Donut Media is at the center of digital media for the next generation of automotive and motorsports enthusiasts. We are drivers, drifters, and car enthusiasts who love to tell stories. - Авто та транспорт
As a former STI owner I’m shocked that 75% of owners were able to avoid tickets. That’s impressive
Because donut media messed up statistics. It is the most ticketed vehicle overall. Not percentage of owners with ticket.
Impreza-ve
I'm not, they can't go fast enough to speed.
Legit see many those POS over here WA everyday but some how we got Camaro ….
They avoided the tickets because their motors blew up so the police just left them.
I am SHOCKED that every state didn't have the Nissan Altima as the top ticketed car 🤣
That's because Nissan Altima drivers never get caught
Especially Georgia
@@wotwott2319 Apparently unless they live in Hawaii lmao
You'd have you stop to get a ticket, altima drivers don't stop for cops 😂
Ah yes the choice of the overly aggressive black female driver.
Next do the fastest ticket in every state. Let’s see how fast these cars go.
I bet Montana will definitely have a lot of fast cars in the state 😒
Finally will have some challengers on the list then
NC will top that list. Just wait till I get my gen 4 nascar on the highway
Naw bro South Carolina will have the highest. There is a multi car pileup literally every day.
@@theshowmaster3836 the carolina bois will top the list
Being from Hawaii, I fully expected it to be a Toyota Tacoma being that it is by FAR the most common vehicle on the road, until I came to the realization that a huge part of cars on the road are rental cars due to tourists 😂 That explains the Altima
Lmao, you right. A couple years back I went on vacation in Hawaii and our rental car was an Altima
where you from?
Their math wont let that work though. They are listing % of a car model that has received tickets, not % of all tickets a car model has received. So when that first Merc came up with 4200 units sold in the USA, if 1000 of those are in New York that's still only 190 drivers ticketed. If there's 10000 F150s in New York and 1899 of them are ricketed, thats still less as far as what this video is reporting.
In 2017 when I went to Kauai for vacation , every 3rd vehicle I saw was either a Jeep or a Mustang convertible, I’m shock neither of those made it for Hawaii.
The Altima didn't surprise me at all. I stayed at one of those mega resorts on the big island a few years back and the parking lot was littered with Altima's, and some how... our rental Corolla.
For Florida I swear to God I expected it to be a tank
As a floridian I agree.
Bro I expected them to do a speeding with a train not a car
My boy on the car scene out there say you see alot of camarys and mustangs
as a Floridian, i was expecting the same thing.
Floridian here too… never seen a considerate lifted truck owner.
I'm amazed at the Dart. Amazed they are still moving under their own power. I had the tigershark dart in a standard, trans went out, turbo blew, threw my rods, and cracked the intercooler doing nothing lol
As soon as it was mentioned I was like "swear to god its gonna be virginia" i see so many of those little shitboxes driving around like racecars in southwest VA.
Maybe they have to use the momentum and then get caught?
Mine us still going strong and never had any issues. I have the 2.4 tho
That's funny considering the Tigershark never came with a turbo. 🤔 The Fiat 1.4 was the only turbo that came in the Dart from factory.
@@Mr6Chuck5Taylor1 no, i pretty sure the dodge 1.4 had one
As a fully built wrx hatch owner, As the video went on I got optimistic that it wasn’t that bad, but the second he said “Y’all were wondering when this would show up….” i knew.
Same bro, same 🤣🤣🤣
@@332wildcat With 12 speeding tickets in 7 years of driving I had no right to be optimistic.
@@AndWilly bruh 12...? Cmon son...
@@AndWilly damn 12 lol wtf u doing stopping for? ive had WRXs since 06 when i was 18yo and only have 2 tickets ever. I go over 100mph everyday. I will say i should have about 10 more tickets, but they cant ticket what they cant stop lololol
@@Turbolious Though the same thing when I saw that borderline minivan rare Mercedes crossover I never heard of was the most ticketed car in New York. Those people cutting up in New York always run from the police so they manage to avoid tickets, lol.
A more interesting statistic would have been most ticketed car as a percentage of all tickets issued in the state, rather than as a percentage of ownership. For example, if a car were quite rare, like maybe there were two of them in a state, if one driver got a ticket that would put it at 50% on your list.
