Hey guys, if this doesn't fix it then it usually means a faulty memory chip. You'll need to RMA it or get it fixed from a GPU repair technician, also no you can't do it at home without the proper equipment and skills. Hope this helped someone like it helped me.
did not work says (Nivdia Geforce GTX 1650 super is already registry patched but still has error code 43) at a TOTAL LOSS went from no crashs no problems, pc build is only a year old msi b450 tomahawk max 2 ryzen 3600 1650 super 16g ram running great to THIS CRAP steam wouldnt close a game had blue screen crash with no error msgs booted up then my gpu had a error 43 love my 1400 dollar youtube pc (update) changed my gpus over to back to my old gtx 950 that ive had since the card came out in 2015 ffs and seems to work fine if this isn't gonna fix it your gpu is fired they dont make anything like they used to anymore this stuff is made to brake on you

I found this video and got shocked that it worked. But I used this only for a few games, cuz my CPU get bottlenecked. In 2021 october I got a new PC, so i sold the GPU. But this file worked for me.

It says no gpu in code 43 state but when I go into device manager it says my gpu is in code 43 state
