My comment was poorly worded. I really meant to say I wanted to comment about how Amy’s personality has shifted from “sonic obsessed fan girl” to a more dependent character. To answer your question though, I’d have to say the obvious choices such as Charmy, Omochao, etc. Although not an annoying character, I find it annoying how Tails has slowly been reverting to a side character dependent on Sonic basically undoing his entire character arc in Sonic Adventure.

(because the last part got cut off) as if she hasn't been stalking her for a decade or two and didn't basically become a yandere in the 4Kids era. I like Boom Amy since she has the same personality, but I hate regular Amy even after this change because of how the change was done, acting as if Adventure 1 to Colors or Unleashed don't exist.

I’d argue that Sonic could be Fighting, instead of normal, cause of having to run and his speed (stat). Pokémon do NOT have to have the physical strength to be considered a Fighting Type pokemon. Some Fighting Pokemon are pretty nimble (ie Infernape, Lucario, Hitmonlee). Heck Hitmonlee literally specializes in kicking/use of the legs.
Just to cover what the Deadly Six’s typing could be (since everyone else is being too much of stubborn coward to even talk about them:) Zavok: Dark/Fire Zazz: Dark/Fighting Zomom: Dark/Normal Zeena: Dark/Ice Master Zik: Dark/Grass Zor: Dark/Ghost Reasons: Zavok can shoot fireball and looks the most demonic, Zazz is surprisingly strong despite his appearance and loves to fight, Zomom is fat and loves to eat, Zeena is an ice queen both in personality and abilities, Master Zik fights with a wooden cane and loves gardening, and Zor can manipulate shadows and constantly talks about death. They’re all primarily Dark type because the Zeti (their species) are naturally malicious ogre-like demons.
Thanks for covering these guys, it does seem like no one wants to even mention them. I would also like to add on that Zomom could also be Dark/Ground since he can dig into the earth during his boss fight with Sonic and Master Zik could also be Dark/Psychic since he could easily be compared to Yoda and using the Force.
I always forget that Dark Type exists (which is funny, because we just got our first Dark Type Gym in the last game), so I thought Zavok would be Fire/Fighting, since he breathes fire and competes in boxing in the Olympics.
Insults to my favorite franchise aside, Chaos isn't actually evil. It goes on a rampage because of the lingering rage from slaughter of it's species (the chao) and attempt to steal the gems its supposed to guarding. Afterward in it's one later storyline appearance (Battle) it helps out in a crisis, so IMO labeling it completely dark is wrong. (water/dark does work for Perfect Chaos though) I also feel that dark does not work for the werehog as despite it being a transformation from Dark Gaia, Sonic doesn't lose who he is, instead I think dark should be used for Darkspine Sonic. As for chaos energy, I disagree that the positive half would be psychic instead it should be fairy. Though now that I think about it by the way you describe magic in the your type explained videos, Perfect Chaos actually works better as water/dragon.
Chaos is one big challenge : obviously he's a water type but he could potentially be a Ghost/Dark/Dragon/Psychic/Fighting, so I'll just give him a type based on his forms: Chaos 0: Water (Rain dish) Chaos 1: Water & Fighting (Huge Power) Chaos 2: Water & Psychic (Magic Guard) Chaos 4: Water & Dark (Water Absorb) Chaos 6: Water & Ghost (Rain Dish) Perfect Chaos: Water & Dragon (Primordial Sea). Attacks from Chaos 0 to Chaos 2 Hydro Pump, Psycho, Crabhammer and Acid Armor. From Chaos 4 to Chaos 6: Aqua Tail, Acid Armor, Surf and Aeroblast. Perfect Chaos: Ancient Power, Hydro Blast, Origin Pulse and Hyperbeam. Also the Dark Type doesn't necessarily mean that the Pokemon is evil. Take a look at Umbreon and Absol for example. So Sonic being a Werehog, it makes total sense that he'd be a Dark type. Not only because as you said, Dark Gaia's Energy was coursing through him, but also because it happens at night, and the Dark Type is also based on the night (example : Darkrai). As for Darkspine Sonic well... Since he gained that form by feeling negative emotions and seeing that he fights with Fire and the ability to control time by slowing it or speeding it, you can easily make a choice between Fire/Fighting/Psychic/Dark.
Dark definitely still works for the Werehog because he is explicitly using Dark Gaia's power. At the end of the game Dark Gaia reclaims the power and Sonic loses his Werehog abilities entirely As for Chaos, you're correct, and I considered that while editing this video, but ultimately I figured it was best to just treat the characters as if the game they were in were a Pokemon game. That said another angle could be to compare Chaos to Shadow Pokemon like in Gale of Darkness
I always imagined Sonic as Ground/Flying. He’s often associated with the wind, and has little issue with being high up. Also this typing would be weak to water, Sonic’s biggest weakness
Nah bruh electric would better here since he is way faster than wind and even speed of sound. Secondary typing should be rock or fire if his weakness is water because sonic when rolls around drop dashing on enemies is like pebbles shooting at them just like rock or fire because he is so energetic and never resting hedgehog to keep his body warm or maybe increases friction due to over speed, I guess.