Yeah, I was thinking the same
In the vast majority of states that will just be the most common car.
Considering I'm one of like 4 people with a Citi Car electric car in my state that would be 25% just with just my speeding ticket alone...
Data guy here, love Donut and love cars, but this one was tough to watch. Love these guys, they get a pass, no Karen.
Math
I’m proud to represent the Subaru community thank you to the academy for this crowning achievement one step further away from head gasket jokes
Surprisingly. I have yet to take a ticket in my STi. I have taken a ticket in every other family vehicles though...
Honestly I'm surprised there wasn't a head gasket comment thrown in here. As a subie owner who's never blown a head gasket, I was looking forward to the joke.
Then again, I guess cars with blown head gaskets don't go fast, so...
Yes only the best lol
Hopefully they'll start ringlands jokes so they'll be accurate at least
The only reason I don't have a speeding ticket in my WRX is because it's currently sitting in the driveway... with a blown head gasket. 🤣
The Hyundai Genesis Coupe was the Burn Notice car - a show which took place in Miami. It's also a show that promoted criminal antics and drifting around bumping off rev limiters in a 2010's Hyundai with two doors. I'm not surprised it's the most ticketed car in Florida.
Who drove it? When I think Burn Notice car, I think main dudes classic Charger
I was thinking about this show as well. The Saab she had before was a good looking car as well.
Got love Fiona and her badass driving.
Sam: “It’s in Key West. That’s across town that’s gonna take at least 20 minutes.”
Fi: “I’ll get us there 10.”
*Genesis Coupe activate drift mode*
Crazy how you can't bump off the rev limiter in a 2010 genny since it just cuts timing instead.
LMAO, I was literally binge watching some Burn Notice a little bit ago. I love that show, but I've never seen it all the way through
It looks like it was so hard for him to make it all the way through this.
Thank you James for your service
Got to be hard to read predisposed info presented effortlessly to you. By the crew..Jesus Christ lmao...effort ?
Yeah I tuned out halfway through the video, James's energy was screaming that he didn't want to be there, lol.
@@brandonterry4638 Got to be hard to read and interpret a simple comment. Nobody said nothing about effort.
@@brandonterry4638 I mean he was basically repeating “this % of model has a speeding ticket” like 40 times so I’d be pretty wore out after that too.
The funny thing about the WRX is when I had my car in the shop (Ford Focus) they loaned me a WRX. 2hrs later received a speeding ticket.
So they gave you a even slower car and you still got a ticket , sad 😂
As a data guy, I wonder how the list would change if you controlled for driver share. Like that little Merc in NY - if there were only 4200 sold nationwide, then a single ticket for that car, especially if you’re just looking at one state could be worth a lot more tickets for a more common car.
Yeah, these numbers needed to be indexed lol
Yeah, im from New York, living in both the nyc metro area and western NY. I don't think i've ever seen a B class. with such a low sell count for the US, this shouldve been omitted. I would've thought either a beamer or camry/altima would be number 1, not some obscure car that only sold 4200 in the entire US.
if you notice at the beginning, they’re looking at how many tickets the owners of the vehicle have and not necessarily how often the specific vehicle is ticketed. so accounting for rideshare probably wouldn’t change anything
Yea i knew the date was jacked up when he said that car. Made me realize its percentage by each car. A better way would be percentage of all tickets given and what car those were
@@geraldbrouard3211 That's a good point... I'm amazed there wasn't a single BMW listed anywhere in this video!
As a Hawaii resident, the reason the Nissan Altima gets the most tickets is because most of the rental cars are Altimas. The cops like to ticket the tourists.
I am genuinely surprised the RAM 1500 did not make this list especially here in the state of South Dakota
I were expecting it to be here too tbh
Those guys are known for most DUIs. Can't have everything!
@@Iosis6 you dont get a ticket for DUI in the us?
@@foxy126pl6 you get straight up arrested. No ticket.
