Drew and I really like the Launch Deck. Every golfer should have it because it WORKS to fix your specific issue. here is special link for a discount I arranged aspireiq.go2cloud.org/SH65M
Be better golf is the best you tube instruction on the web. I’m guilty of watching too much golf videos. I had to clear my mind now I only watch Be Better Golf. I do not agree with all of Brandon’s co hosts but these with Drew are pure GOLD. thanks!
Ha, love your teaching.....now your tell me about injury....been increasing speed nicely via Drew, Dr. Kwon, BBG coaching...torn posterior deltoid from trying to keep speed up in heavy rough.
Wow you guys covered a ton of good information in this video. Not being a spring chicken anymore presents a lot of loss of power issues. My biggest take away is the incremental increases in building power back into your swing. Great video guys...!!
Yes Kathryn you did nail. When Brandon tells you that you picked up one of the important aspects of this instruction you nailed it. I’m a 67 year old golfer tray to maintain and not loose any more distance. My swing coach made me a long PVC pipe to swing every day. Well I over did it and now am in PT fixing a shoulder injury. So slow progress is good progress.
Brandon, great post. I like how you had Drew lay out the 3 movements that will have max impact. One thing I've worked on quite a bit is flexibility. When I'm motivated I stretch for 30 min in the morning and evening. Have you had anyone on that gets into flexibility/stretching? If you have already, I'll look again at your videos. Thanks!
It’s not that stretching isn’t a good thing, it’s just that proper strength training can aid mobility as much or more than standard static stretching. Now, if you can get through a solid warm up/dynamic mobility, and some general full ROM strength training, and have time for static stretching, then by all means add it. I would just get the other stuff first if able.
I’m swinging harder on the range, do my usual sit ups, pull ups, push ups, and some stuff for my back. My biggest concern is for my technique - full shot, partial wedges, chips, putts, and sand. I’m more focused on precision than power. But power is good too. I’d like to see some course management videos. Maybe based on power - like player that hits 300 yard drive does this, player that hits 250 yard drive does this, etc.
I can almost guarantee you… he was. He is the less than 0.1% golfer that’s able to do this. All long drivers (99%) have always been capable of hitting it far. Not necessarily with the correct technique yet.
Excellent video. And I like the way you keep lots of experts coming back to the channel. But why the clickbait? A guaranteed 10mph. Thanks. I'll add it to all the others. I should swing much faster than Drew Cooper by now but for some reason I can't.
Sad that golf has devolved into this nonsense. John Erickson is 100% correct when he said golf is no longer a game, it’s been turned into a sport. What a shame. See tennis.

Drew is the man. Easiest looking 200+mph ball speed
So true.

Drew's swing is so PURE
solid, simple advice. Love it!

I'd argue you already were injuring & tearing yourself and eventually it just happened at too much resistance. Like drew said, dose is the problem

Nailed it

@jeffadams5413 I'm 68 and never a long hitter. I've lost 20 yards with driver since last year (180 down to 160). Can't play good golf any more.
Yes!!!! Drew is back
17:51 thought he said something else haha
Fantastic info. Thanks, gents.
Our pleasure!

I will have to ask Drew because a lot of coaches are now saying stretching is not the thing to do anymore

@@D_cooper86 makes sense to me. Strength first, w/dynamic ROM.
*Thank you both for doing this. Naughty by Nature O.P.P. who loves it!*
Glad you enjoy it!

Your lefty swing looks pretty good!
Lol, can’t hit it at all lefty. So bad
Pressure shifts 💯 🏄♂️
Infomercial nightmare trying to buy the thing. Hank Haney Hell.
Damn, sorry to hear that
What’s the device u use to see wing speed ? How much does it cost
Can you ask Drew when he was young did he have speed and also when did he start swinging fast?
I can almost guarantee you… he was. He is the less than 0.1% golfer that’s able to do this. All long drivers (99%) have always been capable of hitting it far. Not necessarily with the correct technique yet.
What's "anti rotation"?
Resisting rotation. So like a cable exercise that pull your hands to the side and TTYs to twist your trunk but you stay straightforward

Lots of gold tidbits in here
Can he putt 😀
lets get fast speed. But cant shoot a 63. Okay.................. lets go.
360P...really?
4K, it is processing. Sorry about that!
@@BEBETTERGOLF No reason to be sorry i'm just giving you the gears.
@@BEBETTERGOLF I have not been able to play golf in six years Due to injuries that I will never get over however I still enjoy your channel.
@@mikegreene8461 Sorry to hear that and thanks so much for watching. We don't know how lucky we are!
@@mikegreene8461You are not alone, not being able to play has been very difficult. Joints just wear out and the arthritis kicks in .