Jason Adjiwanou wind type isn’t a thing, and sonic doesn’t fly so he wouldn’t be flying type. He could learn some flying moves like whirlwind and hurricane, but he wouldn’t be the type
eggman's entire shtick is robots, where Tails has never been that hardcore into it. He CAN and does invent stuff, but it doesn't define him like Eggman
He's built every plane he has though. Built dummy ring bombs, wisp translator, all the rides in rush adventure, a radar for emeralds, fixed cue-bot's voice chip, built a fake emerald with enough raw energy to allow chaos control, fixed emerl, fixed gemerl and in tails adventure he builds more gadgets. He may not build robots a ton but boy got skills with machines and uses them in almost every game and show that the franchise has to offer.
8:28 I'd actually argue that Chaos would be Water/Fairy due to the more mystical properties of Chaos energy and _especially_ due to his ties to the Chao; some of the lore actually suggests that Chaos used to be a regular Chao but ended up mutating from the energy of the Chaos and Master Emeralds, and the designs of the most advanced Chao forms combined with Chaos still having a stubby tail like the Chao he protects _do_ point towards that origin. 11:16 I'd argue that Silver is Psychic/Flying, as Silver _has_ been classified as Fly-class character in previous Sonic games and he _is_ able to use his psycho-kinesis to hover and fly through the air.
Chaos isn't quite naturally evil, so I think Dark isn't a good fit for him. Something like Ghost might be better, the way that he's living water that can absorb things and change his shape. However, Perfect Chaos would most definitely be Water/Dragon, no questions asked.
I'd say the base form hedgehogs are all normal with the dual type added on, the dual typing of Electric for Sonic, Fairy for Amy, Dark for Shadow, and Psychic for Silver is good. But while I can see Chaos 0-5 being Water Dark, Chaos 6 exchanges Dark for Ice (because it has Ice Breath and shoots cryo-bombs), and Perfect Chaos exchanges Water for Dragon.

I'd say Infinite would be Dark/Ghost, Dark type cause he's evil (pretty self explanatory) and Ghost type because he uses an artifact called the Phantom Ruby (Phantom, Ghost, get it?)

I’m playing with my own ideas for sonic characters as Pokémon, and I’d like to share what types I gave some of the characters. Please keep in mind that I am a new fan of sonic, I’ve been here for a few months at the absolute most. I’m still learning. Sonic: Electric/Fairy - Electric for pretty much the same reason everyone makes him an electric type and fairy because he’s our beloved hero, the a sign of hope and positivity, and a bit a mischief. Tails: Psychic/Flying - Psychic partially for diversity, but mostly for his intelligence, and flying for obvious reasons. Knuckles: Fighting/rock - Fighting for obvious reasons and rock to reference Both his digging abilities, but more importantly, the master emerald, which I intend of incorporating into his design. Amy: Fairy/Grass - Fairy because she’s.. she’s Amy. And grass because she seems to enjoy nature, and to reference her last name “rose” and to guve some diversity and interest. Shadow: Dark/Fighting - yeah, this one is pretty obviously. Emo loser. Unrelated but he’s a pseudo legendary. And that’s it so far. I have concerts for characters like blaze, silver, etc. but so far nothing’s concrete,