Full size trucks are the lowest ticketed vehicles in general...if you want to speed, get a full size truck
As a Texan, I can confirm that the reason that a truck is not the most ticketed vehicle in Texas, is because trucks somehow NEVER get pulled over. You can blow past a cop doing 115 in a truck and they'll just smile and wave, meanwhile someone going 87 in their BMW? TICKET.
Also I'm dam shocked BMW wasn't on this list. I had a BMW and it was one helluva cop magnet. My brother still has one, and he gets pulled over multiple times a week, always for random reasons, never speeding.
This is an old comment but I’ve observed the same phenomenon in Tennessee. Pickup truck drivers are wild, but it seems they get away with anything but rolling coal in front of cops.
Recovering 2004 Altima V6 owner here. And yes. I did get a speeding ticket in it and yes I did crash it in a ditch because I was driving recklessly. It's been 14 months on recovery and I can say that I haven't crashed or been ticketed since lol
As a former private driving instructor, I can confidently say, the number one car purchased by foreigners who just moved to the USA, and sort of learned to drive, is the Nissan Altima (8:12).
It also seems the be the used car of choice for people who got their license back after a DWI or some other license suspending incident. Every other Altima I see, the driver is WASTED on something. Then the other half are just incompetent, regular dangerous drivers.
And every other driver that isn't wasted on something is has an Altima that looks completely wasted somewhere.
@@bubbleman2002 never seen nissan altimas and their drivers described so accurately lmaooo
@@bubbleman2002 I’ve been driving an altima for 7 years now. Clean record not a single ticket I really wish we didn’t have this reputation but ig most altima drivers are bad
@Dyson Hair Dryer I'm with you. I drive a G37s, but I am one of those adding to the bad reputation lmao I just can't resist. And before that an audi and before that a bmw. I have had all cars with bad reputations that I didn't help with haha.
I am absolutely stunned that the Challenger didn't make the list.
They either crash and die, ir don't get caught. Whenever I'm on the highway and I see an old corvette or a challenger I take the next exit.

Seeing statistics on types of vehicles in each state is super interesting! Could y'all do a video on the cars in each state that has the most accidents, the most stolen car in each state, the most popular car in each state, and the most popular super car in each state?
Most stolen car in every state has to be Kia 😭
Most stolen car ever would be any Hellcat no doubt
Facts, we still have tons of late 2000's Ford and GM cars running around in Michigan. Used cars are expensive here, a lot of this state drives what we can afford. It's also cheaper to drive a car for 10 years, instead of refinancing a new one every 3 lol
It’s just in California 75% of people will lease a new car every 2 years or trade in often for a newer car. I live in what used to the the “baby boomer projects” yet all my neighbors get new cars every 3-5 years or so. 🤷🏽♂️
What? Living in the Detroit area and working in the auto industry it seems everyone gets a new lease car every 2-4 years. I’m called the hillbilly for driving old GM trucks

The fusion is kinda quick tho. And I can get up to 70mph under full electric. It just takes me 4 or 5 miles.
And the 200 does come with a v6 awd option. Outside of the stellantis, it's not exactly terrible.

Altima in Hawaii makes sense that is a fleet vehicle. Probably a 90/10 share of out of staters vs locals getting tickets.
As an Australian I learnt a lot about America in this video. Thank you donut
I'm from New Hampshire and it made me laugh when you thought it was a town not a state because New Hampshire is one of the only States left where you are not required to have insurance on your vehicle or health insurance and the smoking and vaping age is 19 whereas the rest of the country is 21 live Free or die BABY!
I think I’m moving to New Hampshire
You also aren't legally required to wear seatbelts, hence why Mass state troopers are always camped at the state lines looking for people entering without it on
I think you marked MA as MD, or marked both and never said Mass, but either way the TL is indeed strong out here!
ya i was confused when he said the TL and Audi for maryland
drove a 2001 shitbox TL for 5 years and managed to stay ticket free in MA thankfully. got it towed in Queens once tho lol
he said Maryland but the map was mass so I'm guessing the TL is for mass
I caught that too
Yeah I saw that, like that's not right I'm from Maryland lol
I love how you mentioned New Mexico and Camaro... the moment you said Camaro an 80's Z28 just pulled into the Taco Bell parking lot that I'm currently enjoying my highly nutritious meal at👌
Man of culture I see
I live in Montana, the reason the F150 is the most ticketed vehicle here is because almost everybody in Montana drives a truck and the F150 is everywhere, including my driveway.
