- Need to strengthen or tone your biceps? These 21 curls with dumbbells will make your biceps burn! You will start by doing 7 curls halfway up, then 7 curls halfway down, and lastly do 7 curls all the way up and down. Voila!

I forgot who I learned it from (some video) but I do 7-7-7 Curls. And of course add more reps but the same principle. I prefer the more natural "long" bicep look to the shorter "less natural" look. 🤷🏻♂️