My interpretation of the Sonic/Pokemon typing: Sonic would be Normal/Ground (due to his weakness to water, and he runs, on the ground) Tails to Omega is spot on Fang/Nack could be pure Normal type Vector could be Dragon/Water/Fighting type Espio has a bit of a Ghost/Dark type vibe Mighty seems more like a Ground/Fighting Type Chaos, in his base form, would be pure Water Type, but in Perfect Form, Water/Dragon type. (Chaos always looked like something Manaphy would evolve into if it ever evolves) For the Sonic forms! Super: Psychic/Electric (Was weak to Darkness in Unleashed, Electric because Gold!) Werehog: Dark/Fighting, Obvious! Excalibur: Steel/Flying (Steel because Armor, Flying because Knight of the Wind) Darkspine: Ghost/Fire (Was formed out of hatred, sadness, and burning rage, can control fire) Just my take on them. His moves would be: Acrobatics, Present, Fell Stinger and Smokescreen. Silver is a dead on Psychic type with the Ability Levitate. His attacks: Psycho Cut, Ancient Power, Psyshock and Force Palm (reference to Silver's final battle against Iblis in which he has to put a seal on Iblis's head before striking it with his palm) Blaze... No need for another type. Talent of the same name. Attacks: Blaze Kick (her name is everywhere), Fiery Dance, Flame Charge and Flare Blitz. For the Babylon Rogues, I imagined them having two forms: the normal one which would be Dark+Normal(Jet) Metal(Wave) Fighting(Storm) the second one being available of they hold their gears and give them the Ability Speed Boost and changing their Dark Type to Flying Type. Attacks for Jet: Aerial Ace, Extreme Speed, Outrage and Swagger Attacks for Wave: Extreme Speed, Nasty Plot, Gear Grind and Snarl Attacks for Storm: Brutal Swing, Bulk Up, Extreme Speed and Revenge
True, true. But I added Fighting due to the fact of his immense strength, and in Archie Sonic Comic issue 265, he was able to hold his ground against the freaking *Werehog!* So incredible power mixed with Dark type resistance makes Mighty the perfect candidate for a Fighting Type.
I feel like Shadow would make more sense as either pure Dragon or Dark/Dragon, given the arcane nature of chaos powers that he uses all the time. Other than that, good list!

Here's my thoughts: Sally [Normal/Fighting] - Normal like Sonic, but she lead the Freedom FIGHTERS. Nicole [Steel/Electric] - Whether a handheld device in the cartoon or a holographic lynx in the comics, Nicole is still pure tech. Rotor [Water/Ice] - He IS a walrus, after all. Probably has a few good Steel and Electric moves because of all his gadgets, giving him a diverse moveset. Antoine [Normal] - My favorite Sonic character, tied with Knuckles. He's done some swordfighting in the comics, but not enough to warrant a Steel or Fighting typing. However, he probably would have a few Fighting moves to boost his stats (and ego), a Dark move or two (to represent his more cowardly moments), and some blade-themed attacks for his sword, of course. En guarde! Dulcy [Dragon/Flying] - She's... a flying dragon.
Mephiles would be rock/psychic dark, because he gets all crystalline but also woopdidoop wacko powers of Memphis Tennessee being evil and getting tilted at the towers

My comment was poorly worded. I really meant to say I wanted to comment about how Amy’s personality has shifted from “sonic obsessed fan girl” to a more dependent character. To answer your question though, I’d have to say the obvious choices such as Charmy, Omochao, etc.
Although not an annoying character, I find it annoying how Tails has slowly been reverting to a side character dependent on Sonic basically undoing his entire character arc in Sonic Adventure.

I don't know when they changed her character, but in Lost World, where I first recall her being not his stalker, she says this STUPID line that I can only assume was something like "Sonic, I never got to tell you: I love you!" (because the last part got cut off) as if she hasn't been stalking her for a decade or two and didn't basically become a yandere in the 4Kids era. I like Boom Amy since she has the same personality, but I hate regular Amy even after this change because of how the change was done, acting as if Adventure 1 to Colors or Unleashed don't exist.

I’d argue that Sonic could be Fighting, instead of normal, cause of having to run and his speed (stat). Pokémon do NOT have to have the physical strength to be considered a Fighting Type pokemon. Some Fighting Pokemon are pretty nimble (ie Infernape, Lucario, Hitmonlee). Heck Hitmonlee literally specializes in kicking/use of the legs.

Reasons: Zavok can shoot fireball and looks the most demonic, Zazz is surprisingly strong despite his appearance and loves to fight, Zomom is fat and loves to eat, Zeena is an ice queen both in personality and abilities, Master Zik fights with a wooden cane and loves gardening, and Zor can manipulate shadows and constantly talks about death. They’re all primarily Dark type because the Zeti (their species) are naturally malicious ogre-like demons.
Thanks for covering these guys, it does seem like no one wants to even mention them. I would also like to add on that Zomom could also be Dark/Ground since he can dig into the earth during his boss fight with Sonic and Master Zik could also be Dark/Psychic since he could easily be compared to Yoda and using the Force.