I'm fixing a 1948 Ford coupe with a 78 350 Corvette engine with a 350 turbo tani, f100 rear axle, and mustang 2 upgrade front axle with a mustang 2 10inh rotor upgate with upgraded calipers. I used to have a Civic SI, pulled over all the time. Have had a wrx for 5 years and haven't been pulled over once ironically lol
would be interesting to also hear the percentage of these cars being driven in each state compared to all other cars.
For half of these models it would be very low, this whole video is trash because of the way the data is presented.
While this video shows which cars have the most percentage of their owners ticketed in each state, I'd like to know which cars actually received the most amount of tickets in each state(just volume of tickets, not relative to amount of owners). Would be interesting to see
cool list, can you do another in similar format but for road rage incidents? or at fault accidents? most driving while suspended? high speed chases? I would be interested to find out which states (or major population centers even) and the types of vehicles involved. Hopefully someone has been compiling stats like these.
Florida driving while suspended wouldn’t count. Half of us have suspended licenses and don’t know lmao
@@Loveyevee Florida is a place like no other!
As a Virginian, the Dodge Dart took me by surprise. I can't even remember the last time I saw one of those on the road.
Yea us Wisconsin folk love our Jettas. Especially the TDIs
Also, as a SoFlo resident, does not surprise me that the Genesis Coupe is the most ticketed. See them ripping around on the streets far to often...followed by reds and blues after them.
I live in New York and I don’t think I’ve ever even seen a B class, most of the time I see Altima’s pulled over 😂
Yeah I was thinking either Altimas or maybe Bimmers
I've actually seen a couple of GMC Acadias or Durangos getting pulled over in my opinion and thats a family SUV. It's probably one of those drunk moms or Karen's 😂😂
As a Michigander I'm shocked that our most ticketed vehicle wasn't a Subaru or Honda. I honestly don't remember ever seeing a Mercury Milan on the road, but Accords, Civics, and every kind of Subaru are everywhere here. Probably 1 out of every 3 cars in a supermarket parking lot is a Subaru or Honda. What method did you use to pick the "most ticketed" vehicle, because something does seem right?
They used percentage of cars, so the higher the total number of a make/model, the lower the percentage would be for the same number of tickets. This means if 100 tickets were issued to a make/model that had 5000 cars on the road in a state and 100 tickets were issued to a make/model that had 500 cars on the road in the same state, the cars with a lower car count would have a higher incidence of getting tickets even if they had the same number as the other group (20% vs 10%). There would or should be breakdowns for speed over the limit tickets unless they only track total number of tickets.
They used the same statistic database insurance companies use.
I’m glad they ain’t say the impala
I’m really surprised it wasn’t the dodge charger
@@daexion 20% vs 5% per your example, but I'm glad I'm not the only one who caught the odd data manipulation they're using.
@@daexionoh that makes sense that's why I was confused how they said in Texas it was that Subaru when in here the more i see is trucks and Hondas or Toyotas 😭

As quite possibly the only Mainer to comment on this video, thanks for including our state! We get overlooked and forgotten about in these list-type videos a lot 😢
I'm from CT and I can confidently say Mazda 6 drivers are simply insane
Same, but I couldn't disagree more. I see more Priuses pulling triple digits on 95 or the Merritt and Honda Odyssey drivers cutting people off, running people off the road, and inciting road rage. Let's not even get started on BMW SUV and Land Rover drivers: spend any time in Stamford, Norwalk, or New Haven and you'll be convinced the popo should just arrest anyone who drives off a car lot with one. Speed in the cities, slow in the left lane, and distracted all the time. Standout case for me is almost getting hit by the same X5 2x in one week because the driver was looking down at her phone and blew thru a stop sign. Or Bethel, you best watch out for the Impreza crowd.
Of course, if we weed out all the out of state drivers then who knows what the roads would look like
@@morpart7588 To be fair, I think idiotic drivers come in all different variations. You're right though. There are plenty of examples that make you question how or why half of CT drivers have a license. It's apathy for safety. Cars are very dangerous tools if used incorrectly.
