Sure it has to do with USB, but could that open up a vulnerability to your pc for nefarious means? if your device is not broken the quickest fix is moving it to a usb which is not connected to each other, if you don't know what that is the easiest thing to do is to move it from usb 3 to usb 2 or plug it into the front of your case rather than the back.

This does not work. There were three files, not two as stated. You are not clear about whether to cut or copy (the description does not match your actions on-screen) and my usb stick was still not recognised afterwards. Further, I had to enable administrative priveliges first as it seems Microsoft don't want users having complete control over their own PCs. Poor video which does not deliver the 100% fix it claims.

The thing that actually worked in the end for me was the windows update to date all drivers. And restart and it worked as a charm.
