I'm English and I have a decent understanding of American laws in comparison to a lot of people over here so I don't understand how he's not in jail yet. There must come a point where a citizen defendant accused of some of the most serious crimes against his own country is remanded into custody until trial, especially given he keeps threatening judges and prosecutors.

The intricacies of our legal system can be likened to a labyrinth; a slight change can alter the path to justice, but the route to resolution will always exist. It's essential for us to remain vigilant and ensure that justice prevails, regardless of one's political or social standing.

DJT clearly intimidated a Georgia grand jury witness with an admonition not to testify. Not only is witness tampering a federal crime that DJT is already charged with twice pursuant to 18 USC §1512(c)(2), but Duncan could be a witness in the federal case because of the overlap with the J6 case, so Judge Chutkan can and should revoke his bail for witness tampering. SC Smith should immediately list Duncan as a witness if he isn’t already.
Meadows should have yanked the phone from 45's hands during that call to Raffensperger and warned the FBI of the extortion so they could send over a few agents to explain the law to Agent Orange.

Why wasn’t Lindsay Graham included? He was the one who originally called Georgia Sec of State days after the election? Also, Senator Graham golfed with Trump on Christmas (great family men, huh?) and days later Trump repeated Graham’s call with GA Secretary of State.
