  • One of my least favorite things to do number crunch and business plan. Also PAPERWORK. This must be why I have it all over my kitchen table AKA my kitchen table office! Number crunching is not my forte but hey, what else can I do in the winter?!

Love the winter tour. Friday is March 1st, I know we’re all getting antsy. Can’t wait for the first spring tour, Shelley.

I’m enjoying the winter garden and seeing how you plan for this year’s flowers and garden. The deer have been eating the tops off my daylilies and iris’s. I do have Liquid Fence and I did spray it earlier, but I think it rained afterwards. I can’t wait for spring. I’m going to look for one of your videos on transplanting echinacea seedlings into potting soil and what size cells you use. Spring’s coming! Have a good day.

Yeah- I spray a lot! It’s a pain but if you’re consistent, it does help!

Easily fixed. You need a lag bolt with a wider head and a nut. Make a pilot hole through both sides. Making sure the hole isn’t too big. You want a tight fit. Put the bolt through and tighten the nut so both sides touch again. It will hold the tree together as it wakes up and starts to repair itself. Leave the bolt there. It will add strength and as time passes, the tree will grow around it and swallow it so you won’t even see it in there. This is how arborists repair trees. Except the bolts they use are massive. Good luck 👍

Glad to see that you’re cutting back on some work for the coming season, I’m sure it will pay off later.

A roll of sturdy fencing might 12g or 16 gauge might work better. Cut a length and form a circle with zip ties. Home depot sells fencing wire in 50 and 100 foot rollswith 3x4 openngs or something tge like. But small enough to prevent tge ders nose getting through

    Love your youtube channel.👍
Make the cage large enough so the deer cant reach your plants that they might like to eat
This is what I do to protect plants the deer might chew down
Once the plants are big..the deer might not be as interested in eating them.

I’m the daughter of a cotton farmer and I have to tell you the tree peony seed pods with the snow on top look like cotton boles! So pretty! I’ve chopped it and picked it and helped haul it to the gin and smelled the gin aroma in the hot summer. But, I still find a few empty spots to plant cotton in my yard. It’s a pretty plant! I just wish I could grow peonies, I love them. And, Bryan, thanks for another great video. They are the highlight of my Sunday Afternoons!

Good Morning GGTs ☕️I thought I was the only crazy garden lady that walks around with a broom knocking the snow off my beautiful hydrangeas and flower babies! 🤪 Ps I’m thankful I have a helpful husband in the home but the laundry room is completely off limits to his sweet ace-he just can’t handle the complete task it takes to accomplish the “Laundry” 🤪Lol!

Sweet gift.! Your tree might end up going to look like a multi trunk! Maybe you’ll still like it. They can handle a lot of limbing up and pruning.

You should look for ways to get your taxes reduced on your farmland by Leasing part of it. There are also deductions for
    farm equipment

Curious if you guys ever see yourselves moving to the farm. And where are your gloves, I could see how red your fingers were getting 😱

I wouldn’t mind but it wouldn’t be for a long time… I love my home and gardens 🙂. And yes- I needed gloves. I have the worst circulation! I’m just used to it haha!

      Hi Cheryl! I have a website: www.guidinggreenthumbs.com
There’s a shop with what’s offered currently. I did a restock yesterday but the Echinacea seeds are sold out and I don’t have any more stock I’m sorry! If you subscribe to my newsletter, you will get notified an hour ahead of time before announcing it to the public on my Facebook page. It gives you an hour head start to get in and purchase. Hope this helps!