I always forget that Dark Type exists (which is funny, because we just got our first Dark Type Gym in the last game), so I thought Zavok would be Fire/Fighting, since he breathes fire and competes in boxing in the Olympics.
Insults to my favorite franchise aside, Chaos isn't actually evil. It goes on a rampage because of the lingering rage from slaughter of it's species (the chao) and attempt to steal the gems its supposed to guarding. Afterward in it's one later storyline appearance (Battle) it helps out in a crisis, so IMO labeling it completely dark is wrong. (water/dark does work for Perfect Chaos though) I also feel that dark does not work for the werehog as despite it being a transformation from Dark Gaia, Sonic doesn't lose who he is, instead I think dark should be used for Darkspine Sonic. As for chaos energy, I disagree that the positive half would be psychic instead it should be fairy.
Though now that I think about it by the way you describe magic in the your type explained videos, Perfect Chaos actually works better as water/dragon.
Chaos is one big challenge : obviously he's a water type but he could potentially be a Ghost/Dark/Dragon/Psychic/Fighting, so I'll just give him a type based on his forms:
Chaos 0: Water (Rain dish)
Chaos 1: Water & Fighting (Huge Power)
Chaos 2: Water & Psychic (Magic Guard)
Chaos 4: Water & Dark (Water Absorb)
Chaos 6: Water & Ghost (Rain Dish)

Also the Dark Type doesn't necessarily mean that the Pokemon is evil. Take a look at Umbreon and Absol for example. So Sonic being a Werehog, it makes total sense that he'd be a Dark type. Not only because as you said, Dark Gaia's Energy was coursing through him, but also because it happens at night, and the Dark Type is also based on the night (example : Darkrai). As for Darkspine Sonic well... Since he gained that form by feeling negative emotions and seeing that he fights with Fire and the ability to control time by slowing it or speeding it, you can easily make a choice between Fire/Fighting/Psychic/Dark.

Dark definitely still works for the Werehog because he is explicitly using Dark Gaia's power. At the end of the game Dark Gaia reclaims the power and Sonic loses his Werehog abilities entirely
As for Chaos, you're correct, and I considered that while editing this video, but ultimately I figured it was best to just treat the characters as if the game they were in were a Pokemon game. That said another angle could be to compare Chaos to Shadow Pokemon like in Gale of Darkness

Secondary typing should be rock or fire if his weakness is water because sonic when rolls around drop dashing on enemies is like pebbles shooting at them just like rock or fire because he is so energetic and never resting hedgehog to keep his body warm or maybe increases friction due to over speed, I guess.
Flying works so well cause in Sonic chronicles, all his POW moves are associated with wind type damage.

First off, sonic would be electric/ground due to him not being a great swimmer but a fast runner
Second, Espeio would instead be fighting/psychic due to him being a honor based ninja but also a chameleon with the ability to change colors to fit in his surroundings and have a bit of illusion like properties

For Tails, I'd make him with two forms:in his normal form, which would be the Flying & Normal, his moves would be : Tail Slap, Twister, Nasty Plot, and Elekanon (based on Sonic Battle on GBA) with the Technician Ability. His other form would be Metal & Electrical, based on him piloting his Mecha Tornado on SAB2 and his talent would be Final Boom. He couldn't use any arm, legs or tail based moves tho'.
Knuckles : Rock & Fighting with Dynamic Punch, Mach Punch, Rock Tomb, and Flying Press. Talent: Iron Fist.
Metal Sonic would be Metal & Electrical with Trace as his talent.
His moves would be Iron claw, Flame Charge, Extreme Speed and Shock Wave.
Amy strikes me as a Fairy & Fighting with the Rivalry ability.
Her attacks would be Comet Punch (she started boxing in Sonic battle), Wood Hammer, Play Rough, and Pursuit.
Cream's totally flying and fairy, with Friend Guard as her Ability.
Attacks... Bounce, Helping Hand, Play Nice and Roost.

Well it was kinda tough but funny: I imagined him being Water and/or Poison type (poison as a reference to his immunity to toxic gaz in Sonic Chronicles & because Froggy can apparently poison its enemy in battle by using the POW move: Poison Froggy) with Thick Fat as his talent. His attacks would be:
Body slam, Anchor Shot, Rain Dance and Poison Tail (with Froggy)
Rouge's type is perfect as it is, with Pickpocket as her Ability, and her attacks would be Faint Attack, High Jump Kick, Drill run and Flight.
Shadow's dark type is perfect.
For his ability, I wanna say Pressure. His moves...

Omega's types are also perfect.

