On higher BSR, then small changes in BSR are just rank adjustments because of items being added to or deleted from the overall Amazon inventory. Larger drops are actual sales... at least 1 per drop.

I try to sell new release toys which is coming in September, but Amazon already on the listing with 40 percent off. Does Amazon intend to sell them or they just be on listing as place holder for for product until other sellers come in? If they really intent to sell them, should I sell the toys? If there is 40 percent off coupon, will other sellers obligate to discount too or just for Amazon? Sometime I see buy more save more, again will this apply to other seller as well or just Amazon?
There is no way to know for sure what Amazon plans to do, but if the items have an amazon listing and they are already 40% off, then I assume they will be selling the item.

What about amazon saller app? I do use it for RA
The Amazon Seller App does not have Keepa graph access.
Anyway keepa can make an app? how do i check keepa on my phone with just scanning an item with my phone?
