@@hzjc9680 soul doesn’t die, because our soul is basically who we are. Soul is our personality and without soul the body is dead. Our body as per apostle paul is the tent of our soul/spirit. “Our bodies are like tents that we live in here on earth. But when these tents are destroyed, we know that God will give each of us a place to live. These homes will not be buildings someone has made, but they are in heaven and will last forever. While we are here on earth, we sigh because we want to live in that heavenly home. We want to put it on like clothes and not be naked. These tents we now live in are like a heavy burden, and we groan. But we don't do this just because we want to leave these bodies that will die. It is because we want to change them for bodies that will never die. God is the one who makes all this possible. He has given us his Spirit to make us certain he will do it.”

I know right🥹 we have to be careful not to admire him to the point of worship but every time he speaks I can’t help but smile and listen very attentively.
Paul’s last answer made me cry. You can tell how much passion he has pertaining God.
It was very touching, I cried too. I really love listening to Paul. I can always sense the sincerity and love he has for our LORD and who he's talking to. Of course I like listening to each and all of these wonderful men of God.
The man never tells you how to be saved. He believes in works based salvation.

I watched that, too and it was an eye opening about his sermon about “Do not love the world” it is a true preaching based from a true gospel!

I agree that Christians ought NOT attempt to practise the separation of the soul from the spirit, or from the body, only the word of God does such piecing:
For the word of God is living and active, sharper than any two-edged sword, piercing to the division of soul and of spirit, of joints and of marrow, and discerning the thoughts and intentions of the heart. (Hebrews4:12 ESV)

That is BECAUSE JESUS HAS ALREADY ACCOMPLISHED that WORK, and GOD does NOT REPEAT the SAME WORK. 🙏
IN the PRESENT, GOD HAS COME to BRING the AGE of GRACE to an END and REMOVE ALL the HABITS of the AGE of GRACE. PRACTICAL GOD CAME TO SHOW THAT HE IS REAL. 💐🙏
When Jesus came, He spoke few words, first of all, He showed miracles, showed signs and wonders, and healed and cast out demons, otherwise, He spoke prophecies to make people believe , and to help people see that He is truly God, and a gentle God who does not look at anyone. In the end, He completed the work of the crucifixion. GOD CURRENTLY DOES NOT SHOW SIGNS and WONDERS, NOR DOES He HEAL and CAST OUT DEMONS. When JESUS CAME, the WORK He DID REPRESENTED a PART of GOD, BUT IN the PRESENT TIME GOD CAME to PERFORM the STAGE of WORK that was APPROPRIATE, BECAUSE GOD DOES NOT REPEATE the SAME WORK;
He is the GOD who is ALWAYS NEW and NEVER OLD, and BECAUSE ALL YOU SEE NOW are the WORDS and WORKS of A PRACTICAL GOD. ☀️🙏

Fulfilled in "In the beginning He was the Word, the Word was with God, and the Word was God" (John 1:1). ... and "When I looked up, someone handed me a book wrapped in a scroll. I opened it and I read on both sides the prayers, lamentations, and curses." (Ezekiel 2:9-10). ... "His garment was stained with blood. He was called the "Word of God" (Rev. 19:13).
The kingdom He brought down and set up in the highest in the sky so that it can occupy His creation in the universe and engrave on it the entirety of His Holy name "THE CHURCH OF ALMIGHTY GOD" 💐 fulfillment of (Mat, 16:18) "And I say as for you, you are Peter, on top of this rock I will build my Church, that even the power of death will not be able to overcome it.". ... and "The Letter to the Church in Philadelphia" (Rev. 3:7-13). ... And fulfillment of "The New Jerusalem" 💫 (Rev. 21:10) "The Spirit enveloped me, and the angel led me to the top of a very high mountain. He showed Me Jerusalem, the Holy City, which coming down from heaven from God."
(1 Peter 4:17) "For the time has come in the house of God for the beginning of judgment in the house of God."
💌Calling and leading the sheep of God to His glorious Throne "THE CHURCH OF ALMIGHTY GOD"💐 to submit again to His authority so that He will continue to teach, guide and protect even in plague, famine and wild animals will not be moved by it and completely win this final battle with the big red dragon!
"They say with a loud voice, "Salvation comes from the Lamb, and from our God who sits on the Throne!" (Rev. 7:10). ... "But you are a chosen race, a company of royal priests, a a nation dedicated to God, a people belonging to God to declare the wonderful things he has done. He is the one who calls you out of darkness into wonderful light." (1 Peter 2:9). ... and fulfillment that it will be built above the sky/UA-cam in (Isaiah 2:2) "In the Last Day, the mountain on which Jehovah's temple stands will stand out above all the mountains. All nations will flock there. " 📨.
What I find nice about all of this is that whenever a question is thrown in they are never eager to reply. They take a few seconds to think, but not because they don’t have already an opinion about the topic but because they know the weight of responsibility in putting out their opinion and making themselves understood correctly. That’s precious.
Voddie: “We’ve accepted some fundamental untruths.” Yes! We (the church) should have been speaking out publicly and from the pulpit from the very beginning. Pastors have been too soft and seeker sensitive. Thank God for the godly men in this panel and pastors like my pastor who speaks the truth and does not waiver.

