I like these videos because most beginners don't know where to begin. First timers may find it irksome trying to figure out where to start and even harder to commit themselves to continue just because of insecurities from simply not knowing. They just do cardio and leave because it's hard to get out there and figure out how/what to do next. You take all of that out of the equation and make it easier for people to commit themselves to a better lifestyle. Keep up the great work!
I did this workout last night. It was really effective!! My shoulders were killing me when I was doing those chair jumps. Pistol squats were tough!! I used the chair for them. Zuzana, thank you for starting your own UA-cam Channel, I'm so happy that you are keeping this up on your own and you inspire so many people with your positive personality and full of life demeanor!! I REALLY like that you write the exercise for the day and also do it along with the audience. You're doing great ;)
This thing is a killer, im tottaly doing more of this, i was almost dead when i finished round 1, but i pull it off, very high level and a good cardio! Love it

23:52! Used 12lb dumbbells. The overheads were difficult! Couldn't squat down without toppling over, so I only bent my knees as much as I could and paced myself. Using the weights with the pistols actually helped my balance and I was able to do them properly!! The dive bombers took me the longest... Anyways, epic burn (particularly in the arms!!!) and I'm feeling great. Thank you, Zuzana! You're stunning!
This is really hard and intense.... 1st January my time was like 12:39.. and today I completed this workout in 11 minutes.... I have to tell big THANKS to you, Zuzka x) you always push me to the MAX.
Great workout! Those overhead squats were trouble, but I cant help trying to use more weight than Zuzka. To those that dont think this work out is hard enough, then you need to bump up the weight and intensity. I did this using 20 lb dumb bells and it was killer. I barely finished a few seconds ahead of Zuzka, but I was gasping for air and sweating bullets. Awesome workout, thanks Zuzka!!!
11:36! Loved this! I modified pistols with 1-leg squat to a low stool like Zuzana demo'd. I used 2-20 lb weights for squat side kick and a 20 lb for 1-leg alt. Squats. Thanks Zuzana.

Awesome!! I understand how some might say its not enough because some exercise are hard to do like the pistols squats., if you don go all the way down then its not really challenging enough....but the piping is to break past that comfortable zone to make it challenging enough!! Keep rocking Z

holy cooooow. so hard. i used 10 pounds in each hand, but last round had to switch to five, i couldn't raise my arms! no weight for pistol squats.i was on my last 6 dive bombers when you finished... next time, i have to match you!! thanks so much, zuzka, you're awesome!!! 13:21
Hi Zuzana! I love your workouts! I was doing your BR-workouts for a year, and I only lost like four pounds; so for me, I have to do longer workouts to stay in shape. I think it's easyer for already skinny people to get a shape like yours, but for people with some extra pounds we need to do more cardio. PS: Could you mention what muscle groups your workouts targets? Like this one is for legs and shoulders... That would be a nice feature to your website when it's up and running again, I think ;-)
holy !!!!! i like these intense yet fast workouts!! 11:27 20lbs first round then 15 too heavy with overhead squats holy then 20lb pistols but leg on the floor and 10 then 6 then 7 full dive bomber!
@ DermLover1 These exercises can be used to elevate the heart rate enough to be beneficial if you are pushing yourself to the max. Also if you do two sets throughout the day it will be more than enough to have the needed effect on the heart rate. Also They consider a brisk 30 min walk enough to be heart healthy.
I cannot do the pistol push up!!!! ARGH! So I held a weight and did a squat and came up with one leg. I could not do it both ways. Will try again this evening. Kick ass workout.
@karenJRV You can practice pistol squats by doing them near a door frame so when you get stuck in the squat you can pull on the door frame to get back up. After practicing the pistol squats that way you will eventually be able to do one without help.
i'm a guy and buying this tonight. she combines so much in one workout its sure to bring quick results. i'd rather have great cardio and be tones than huge and massive. that can come later. first i want to be strong and have endurance! plus i get to look at her while doing it!
Yes, these workouts work perfectly. The Problem is , you can't eat a large pizza and do 15 min. workouts and look like her ( or whoever). The diet comes into play and you must be strict to semi- strict on your eating. I used these workouts inbetween my main workout and these kicked my ass for a while until I built the strength to do them. I lost a total of 49 Lbs.
Why do I have so much trouble with the overhead squats? I'm 45, very well trained, foolowing Zuska, 2 years now... The normal squats are no problem at all but the time I use even the slightiest weight in my hands over the head I'm dying to do even one...

Intense workout I was busted and sweating like a pig. I like the fact that you screen your comments very good.
The first time I did this workout I didn't finish it. But today I finished it with a time of 17:23! :) Although I did have to modify a little.
