Hey, Loved your video. DO you recommend repricer tool to match the lowest price where there are FBM sellers with lower prices? Or do we just focus on being the lowest among FBA sellers?
@FastTrackFBA I have another question. Just an example... Lets see, I find a item that only Amazon is selling, and Amazon have 100 units of this item. If I list the same ASIN with only 10 units of the same item to compete with Amazon, with the same price, when I will start selling if that product have high demand? Their system will wait Amazon sell all their 100 units and run out of stock for I start selling? Or this process is randomly? How is your experience about it? Thanks for sharing
I would strongly recommend to not compete with Amazon especially when you the same selling price, Let's put it this way, you and Amazon sells the product with the same selling price but Amazon has more stocks than you. Amazon can lower their prices more since they have lots of units and it will not badly affect their sales. In your part, lowering the prices with just 10 units in stock is a bold move to make. Try to sell the product when Amazon is not in the listing.
What about listing which is making hundred of thousands of sells, brs is 360 no Amazon seller but, for you to make profit you have to sell it at higher rate from the lowest seller but you will be the highest FBA seller or joint, would this work effect your FBA buy box's due to the fact you increased your selling price?
5 FBA seller including me item making over 500 sales, estimation for me is 100 sale right, taken into consideration there are like few fbm sellers, however on keepa chart, one fbm sellers is getting the most perfect which is 35 of the box over

In term of FBM, how do we supposed to know how much is the shipping time for our customers? Maybe someone is in London, or someone is ordering from Liverpool...and we are sending with Royal mail for example..
Question, is the buy box showing immediately if you are eligible? Scenario: I`m the lowest price on X product, however, there is someone who actually has the buy box which his price is a bit higher with 2 cents... How come?! Worth saying that it`s my first product...
What about products that Amazon is the buybox? For example, can I compete with Amazon? What if I want to sell a item that only Amazon is selling for 40$ and I list mine for 39, I will automatically win this BuyBox??
You can try mate but I would suggest to be careful when Amazon holds the Buybox. Chances are they can lower their price more to you because they have larger units than you so lowering their prices won't be that impactful to their profits.
So from the 2 complaints I got, I notice that I’m not winning the buy box like I used to! Everything else is right, and I know it’s because of the complaints. I have closed the listing at fault. What do I do to make it normal again?
Sorry to hear that mate. One of the things I learned from winning the Buy Box is that you should have a good sales performance meaning less complaints. The very best way for it is to fix the complaints first until you have zero complaints. By doing that, there's chance that Amazon's algorithm will look at your account that it has no more complaints.

I can't do the business in that country because I am a student in that country. So after completion of my graduation for 3 years I want to restart my amazon business. Hi Abdul. I'm good. How about you? My point is that what type of business model do you use? If you're using Private label or wholesale or if you are a merchant fulfilled seller, then it will be a problem for you if you will migrate t a different country. But if you are sing online arbitrage, then it will not be a problem since you can manage your business while studying abroad as everything happens online.

We sent our product to amazon FBA in US. Initially for some days it displayed the buy box but later in the US and Canada marketplace the buy box as well as the prime tag is not there. How is it possible that an FBA inventory is not displaying the buy box???
One of the top criteria of winning the buybox is having a good seller metrics. Having the buybox means that Amazon is referring you to the customer who searched the listing. With this, Amazon must make sure that you should have a good selling metrics for them to give the Buybox to you. Since you are a good seller, you can try competing them through prices. This doesn't hap[pen all the time but some says it works.

Will the alibaba supplier send me the product image in my phone through watsapp or email for editing,creating logo,customize design and packaging for private label product because without the product image I will not be able to customize the product. So will they send me the image of the product before I give my own logos,design,customise the product to them before manufacturing my own product?
Currently, you are not eligible to be featured in the Buy Box for ASIN B006MRVIHO because your offer is not priced competitively compared to other retailers outside of Amazon. its litterlly half the price i was selling , what does this mean should I just cutt my losses and move on, what are my options i dont see the buybox on the listing.

Great question and you are roughly right but reality doesn't always match the theory and if you can figure this out, then you can find your edge

I have no idea for Royal mail mate but we have a 1 - 2 months shipping time from supplier to Amazon's warehouses.

There are lots of reason Raj, many Amazon sellers call it a dead product. Have you listed your product to other online store?

It's either someone is tanking the prices to remove sellers on the listing. Have you used Keepa?
