      @MYAutoimmuneMD I'm doing the alkaline diet for my rheumatoid arthritis. Methotrexate is horrible. I was breathless and fatigued, and blood pressure went down. I would rather have a natural approach. Thanks for responding. Many blessings 🙏

    I am a long time nurse with RA diagnosed almost 16 years ago. I have learned so much from you (much more than from my own rheumatologist) that I almost feel I should be earning CEU's! Although my RA has been stable for some time now, I have implemented some of your recommendations with good results. Thank you for sharing your knowledge.

      I don't have a therapy with a specific name. Along with taking Plaquenil and methotrexate, my diet leans heavily towards anti-inflammatory foods. I also take turmeric and krill oil. Exercise, including yoga, is essential. Best to you.

      @garimaahlawat6060 Anti-inflammatory foods are mainly plant-based. Dr. Yu has some videos on this subject, and so does "Talking with Docs", among others. I do not follow a rigid diet: heavy on plant-based (that includes herbs and spices) and low on processed and ultra-processed foods. You can find extensive information by doing a search. Best to you.

    I truly appreciate your hard work putting these videos together for us! Thank you! No I've not heard of Car T therapy. I come to you for the most up to date information about rheumatology. With all the funding shelled out for research, I would have thought therapies would have been discovered by now. I am now 70 and suffered for over 40 years, with these symptoms. First only flare up and now daily, to the point I have great mobility issues.
    Thank you Dr. Yu for this wonderful information. I ran some of this info by my rheumatologist, he seemed clueless, to the point I'm ready to jump ship. God Bless keep up the great work!

    Hi doctor, this is my first video I am watching on your channel. I've been suffering from myasthenia gravis for nearly 20 years, In 2019 I underdone a thymectomy surgery and continued medicines (pyridostigmine 60 mg) for almost 3 years.
    There was no remedy and I felt depressed and stressed. Later I moved to Ayurveda and naturopathy.
    You told me the medicines work at symptoms level, but I learned that ayurveda and naturopathy works at the root cause to eliminate the disease.
    What I did was a 16 hour fasting, used wet packs, 21- day water enema, eating only natural foods, no junk, caffeine, packed, tinned foods. I followed it very religiously for almost 3 to 4 months. I almost improved my condition. I felt no drooping of my eyelids and i feel energetic throughout the day. I will do a blood test after 3 months to check my blood results. Now I am confident that I improved my condition a lot, thanks for this video.

      Hello there , thanks for sharing the information , am also diagnosed with myesthenia gravis, talking seems really difficult these days .. doctor suggested thymectomy even though there is no tumor in thymus gland ..I Just want your suggestions about thymectomy ..is it worth is or not??

    • @Hari-Sundar
      @Hari-Sundar 7 місяців тому +4

      @@Worldly-ways It is based on your condition. Because doctors said that it will take some years to benefit from thymectomy, but it is just a treatment and not cure. Before that I undergone plasmaphresis( spelling mistake). In my opinion and based on my condition, thymectomy worsened my condition even more, I was 16 years old at that time, and didn't know even what the surgery is about, i didn't had knowledge about what the surgery is about. Now I am feeling why the hell i went through the surgery. But now ayurveda and natural lifestyle helping me to overcome the disease..
      This is from my experience: you can follow:
      Intermittent fasting for 16 hours
      Eat only natural foods
      No tea, coffee, junk, packed, tinned, avoid food that is packed.
      Throw away these white things from your kitchen: white rice, maida (white flour), white sugar. Instead use jaggery, brown or black rice (but not instant cooking rice).
      Eat at the right time
      21- day enema
      3 months using wet packs. It will take 3 to 6 months to get good results in your bllood test. I hope this helps.
      I shared my experience on the surgery, but please consult your doctor. Till now there is no cure in the modern science. Only natural lifestyle will help. Thank you

    Car-T is failing in the cancer arena so drug companies are taking other conditions and using this drug “off-label” to treat patients for whom this drug was not initially developed. Ask this online doctor if he receives kickbacks from the drug manufacturer. Ask any doctor what they receive if they prescribe this or any drug.

    • @disguisedgenius5583
      @disguisedgenius5583 7 місяців тому +1

      Success in the auto-immune arena is also a big deal. Why would they prescribe it off-label if it can show positive results for autoimmune diseases?

