Thinks these cons outweigh my lower back issues any day.

Seriously? You are suggesting to buy standing desk converter at 500 bucks? I think u can get a quite decent real standing desk with that amount

Interesting, but I wonder why you chose to highlight the FlexiSpot converter over the Winston E or the ImovR Ziplift converter? Both are more highly rated.

What's the best solution for a small apartment where you don't have enough space for both a standing desk and a dining table?

You would probably want to consider using a standing desk as your dining table, or put a standing desk frame with your existing dining table top. - GK

Use your existing dining table and a converter because you can move the converter off the table when you need to. Dining room tables have space around the entire surface for legs to go under. A standing desk only has one to two areas which is the front or back because the legs will get in the way, which blocks the sides from being used for dining. Of course this company is going to promote $500 standing desks. Honestly, I've used both and converters can hold a ton of weight and have enough area that you need to work comfortably. Standing desks take up a lot of space and aren't as versatile, and a lot more expensive. Electric standing desks have electric failure as well which locks them at the height they failed.

Thanks for the video. Any thoughts on BlitzWolf BW-ESD3 model? It's entry level I would say, but seems to me it could do the job..

Haven't used it, but honestly for a converter I'd stick with something that is manual. The cheap electronic ones we've tested were slow and I'd be concerned the electronics would fail -GK

@@btodtv Thanks for suggestion. On top of what you've just said, I even found "manual version" of the model 40% cheaper, so probably will get with that one. Although on another note, Blitzwolf makes excellent quality hardware. I have various gadgets made by them, and in 98% of cases I would recommend them over anything other that's also Chinese :)

This video feels extremely biased? Some of the issues you mention make no sense at all and are not demonstrated.

Biased or you just don’t want to hear the negatives of a product that you own or want to own? We have sold converters for almost a decade now and have a ton of experience with them. They are a bandaid and most have/will replace them with a full standing desk at some point -Greg
