How often should/can we do this move?
You can definitely do this one daily! I usually have clients do a set in the morning, and in the evening.☺️
How many times should we do this per session??
It can be done anywhere from 1-3 times! It's also typically used before the half frogs move (which you'll do for 8 reps!)
