Muscle blaster! Constructive suggestion - insert a 5 second period so followers can see the next exercise and prep for transition; or insert a 5-sec countdown to the exercise so we can prep for transition.

I love this workout and do it at least once a week. Question for everyone - this works my shoulders/back wayyyyy more than my abs. Am I doing things wrong? Any constructive suggestions for how I can get more ab engagement in this?
Great! I felt Like dying more than three times. I was about to complete it without pauses, but the plank pushups were insane, last 10 seconds I could not lift myself. Just Holded the plank.

Just a question : does this challenge fit for my project which is to gain muscles ton increase my metabolism rate // loose fat ? If it doesn't, do you ave something like that ? Try to tighten your glutes and push your lower back downwards, while doing first time i had same issues but after correcting my form, this works good.
These plank exercises are excellent.but there rough..you make it look so easy
