I really need to improve on my left Because today we had gym and this is basically my first year in high school but I’m in 10th grade we did the whole 9th grade online so we didn’t have sports or anything but today we played and I had a mindset that I was an amazing defender I was playing good defense but the guy I was guarding had better offense and I won’t lie he dropped me on a pivot fake play and I got right back up and acted like it didn’t happen even thought ppl were saying ohh. In middle school I was always so athletic and depended on my long arms and my vertical and speed but now in high school that doesn’t matter unless you know how to use your athleticism to score the basketball. I thought I was good but now I’ve opened my eyes to see I’m pretty much just average and I need to use my god given abilities to play at my highest level I’m a skinny guy I’m 5’10 around 130 pounds and i was getting pushed around inside so now I will take my game more seriously to learn how to score the basketball so I will be prepared for anything and I’m older than most of my peers by one year for going to school late but some of the guys are still bigger than me so now I will train everyday to get better

Nice drills for enhancing dribbling techniques. They were various and combined, but I couldn’t see the thing that I sometimes see good players use it while hooping in attack position which is BTL in one hand. So I wander if you would put it in your nice dribbling drills
hey everyone. any tips for me do the Lead Dribble, Behind, Croos? i know that will be hard cause i started play basketball 1 week ago. but the lead dribble, behind and cross was without doubt the most difficulty. The especif part that i had difficulty is the behind part i'm lost too fast and mistake the move. (sorry for any gramatical wrong, i'm brazilian and i'm still learning english)
Make sure when you are doing a V dribble your feet are moving with the ball carry your shoulders over with the dribble to make sure you are getting to that outside leg and once you find your rhythm it should be smooth sailing!
Do I have to make it a routine? Because I have so many other dribbling drills telling me you should do this everyday until you know your good at them. It's just so much pressure and I don't know which one to trust
you should do it atleast 10 minutes per day just to get some reps in, but if you're training seriously you should go for longer minutes and more reps, i'd also recommend freestyling your dribbles

Getting familiar with the drill will make your body feel like the ball is part of its system and that will make your handles better.

It was pretty hard for me too! Try doing it slower, and focus on doing it correctly. Practice makes perfect, good luck!