I'm surprised the BMW 3/4 series didn't make it. When I lived abroad going to the grocery store, I don't think my friend ever got on a highway and exceeded the flow of traffic - did turn out the limiter on some non-performance trims didn't exist though, which can be difficult to find out about from carfax or vinwiki when buying second hand.
Honestly shocked that a Honda Civic or any model BMW aren't the #1 ticketed car in every state (also thank you for shouting out the Big Blue Bug. Everyone in RI loves the Big Blue Bug.)
Yeah me too, "Bimmer Bros" tend get themselves into a lot of dumb situations...
I'm not shocked in the least it's the Rex here in CO. I AM shocked that the number wasn't higher. Pick any road in CO and there's a couple WRX's on it at any time. They're pests
Civics aren't even popular anymore, so it's doesn't shock me
Not sure if already mentioned but I am guessing that the majority of tickets in Altimas in Hawaii are rental cars.
Very popular in rental fleets and tourists likely account for most speeding tickets
I can remember back in the early 2000s a WRX challenged me, and we ended up street racing past the local police station at 80mph. What an adrenaline rush
I don't believe you, I doubt you can run 80mph
Lesson is... people who buy rental cars get speeding tickets.
Pretty much 🤣
As a Subaru STI owner I am happy to see this outcome of this list
As a Mitsubishi Lancer EVO owner I am in shambles
Thank you for including the part where you explained how you got this info (at 3:52) because I was wondering why I couldn’t just look this up and save time.
A lot of these cars are popular rental cars in the area, maybe that has something to do with it. I was in New England for work late last year and Ford Fusions were very available when we got a rental vehicle, seems like there could be a link if they were the most ticketed car there.
@Max Power and people drive rentals "differently 😉" than they would their own vehicle.
can't believe a VW GTI wasn't the most ticketed anywhere
Maybe do a follow-up by comparing (total amount of carmodel / tickets) = CPT (cars per ticket) which is more representable of which model is most likely to get a ticket, instead of just the % of tickets. Because now if a model of car is driven a lot in a state, its obviously more likely to also get more tickets, there are more of them.
The stat in the video really only seems useful for estimating insurance, not really a great depiction of each stars real driving habits 🤷♂️
I'd love to see an international edition of this

just one story from my life.
I drive Corolla, a child of my friend drives STI. At some point last year we had to go from point A (in Milpitas, north-eastern part of San Jose) to point B (south of San Jose). And "guess what"? (that's obvious), I arrived ~3 minutes earlier. And I wasn't driving Corolla GR, no, basic LE.
The problem is - if you want to get somewhere faster (on a long distance run) you don't need a really fast car, you need just to be smarter, to predict the traffic condition and choose the least packed path, sometimes it could be even longer or through the city. And in city conditions - 0-60 makes almost no sense (everything less than 15 seconds is fine, assuming cars only).
So be careful, don't speed up (especially where it's inappropriate), and choose path wisely. And, fcking, do everything on time not to be in a hurry later as a result!
I received a ticket for racing and doing over 100mph as I was merging onto the highway in my Wrx about 5 years ago. The cop was chasing after a lead foot Saturn Sky and when he caught up to him I merged right in front of him so he pulled us both over and ticketed us. I had my camera running and asked my lawyer to get the officers dash cam (which I have a copy of) and my charges were dropped 3 years later. 🙃

@@nthgth shouldve kept her i know the solaras are almost all automatic just like mines
Am I the only one that feels the dart should've been badged neon? Then they could've made a nostalgic srt4
Yeah it definitely had more in common with a Neon anyway. Even an available turbo engine and manual transmission. Its commonality with a real Dart is basically just number of doors and number of wheels.
The BRZ looks faster than a Ferrari, you can't blame Law Enforcement for pulling em over.
I have had over 20 speeding tickets dismissed, but still turned into $250-500 parking tickets lol. So much money that could be used to hopefully pave roads, so I can go faster without worrying about pot holes lmfao 😅 🤣.
