab is not that common
Its actually tge least common crime in SA, i think someone has been feeding him horror stories.
Take care ❤

Kota is horrible...& Many people mistake it with Bunny Chow.... Bunny Chow is really good.. it's more popular in Durban
👀
@@kabelomakokoane9843 yeepp...Kota is so so unhealthy
Really??? In Durban everything is mono test, so spicy that you can't say if you are eating mutton or chicken, better in Johannesburg, anyway a bunny chow cost over 40 bucks a kota is about 15 rand and they are completely different. Durban food really, really sucks.
If you want to eat the best indian food (indian is just a way to say, really indian food is another level) go to Razia in Springs, Gauteng.