    • @GenoMartinez93
      @GenoMartinez93 Місяць тому

      I don't know whether it's successful or not on cancer, but what I can say is you have to wait for studies to show whether or not it works. Someone had to test hydroxychloroquine, an antimalarial drug, on autoimmune patients before they found out it was effective. Eventually it became the first line treatment. Don't be rude. We all are here to learn, and we need the medical science to keep moving forward.

It is wonderful to be old but healthy and energetic without any diagnoses or pill taking. I'll never go back to eating inflammatory sugar, carbs, and plants in any form. My wife and I eat mostly fatty ground beef (75/25), makes up the majority of our meals. It's cheap and we're retired and on a budget. Panamanian beef is quite tough, so we stick to the ground beef. Once a week I buy a couple imported rib eye steaks (about $22 each here in Panama). I eat eggs fried in bacon fat or butter, air fried pork belly, bacon, sardines in water, and very occasionally chicken. Chicken doesn't have enough fat to satisfy me. These, salt, and water -- that's it. Very satisfying, I almost never have any cravings for anything else. Every carnivore is different and finds the balance of animal products that work for them. UA-cam is full of content by carnivore physicians and people with success stories. I love this way of eating. It is easy and amazingly affordable. I don't ever see myself going back to eating sugars, carbs, or any plants. They hold no appeal after two-years eating this way.

      The problem isn't just certain foods, ot is the off the charts carbohydrate consumption of modern food system, people nowadays DRINK more carbohydrates in one sitting than people used to in in several days.
      Constantly elevated insulin levels is behind most of the modern diseases, it destroys the endothelium of all arteries, worsening autoimmune diseases and causing the surge of heart disease, diabetes and alzheimers.
      Don't wait for big pharma to save you, and look around, don't just take my word for it.

We are educating ourselves on this condition and possible treatment plans, medication and cures. I appreciate any information you can share on this. He has never been sick until this condition suddenly attached his immune system. Thank you !

    Great video and info! I have been on the look out for every new therapy coming out. CarT therapy has some serious side effects. So I'm now looking at the INVERSE VACCINE and REVOLOBIO 1805 which says one injection can put you in remission with no side effects. Please do a video on these other two options currently in clinical trials :)

    Ive seen lots of people put their autoimmune disease in remission by going on a carnivore or ketogenic diet only. Adding good circadian rhytm. Lots of sunlight and mostly makes it even stronger. Adding slow movement for hours ( working in the garden) even stronger. Not saying anaybody can be cured. But seen this a lot

Idk if its true for everyone bc at this point I've seen people heal from parasite cleansing (live disease free YT) as well as reading medical medium- there's a connection to epstein bar virus for a lot of autoimmune (along with ppls stories to confirm) currently im looking into DNSR bc once again, many have such powerful recovery stories that are compelling. I read for a lot of patients going on carnivore diet for very long time, didn't eat anything that contain carbs or starch, have got rid of their auto-immune disease. I think if that's the case, adding proper probiotics, digestive enzymes, proper supplementation and nutraceuticals the body will reset itself. I read almost all autoimmune diseases starts from the guts.

      They do, but it is more complicated. That's why people have to study medicine for years.
      Looking at one small part of a system and then just adding something in or leaving something out to get a miracle cure is - sadly - not how it works.
      The gut microbiome is off, also enzyme production and or motility. But why? You can't just add in bacteria and feed them fibre , our body also interacts with them so our functions are determined by the microbiome, but the microbiome is also determined by our body. Then there's absorption and metabolism and hormones and system after system intertwined with the other systems, not even speaking about environmental influences and biological, psychological and social circumstances.
      Every study brings us forward a tiny step, but it's one piece of a puzzle with millions of pieces.

    Thanks for the video. Sir; there are a group of over 600 plant toxins that are amino-acids that the human body cannot make use of, or at least should not. The problem with these amino-acids is that they mimic healthy animal based amino-acids, and the body can if given sufficient volume exposure, use them by mistake in it's protein building. Over exposure to plant based diets that include inadequate processing for plant toxin control (such as fermentation), can allow this to occur. A couple examples of such problematic plant amino-acids, are Canavanine, and Azetidine-2-carboxylic Acid.
    It may well be that the body's auto-immune system is later actually correctly identifying them and flagging them as foreign, thus causing the western autoimmune disease epidemic. This means that the true root cause of auto-immuine diseases, IS the western diet. This should not be a surprise, given that diet's problems causing most of the other western disease epidemics. Remember, all the many many disease epidemics being seen increasingly in the west are ONLY affecting western culture and the areas where it's diet and food mass production techniques take hold. This is current leading science, genuine and verifiable.
