On this episode of Abenz Fishing we are back in the Florida Keys to do some bridge fishing and inshore jigging. I was fishing Islamorada, FL on this episode and many people consider it the fishing capitol of the world. Although it is more known for its flats fishing, there are tons of areas where you can fish bridges and jig fish. The primary species we wnated were mutton snapper, mangrove sapper and grouper.
Sick, nothing like catching snappers in FL. Great video!

Awesome content, congrats on the Muttons. I love fishing the keys so much, I have to set a plan for myself before I go. First time I went I was overwhelmed trying to fish everywhere for everything. Now I'm like ok, going fly fishing for tarpon and bone fish. Once I catch some of them then I move to the next plan. Sometimes you may spend 7 days on the first plan. Like when you go ok I'm going for a florida keys grand slam on fly. Yeah right lol, have tried that a few trips but have never landed the permit on fly. Keep the videos coming brother

Abenz Fishing, what is the name of the clear container with blue locks for the top, that you keep packages of Z-MAN baits in? Is the Z-MAN bait container waterproof?
Dude I have no idea but it’s awesome. I don’t think it is waterproof though. Like $15 at BPS
I have a juvenile tarpon spot on the gulf side when u get near Marathon I can give u a map link of spot. There pretty much all the time. Need to net pilchards or glass minnows

3/4 oz and 1 oz
That first one was a cubera
You think? I’ve caught my fair share of Cubera… it can be hard to tell when they’re small
@@AbenzFishing looks like one cause of the pattern, cubera stripes go all the way, the mangroves tend to only have them on the upper half
Yeah cubera
It was a mangrove with just really dark colorations, can 100% say it was not a cubera.
What type of artificial shrimp?
This was the zman 4” - it’s been an extremely productive lure for me
zman EZ shrimp.
Thumbnail is a “Henn lures” shrimp.
But this small mangrove’s are better eating than a 24 inch mutton any day
I like mutton’s way more but that’s just me
