We still want yall to tour here in the states! Tell Ren he can also do his own solo thing too and whatever else yall been working on! Yall just come tour !
If you check out more of the Big Push - you'll see all of them shine. All three of the guitarists sing and are super-uber talented in their own right, Gorran and Romain have amazing voices that they pick for different songs. They have incredible chemistry together, super fun to watch! You're only a handful songs in - there are 30+ songs from Ren, the Big Push, collabs with Chinchilla, Eden Nash, Venebee and Sam Tompkins that are great fun, deep and incredible in every way! It only gets better!
I was never a person who spent almost any time watching reaction channels before I stumbled into Ren's stuff maybe a month ago, and part of the journey of discovering Ren's music has been the truly enjoyable *UA-cam reactors* I've found along the way. Thank you two so much for being a part of that - I'm not sure how many reaction videos I'll end up watching as time goes on, but man have I enjoyed watching you two discover and discuss Ren's stuff. I actually really enjoy the format of your videos with the kind-of "formal" review at the end too. Your chemistry as friends is really great on screen.
The Big Push have some really good videos for original songs on their channel also. Such as Dignity, Precious, Why My Woman, Sweet Little Lady, It's Alright etc. Way more than just a covers band!
Agreed. He ain't giving anybody a chance to deny hiim, his G is too futuristic for all that. He coming correct from the womb to the tomb, couldn't have improved that performance for me in any way. I understand what he's relaying and I believe him.
Just found u guys and subbed for life, authentic, real and most importantly honest. Something for you though, here in the UK Jamaican nusic is almost like subculture at this point in time it's become ingrained in society and music here. He's not trying to impersonate Bob Marley he's expressing himself with what's now become part of us. When you get round to illest of our time listen, I mean really listen. That's a fk you and punch in the face rap but the beat is Jamaican changed into electronic so not many will realise. But really listen.
Ok guys, you got me. This is about the fourth or fifth song from Ren that i have seen you react to, and i quite enjoy your reactions. So I just broke down and subscribed. One comment though Tre, I get that you apparently started the channel, but your boy seems to be a big part of it. I think you should give him his props. You don't need to change the name of the channel, but you should at least give him some recognition. Just an opinion. Oh yeah, and puff, puff, pass already.
The big push - Bongo Bong (Manu Chao cover) is sweeeeeet! Ren feat. Eden Nash ~ Humble is an Amaaaaazing Jamaican vibe, Definitely a British summer BBQ beer garden tuuuune, aswell as our amazing Street busking vibe 🎵🪕🎸🎼🎹🎵🎼🎶🎷🥁🎻🎺🎙🎵🍄 Watching American reactions to Ren/The big push, I was very surprised to realise, Steet Busking isn't done so much in the USA *apart from NYC * which made me appreciate that we have our talented buskers even more!
@@Cunning.Stunt.777 our first trip was in 2015 and we fell in love with it and the people are so amazing! If we were rich we’d go twice a year lol. Instead we have to save up and pay a little bit each month until we pay it off. So we plan around 3 years in advance.
These guys are all very talented and give each other lots of support! More Big Push please - Wade in the Water, War Pigs, and Sweet Little Lady (live acoustic)!!
Another great reaction. "The Big Push" (Ren Gill, Gorran Kendall, Romain Axisa, and Glen Chambers) busking sessions, concerts, and live recordings all are amazing and well worth checking out. All but the drummer sing lead vocals at times. Ren, Gorran, and Romain all play multiple instruments. Ren plays acoustic, electric, and bass guitar, piano, and drums. Gorran plays acoustic, electric, bass guitar, and harmonica. Romain plays acoustic, electric, bass guitar, ukulele, and piano. They are each incredibly gifted artists, and their solo work is completely different from each other. Well worth checking out. Their other covers, "Wade in the Water/Nina Simone/Trouble so Hard," "Watch Out," “War Pigs,” “Roadhouse Blues,” "My Generation," “Paint It Black,” "An Englishman in New York," “Bongo Bong” are awesome. On “These Boots Are Made For Walking,” “Praise You” (Fatboy Slim Cover), “What Kind Of Woman Is This,” all three take a turn singing. The songs "Oh My Woman," “Swan Song,” “Sweet Little Lady," "It's Alright," “Dignity,” and so many others are equally impressive. The band, at least for the time being, performed their last official busking session and gave their last concert in September of last year (2022) due to the fact that Ren was leaving for Canada to undergo specialized medical care and surgeries for his multiple health issues. Gorran Kendall is a singer/songwriter/busker from the UK. He is the guy on the bass. As a solo artist, he is a folk singer, and his music is reminiscent of 60s folk. I love Gorran's music. Romain Axisa is originally from Toulouse, France, and started playing the guitar at age 12. At age 14, he was the singer in a rock band and later became a rapper. Romain sings lead on a few "The Big Push" songs. His solo music is unique, and I don't know what genre it would be categorized as. I really enjoy his music as well. I have Romain and Gorran on a couple of my Spotify playlists. The members of "The Big Push" are all independent solo artists who struck up a friendship, moved in together, and formed the band. Ren Gill, Gorran Kendall, and Romain Axisa take turns singing lead vocals at times, except for the drummer Glen Chambers. However, each of the band members is currently pursuing a solo career due to Ren's absence. They also recorded some songs yet to be released. No telling what the future holds for them, individually or as a group.
I love hearing Ren scat - I'm hoping we get a bit of Jazz in the near future. Ocean is a great song with a very different vibe. Love Music part 1, 2, and 3 are awesome too. ❤❤❤❤❤
I’m so happy to see that you both knew Hip Hop, it always disappoints me when reactors don’t know it - I’m just like where have you been? That song is a banger and an anthem - Dead Prez!

I'm not sure that you're not my favorite reactor. Very cool watching you guys and the amazing Ren. Chur.

Agree - Rap was always about both - you had the message - at the same time as the sugarhill gang. Can do fun and gravitas.

The seed Marley sang about in character wasn't herb. It was his children.
I think it can mean many different things but I think it's talking more about ideas than anything else.

TOP TOP band . Just love all their stuff!
Love the way he puts tracks together.
Ren has reggae tones in his regular singing voice, it’s more of an inflection than an impersonation :)
REN IS A VIBE ❤❤❤

I LOVE the Ska-Punk piece they threw in the middle(it’s a cover of a rap song but done in the Ska-Punk style)🖤🤍🏁
