      Agree with Christiana, hardest ten minutes ever!!
      I just started doing this workout before breakfast..., but I still get some pauses during the exercises...Its pump my energy throughout the day!!!
      Incredible combination steps.

    I’m a 54 plasterer & I do these exercises every day after work . hard work but you will feel & notice all your hard work 👍🏼

    Muscle blaster! Constructive suggestion - insert a 5 second period so followers can see the next exercise and prep for transition; or insert a 5-sec countdown to the exercise so we can prep for transition.

    Just tried all of those and I love abs so this workout was just brilliant as total body weight routine and loved it immensely...thank you so much for putting this fab clip up . You a gent indeed !!

    Superb routine. It's replaced my 5 min planks, 300 leg raises, reclined sit ups. This is awesome.

    I love this workout and do it at least once a week.
    Question for everyone - this works my shoulders/back wayyyyy more than my abs. Am I doing things wrong? Any constructive suggestions for how I can get more ab engagement in this?

      Try to tighten your glutes and push your lower back downwards, while doing first time i had same issues but after correcting my form, this works good.

    Great! I felt Like dying more than three times. I was about to complete it without pauses, but the plank pushups were insane, last 10 seconds I could not lift myself. Just Holded the plank.
