You just saved my life, thanks for this video. I lost my buy box two days ago and I didn’t know what to do. I priced my product too high too quickly before running out of inventory. I lowered the price to what it was before and I got the buy box again.

I've had 1 suppressed listing, I've changed the title, added bullet points, added backend keywords and dropped the price down by 66% before I got the Buybox back. Recouped half my investment in that item. Sales history can be deceiving.
I have lowered the price. still got the suppressed listing. It says my quantity details in the listing are wrong. This is after half of the product got sold.
Great video! I am currently losing the buy box and I have noticed in the "Available from these sellers" section, that the 'Amazon Warehouse' is also selling my item second hand used. They have around 25 units in total. Do you know if this affects winning the buy box?
Amazon warehouse deals are "used" or "collectible" and not "new," so if you're selling as new, it will not impact your buy box time.
@@fulltimefba Hey thanks for the tip, yes you're correct I am selling all new products and Amazon Warehouse is selling all used, but I'm still not winning the buy box.
I've done other troubleshooting such as I checked the UPC and no one else is selling it. I've also tested lowering the price over the last week from the standard price of $28 down to $24, now down to $23 - but this hasn't worked so far. I've also received days of 20-30 orders without the buy box, but still don't have it.
Any other ideas how I can get the buy box back?
Hi my problem is with my seller metrics. All my buy boxes supressed although even my listings are active customers can not buy my products and i am the only seller.When you click to my item it says see other options and i am the only option and after that when you click the add to car button it does not add it to cart. I dont know what to do. How to fix these problems I have more than 5k products and I have 3 star my account is 3 years old.
You need to drastically improve your seller metrics to regain the privilege of having your items in the buy box. I can see how an item might not be in the buy box if your seller feedback is only 3 out of 5 stars. But I don't think if you click "add to cart" your item is not available for customers to add to their cart. You might not be able to add to your cart because you are the seller and sellers can't buy their own items on Amazon.
Lowered the price, got back the buy box right away. Question is can i gradually improve it a bit? Its not a lot. just 1 dollar or so?
You can try to and see if the buy box gets suppressed again to find out what the limit is. Best of luck!
Hello! Sadly, Amazon removed my buy box, on my private label product! I don't know why it happened. I don't have any competitors selling the same product, since I have a branded product. Why does that happen? Thank you.
I think Amazon thinks your price is too high to meet the demand of your product. I'm not 100% sure, but that's my guess.
Amazon will sometimes think your price is too high and suppress the buy box if it's higher than certain big box stores. Definitely Walmart, likely most stores that have a public API.

I don't know what was the issue. I just updated my listings completely and problem resolved.
hello there cant fix the problem. Can it be something like this the owner of the listing may deleted everything and disappeared.
Are you talking about a suppressed buy box (where there is no buy box on the listing) OR are you talking about a suppressed listing (where if you do to the listing link it shows "the dogs of Amazon" instead of the listing?
I don't see the buy box under any of my added item
If Amazon has reduced the competitive price of a product from $11 to $3, it has resulted in all sellers for that product losing the buy box and experiencing low sales. To regain the buy box, sellers must price their product at $3 or lower. However, there seems to be an error, as when checking competitor prices (Walmart, Target, etc.), they are selling the same product at $10.99 and higher.
Have you tried to open a ticket with Amazon to see if they can fix this error? That is what I'd do.

I have a bundle, it is the only item in the "see other sellers" I am the only seller, yet no buy box?!
Amazon thinks your price is too high... consider lowering the price or running ads to increase sales.
The Buy Box eligibility columns have been removed from the list, you can't check it anymore.
It's still there... Seller Central just changed the name to "Featured Offer eligible" instead of "Buy Box Eligible." Hope this helps!

what is repricer?

I priced my item $29.99 $5 lower than the next seller and the buy box is still non existing...Amazon is saying other competitors are pricing the same item at $17.99...I.. there isnt a single seller with that price 🤦♂️

Amazon is including other websites in the price comparisons.... now just because there is no buy box, doesn't mean you need to lower your price to take a loss. As long as you're the lowest price (of a suppressed buy box item). then you'll most likely get the next sale.
