Superb routine. It's replaced my 5 min planks, 300 leg raises, reclined sit ups. This is awesome.
This is a great workout....i had to take about 8 rest in total but am gonna push it that way very soon am gonna be able to do it straight like you

Great! I felt Like dying more than three times. I was about to complete it without pauses, but the plank pushups were insane, last 10 seconds I could not lift myself. Just Holded the plank.
