I have a 2006 BMW 525i and my transmission is pushing 200K miles. Of course, I don't drive like a maniac (burnouts, launching from stoplights). I recently serviced the transmission in replacing the filter, pan (from a plastic one to an aluminum one), fluid, the solenoids & cleaned the valve body. I used a cleaner before the repair and conditioner added after the service. I would LOVE any car you serviced and gave away. NO DOUBT. You are the man! Thank you for all you do.

I was looking at Ford eco-boost vans. They are very expensive and they have a horrible reputation as far as reliability. I’ve been looking at Mercedes sprinter. May be 40% positive. I really need a van for work. I currently drive a Ford excursion with 14 inches of lift and 42 inch tires which is very bad I guess but I trust it a lot more than HS today’s technology. Tesla would have been fine at Hertz but they made many mistakes. First the cars were not fully charged , so when you go to rent one its often not charged enough to make it over to the next charging station. If hertz had charging stations for free, and made sure they were fully charged it would have helped. Next, most people are going on long trips if they rent a car, if its not the long range model most people will not want it. Over all, headache because people dont have the apps and accounts setup for charging

You are right about these people who fail and then picked up by other companies. I think all the CEOs and presidents are out of touch with real people driving big rigs out here working out here. For instance, I’m a truck driver make over $100,000 a year but where I parked my car sometimes is in dirt I work 14 hours a day come home. All I want to do is sleep, where am I going to plug in an electric car and when I work sleep and maybe go to the gym no time to spend an hour and a half each day plugging in electric cars are you kidding me these people are out of touch with real people working class people

So very true about 1 key. It seems silly crazy the cost of having a duplicate key made, sometimes up to $300. Having the second fail can be 5+ times that cost, as they have to replace the Body Control Module. When buying used, make sure 2 keys come with it. Some used car dealers will hold back the second key in case of a need to repo the car, especially in "pay here" dealers. Do you feel safe knowing your car could be "borrowed" by one of their minimum wage temp employees?

They also got sued because they wouldn’t rent their cars to people with minor disabilities.

That's what they would like you to think, but in reality they're taking advantage of a loophole in the law. A car manufacturer must publish repair information for their vehicles IF they sell their cars at a dealership, so that independent repair shops can perform the proper service. Tesla famously doesn't have dealerships, they have "showrooms", places you can look at a Tesla in-person, but can't purchase one. This allows them to create a monopoly for fixing their cars. Hybrids also have a complex high voltage system, yet the repair literature is accessible for independent shops to fix them safely and properly.
