    I’m so happy you added this to UA-cam! Now I can favorite it 😍👏🏼👍🏼thanks! I’ve had way better success with this move since watching and rewatching this video! I’m so grateful to have your explanation of it!!! I did a 4 day boot camp of this move plus T-Tapp twist (4 reps each side) and I can finally see my obliques cutting in on the side!!!

    I do this move and have people ask me if i've lost weight. Its an amazing move.

      You can definitely do this one daily! I usually have clients do a set in the morning, and in the evening.☺️

      It can be done anywhere from 1-3 times! It's also typically used before the half frogs move (which you'll do for 8 reps!)
