2 problems i find after doing these for over a decade is: turning too quickly - cause the whole rotation to finish with half a Flip. The other one is leveling out the Flip too early, which causes under rotation. So, when i do it i think flip, then when my foot is almost off the griptape i start turning the full 180, the catch Will then become automatic. Hope it helps somebody to land their first one.
Don't use it for kickflips tho if anything you want to put it in the fs pocket for kickflips like mike mo since it pops quicker and already starts to flip
Heeey, skate brother, much love and respect from Ukraine. I've heard a lot of people here talking about this channel, you are super helpful with these trick tips. Peace
i was trying this trick yesterday and landed a couple very sketchy ones but when i was getting the rotation and flip all in one motion i would land upside down or primo on the board i think its cause i was'nt flicking hard enough though im gonna try it again later today
i see u are wearing those weird new adidas 3st.03 are they any good? (ps: i've been skating city cups recently but they are too fragile!) u should do a skate shoes video!
I skated the slip on version of those shoes. They were perfect. Board feel was amazing, flick was good, they also broke in almost instantly. Would def. Recommend.
They're dummy comfortable, also there is rubber underneath the toe piece for a little added extra durability. Just make sure you buy the right size. I find that I have to buy all my adidas shoes a half size smaller than my other skate shoes. ie: 10.5 in es skate shoes and 10 in adidas. I find that following the UK size on the box is a sure bet at getting the right fit. Also another really solid adidas skate shoe is the liberty cup. Looks really chunky but the outsole height is decieving. Also lace protecter's and super durable
I was trying front side kick flips , and then said f it let me try a backside heel and I deadass almost landed , I was likeeee whaaatttt I needdsss this trick 🥵🥵🥵😂🤣😂
Harku Skates that’s the thing Lmaoo that is my best flip trick, I can’t really kickflip so I only heel flip but when I do bs heel flips I always end up loosing my heel flips as I always end up loosing the way I flick, its so weird dude
Put ur back foot more behind. Inward heels are when you have ur back foot in the pop shuv spot. U want it in the FS pop shuv area or just in the middle of the board. U should also focus more on the 180 too if u keep getting the inwards
most underrated trick
Respect to everyone who does these switch

@@marcosarrioja9028 that's exactly what I thought
@@vecchioutente tyshawn did the la triple set switch

I love you thank you
Will be focusing on using that "pressure effect" on all of my flip tricks now.
Not all of them just heels mainly
@@user-fd5ew3sf5z lol def NOT on Heelflips. You have your foot in middle of the tail to get the best pop
@@vecchioutente no I have mine in the pocket it's easier
Don't use it for kickflips tho if anything you want to put it in the fs pocket for kickflips like mike mo since it pops quicker and already starts to flip
@@vecchioutente that's literally how everyone does heelflips... you get more pop from the pocket

Yo, I can catch it at 90 degrees but never neem to finish the rotation naturally, any tips?
This was the last trick i was trying to land before the major brutal ankle injury that basicly changed my life forever lol
Was the injury because of trying the bs heelflip dude ? 😬
Dude what happened
For me backside heelflips are easier than regular heels haha
same
Backside heel flip turned into a Backside HeeHeeee!!!
hey could u pls do switch heelflips
I learned this trick in like 20min but my prblm is my toes dragging any tips on that?
I literally learned these a day after bs flips
Late flip trick tip?
Well I do the perfect flick but I Land with one foot. Think I got it after this video
*I never knew that Freddie Mercury skates??!*

Dude I've somehow broken two boards now doing this trick. I keep landing on the nose
I can do this trick but I always end up loosing my heel flip afterwards is there anyway I can learn the bs heel without loosing my heel flip?
Get your heel flips really good the tricks you do the most you never lose
Harku Skates that’s the thing Lmaoo that is my best flip trick, I can’t really kickflip so I only heel flip but when I do bs heel flips I always end up loosing my heel flips as I always end up loosing the way I flick, its so weird dude
Grieving Nebulous just do more heelflips. If you find a new trick causes you to lose an old trick, that old trick probably needs more attention.
switch kickflip tutorial plss
He has a switch flip video already
Every single try I do kinda an inward heel I cant flip the board normally 🤔

@@user-tf3jf2fi6d if I put my foot more behind I do a fc rotation of 360 inward heel that's so weird
Is this one Frontside easier?
Baltimoretrupial I think backside is easier
depends on what your strong 180 is.
im way better at fs 180ies so i learned it frontside first. same with fs flip.
good luck!
@@chris-pw5ck and personnaly I learned bs flips and bs heels first, so it really depends
I found how to do these by accident

i wish my backside 180ies wouldnt suck so much. i could have those on lock...
He did a practice video on them. You should check it out

Oi oi
wayyyyyy easier on a hip. try that first :)
These are so hard switch, the switch heel flick is awkward for these.
Flick the switch heel fully first then turn the whole rotation. Try it and let me know
okay excuse me this doesn't seem possible
y do u sound so robotic