Hey you're busy doing your part to help your community
@@JaredConnell I do my best in anyway I can
What advice do you have to get speeding tickets dismissed
@@MutaharFarooq well for one you never plead guilty to the original ticket. You always say not guilty then send the ticket via the mail. Depending on how backed up they are it may take time for you to get a court date. In most cases of you get to court before most people they let you talk to the prosecutor which in every situation given me a deal and switched it to a parking ticket. There was one time where this cop which was nice but definitely having a bad day have me four moving violation tickets on top of my speeding ticket which added up to 16 points, so that time I got lawyer that play golf with the judge and prosecutor. He was able to get it all removed and changed to one parking ticket. The judge though was like since you havnt learned a lesson yet I'm going to suspend your license for 5 days 😆.
My dad was a hotrodder in the late ‘60s in Connecticut. I’m totally sending him this, it will pi$$ him off.
As a Corvette enthusiast, I was sweating the entire episode.
Like what 75-80% of corvettes are owned by elderly men who either can’t drive anymore or would get ticketed for traffic impeding before speeding. Completely makes sense.
@@CaptainTexas92 the c5 is pretty cheap, and it is fast.
The Nissan Altima thing is true. A few years back a lady drive through a crowd of people here on the sidewalk of down town Las Vegas, shortly after the city dropped a massive pile of cash installing barriers on every walkable surface downtown to avoid that ever happening again
Still a proud WRX owner with no tickets so far
You're not going fast enough
Same but I've been ticked driving a MDX and Corolla. LOL
Speed up
As a WV resident and a Kia Forte owner, I can attest to this.
I was expecting an F150 or Mustang to be ours
Hi James great video man you guys always create humours and informative content 👌 respect 🙏
As a Floridian, the nod to "questionably imported Skylines" hits close to home. However, despite the way it looks, the car in my garage is indeed just a heavily modified 1995 Nissan 240SX I promise. (Don't mind the badging, they're just for looks)
as a Floridan, i was quite shocked as well
Wonder if most of the chargers are V6 ones, their driving speed is unmatched.
Its probably mostly R/T's and R/T scatpacks
@@lucid523 The v6 charger guys drive way more aggressively than the v8’s. Same with the ecoboost mustangs and Camaros.
@@QuattroZack1 I agree. Funny how that works
I think generally the people that can afford the nicer Chargers are smart enough or wise enough to not get pulled over all the time
@@QuattroZack1 I've never seen v6's go crazy but maybe I don't bother to look lol
What I've learned is that SUV drivers like myself never get caught or even suspected of speeding. 😏
It’s so true it hurts. I’ve only ever been pulled over in a ‘00 Corolla. Meanwhile everyday I’m boolin tf outta my SUV
Dodge Durango owners do. They also get carjacked a lot. Dodge owners in general do. And Fi bet they get ticketed more than this segment suggests. These are the young dorks racing now. Affordable 300+ horsepower for rap enthusiats who don't know how to change a flat tire.
Which is unfair because it seems that 90 percent of SUV owners have no concept of traffic laws or how to drive where i live.
HEY! I had a Dart…. It was awesome, except for the few times coil packs blew up and left me stranded. Or that one time the screen just stopped working for two weeks. Or, when finally I had to sell it to some unlucky 17 year old, because it got me stranded due to the engine over heating. Again, the car was AMAZING!
They are terrible but mines still ticking though so 🤷.
@@TheLucasthatyouknow get that checked 🤣
Raptor eve WRX owner here. Everyday is IRL need for speed. 🤙🏿
Waiting for big Altima and Sentra energy to make the list
Any state with a major city is going to have that.
It's always a friggin altima weaving all over the place driving like a jack...
That CVT been flying over 150mph crazyyyy💀🔥
No one’s gonna say anything about minivan drivers?
Altima, yes. Sentra, no. They do not make enough power at all.
Hawaii - curious if it has anything to do with rental agencies and how slow going the locals are compared to visitors.
And the way these are being reported seems skewed, or maybe huge states (population wise) like New York hardly have any speeding tickets written.
as a sti owner who has multiple speeding tickets, the profiling is real most cops (VA State Troopers specifically) will pull you over with no second thoughts if they even catch you going 1mph over the speed limit lmao
VA is the absolute worst. Multiple court appearances for less than 6mph over the limit I shit you not.