MacArthur’s biblical knowledge is astounding! I can never get enough. I listen to him almost every day!
Never in the history of the church have believers had such access to sound and faithful teachers. A hundred a day if you want! This may end up being the world's darkest hour, but what a time to be a Christian! We're going to stick out like sore thumbs which is always what Christ wanted from His bride!
Never? How about Jonathan Edwards, MLJ, A W TOZER, Ray Stedman etc! We’d better trusting God and thanking Him that for all the church history the Lord has been raising so many faithful servants of Christ...!
If what you say is true about never having such great leaders, then why is the church so divided and weak?
Let all of Christians, incl you and I:
...attain to the unity of the faith and of the KNOWLEDGE of the Son of God,
to MATURE manhood,
to the measure of the stature of the FULLNESS of Christ, ...
...we are to GROW up in every way ...into Christ, from whom the whole body, joined and held together BY EVERY joint with which it is EQUIPPED,
when EACH part is WORKING properly,
MAKES the body GROW so that it BUILDS itself up in LOVE. (Ephesians4:13,15-16 ESV)

I love this panel! The answers to all the questions are so helpful and the humor - it feels wonderful to laugh with them.
One thing to keep in mind is that not everyone who works in the public school system is the enemy. There are Christians (we are in the minority in public schools), but we are there. Please pray for us.

Old Covenant Baptism vs. New Covenant Baptism (water vs. Spirit)
Water baptism was a part of the Old Covenant system of ritual washing. The Old Covenant priests had to wash before beginning their service in the temple. (Ex. 30:17-30) When Christ was water baptized by His cousin John in the Jordan River, He was under the Old Covenant system. He also only ate certain foods, and wore certain clothes, as prescribed by the 613 Old Covenant laws. Christ was water baptized by John and then the Holy Spirit came from heaven. (Acts 10:38) The order is reversed in the New Covenant. A person receives the Holy Spirit upon conversion, and then believers often declare their conversion to their friends and family through a water baptism ceremony. Which baptism makes you a member of Christ’s Church?
The New Covenant conversion process is described below. (Born-again)
Eph 1:12 That we should be to the praise of his glory, who first trusted in Christ.
Eph 1:13 In whom ye also trusted, after that ye heard the word of truth, the gospel of your salvation: in whom also after that ye believed, ye were sealed with that holy Spirit of promise,
(A person must “hear” the Gospel, and “believe” the Gospel, and will then be “sealed” with the Holy Spirit.)
Joh 14:26 But the Comforter, which is the Holy Ghost, whom the Father will send in my name, he shall teach you all things, and bring all things to your remembrance, whatsoever I have said unto you.

Based on Luke 3:16, and John 1:33, and Acts 11:15-16, the most important thing about the word "baptize" in the New Testament has nothing to do with water. The Holy Spirit is the master teacher promised to New Covenant believers in Jeremiah 31:34, and John 14:26, and is found fulfilled in Ephesians 1:13, and 1 John 2:27. Unfortunately, many modern Christians see water/ every time they read the word "baptize" in the text.
Based on the above, what is the one baptism of our faith found in the passage below? How many times is the word "Spirit" found in the passage, and how many times is the word "water" found in the passage?
Eph 4:1 I therefore, the prisoner of the Lord, beseech you that ye walk worthy of the vocation wherewith ye are called,
Eph 4:2 With all lowliness and meekness, with longsuffering, forbearing one another in love;
Eph 4:3 Endeavouring to keep the unity of the Spirit in the bond of peace.

What does the scripture say about vasectomy? We got married later in our '40s and we already have 1 child and another one on the way. She later told me she can do it again bcos she had a c-section for the 1st child and it's likely our 2nd child, she'll go under c-section. She proposed a vasectomy but I told her I want to Please God and I need some time to pray about it, I just want to know if I'm doing the right thing?
