Hey, I need some help. What should I do If I have a pinched nerve or some sharp pain in my upper back/ neck area when I lift. It messes up my form and ruins the entire workout. I’ve been to a chiropractor 2 times but it didn’t do anything

Depends on it, if your chest is weaker than your shoulders then i would start with chest. But if your shoulders are a weak point then i would start with shoulders. So really depends on what muscle you want to focus more

Depends on it, if your chest is weaker than your shoulders then i would start with chest. But if your shoulders are a weak point then i would start with shoulders. So really depends on what muscle you want to focus more