I have experienced this pain in my WRX in VA.
Fellow sti owner from Vermont. State troopers are usually pretty cool here. It's the Sherriffs and town cops we have to really watch out for
@@ianholmquist8492 you live in Vermont which is a joke of a state. Come to NJ and they'll catch your ass lol
Never speed in Emporia in VA
WRX is number one. No surprises.
I would expect a mass produced car to have a lot of ticketed drivers. Easy to get into and modified. Equals tickets.
Damn!
Good thing James told me he's James and not a cop. I already had my hands behind my head and got ready to be arrested.
Yes I am glad James clarified that up.
I mean, who wouldn't? 😏
Funny how James said Maryland twice. I think he meant Massachusetts for the Acura TL.
Listen! He ain’t lying about TLs in MD, it’s like the Wild West around here
@@Fuller23D I’m super surprised MD wasn’t an Altima or Crown Vic’s 😂
TL’s would’ve made way more sense for Maryland than A4’s lol. I would’ve guessed it’d been a wrx here since IAG is based here
The only speeding ticket I have ever gotten in a car was in a Jetta TDI when I was in high school in Wisconsin. Guess I added to that statistic. 😂
I was druving a 2018 911 in az. Going down the 17 got pulled over doing 98 in a 65. Pulled over right away, apologized saying its absolutely not acceptable to drive that fast. Was let off with a warning. Cop was cool because i was honest saying "its rare that people are so honest, i appreciate it. I just rented a corvette in florida myself, so i get it." Give them respect, theyll guve it in return.
I like when he gets to Florida you can hear the film crew laughing
As a Floridian I’ll tell you it’s always Fast and Furious here, just wear a helmet 🪖
@@manuellopez6123 haha yeah I can imagine. Been in that neck of the woods myself, only place that I think is crazier is southern cali.
As soon as James said "The most speedy speed boy" I knew it was the Kia Forte. Why? Because my first (and currently only) car is a 2010 Kia Forte EX. And really, yeah there's nothing fantastic about them. 2.0L, four banger putting out about 150 HP. It's definitely not fast with an 8 second acceleration.
Buuuuuut, the SX trim did have a 2.4L that did about 173 HP and had somewhat better acceleration. Also from 2010 to 2016 Kia made the Forte Koup also with the SX trim. A sporty, affordable, two door sedan. This and also newer models having a GT trim with a 1.6L turbo engine is probably why it's the most ticketed. Cheap, sporty cars, but without mods aren't fast for the track.
Side note, the 2022 Forte GT manual sounds so beautiful stock.
I just knew that West Virginia and Oklahoma was going to be the Ford F Series... Boy was I in for a surprise. I like alot of overlooked cars but I don't think I've ever met anyone that owns a Kia Forte. I totally forgot they existed. Now I'm intrigued and actually want to have a Kia Forte enthusiast show me what makes them special.
Kia Forte is still even to this day a very good & very reliable car, especially if you're looking for something simple & very affordable, i see them lot every day, and it was no surprise to see them the most ticketed
My Family own 2 of these
coming from a pennsylvania resident, the WRX is everywhere, i see so many all the time, really not surprised from this vid
Now we need the least ticketed vehicle in every state video !
forklift
@@bathshebahubber614 😂
My guess is Buicks and Lincoln's. Old people love though and they drive slow as hell.
Hmm that's interesting. My guess for NY is Toyota Yaris or Kia Rondo
Never in my life thought that car profiling is a thing
Damn James, you can't scare me like that. I thought I was gonna get a ticket.
As a Mustang driver in New Jersey, I'm proud to say I'm most likely the cause of the Mustang being on this list.
The fact that, in some cases, there's a 1 in 5 chance to buy a car that's been ticketed is kind of shocking. People need to slow down... Or speed up a LOT more lol As soon as they brought up the Dart I knew it was going to Virginia. That's the ONLY state I've ever seen anyone actually driving one of those, and you see them a LOT.
"Do you know why I pulled you over?"
"Because I let you?"
