I was scared to do the wall handstands but I did a few practice ones on my elbows (with hands interlocked and head wedged in my palms); before building enough confidence to kick up from my hands. When I got the hang of it...I hung upside, down enjoying my small victory for 30 seconds. Thanks Zuzana! I felt like a kid again! :)

Zuzana! I was affraid of this workout but for the first time in my life, I did a full wall handstand! I am so happy. I did 3 ful handstand in each set of ten, I am almost there for 10 on 10. Maybe next time! Thanks!

You have one of the most gorgeous smiles ever and I think it suits you better than the moody model face. And as always I do love your workouts, old and new!

That's what I did, but only because rolling on the hard floor hurt my shoulder; but in terms of muscle work, I don't think there is much asymmetry as you're doing 180° on one side first them going back 180° to the other side.

To much hesitation I unsubsribed from bodyrock about 3 months after Zuzana left. There's too much going on with that now, especially with product placement and so many hosts. This one is fitness simplicity and class at it's best. Thank you Zuzana!