Jason Adjiwanou wind type isn’t a thing, and sonic doesn’t fly so he wouldn’t be flying type. He could learn some flying moves like whirlwind and hurricane, but he wouldn’t be the type

Built dummy ring bombs, wisp translator, all the rides in rush adventure, a radar for emeralds, fixed cue-bot's voice chip, built a fake emerald with enough raw energy to allow chaos control, fixed emerl, fixed gemerl and in tails adventure he builds more gadgets. He may not build robots a ton but boy got skills with machines and uses them in almost every game and show that the franchise has to offer.
Dark/Psychic for Eggman, Flying/Psychic for Tails. Both would have an arsenal of Steel type moves, however.

I'd say the base form hedgehogs are all normal with the dual type added on, the dual typing of Electric for Sonic, Fairy for Amy, Dark for Shadow, and Psychic for Silver is good. But while I can see Chaos 0-5 being Water Dark, Chaos 6 exchanges Dark for Ice (because it has Ice Breath and shoots cryo-bombs), and Perfect Chaos exchanges Water for Dragon.

I’m playing with my own ideas for sonic characters as Pokémon, and I’d like to share what types I gave some of the characters.
Please keep in mind that I am a new fan of sonic, I’ve been here for a few months at the absolute most. I’m still learning.
Sonic:
Electric/Fairy
- Electric for pretty much the same reason everyone makes him an electric type and fairy because he’s our beloved hero, the a sign of hope and positivity, and a bit a mischief.
Tails:
Psychic/Flying
- Psychic partially for diversity, but mostly for his intelligence, and flying for obvious reasons.
Knuckles:
Fighting/rock
- Fighting for obvious reasons and rock to reference Both his digging abilities, but more importantly, the master emerald, which I intend of incorporating into his design.
Amy:
Fairy/Grass
- Fairy because she’s.. she’s Amy. And grass because she seems to enjoy nature, and to reference her last name “rose” and to guve some diversity and interest.
Shadow:
Dark/Fighting
- yeah, this one is pretty obviously. Emo loser. Unrelated but he’s a pseudo legendary.
And that’s it so far. I have concerts for characters like blaze, silver, etc. but so far nothing’s concrete,

My interpretation of the Sonic/Pokemon typing:

Vector could be Dragon/Water/Fighting type

Chaos, in his base form, would be pure Water Type, but in Perfect Form, Water/Dragon type. (Chaos always looked like something Manaphy would evolve into if it ever evolves)

Werehog: Dark/Fighting, Obvious!
Excalibur: Steel/Flying (Steel because Armor, Flying because Knight of the Wind)
Darkspine: Ghost/Fire (Was formed out of hatred, sadness, and burning rage, can control fire)

I'd picture more Sonic of a Flying & Normal type and he'd have Acrobatics (that's the best way to can represent his homing attack imo), Rollout, Extreme Speed and Double Kick with the ability Speed Boost
For Tails, I'd make him with two forms:in his normal form, which would be the Flying & Normal, his moves would be : Tail Slap, Twister, Nasty Plot, and Elekanon (based on Sonic Battle on GBA) with the Technician Ability. His other form would be Metal & Electrical, based on him piloting his Mecha Tornado on SAB2 and his talent would be Final Boom. He couldn't use any arm, legs or tail based moves tho'.
Knuckles : Rock & Fighting with Dynamic Punch, Mach Punch, Rock Tomb, and Flying Press. Talent: Iron Fist.
Metal Sonic would be Metal & Electrical with Trace as his talent.
His moves would be Iron claw, Flame Charge, Extreme Speed and Shock Wave.
Amy strikes me as a Fairy & Fighting with the Rivalry ability.
Her attacks would be Comet Punch (she started boxing in Sonic battle), Wood Hammer, Play Rough, and Pursuit.
Cream's totally flying and fairy, with Friend Guard as her Ability.
Attacks... Bounce, Helping Hand, Play Nice and Roost.
Big... Well it was kinda tough but funny: I imagined him being Water and/or Poison type (poison as a reference to his immunity to toxic gaz in Sonic Chronicles & because Froggy can apparently poison its enemy in battle by using the POW move: Poison Froggy) with Thick Fat as his talent. His attacks would be:
Body slam, Anchor Shot, Rain Dance and Poison Tail (with Froggy)
Rouge's type is perfect as it is, with Pickpocket as her Ability, and her attacks would be Faint Attack, High Jump Kick, Drill run and Flight.
Shadow's dark type is perfect.
For his ability, I wanna say Pressure. His moves...
Roar of Time, Close Combat, Hyperspace Fury and Teleport.
Omega's types are also perfect.
Ability : Sturdy.
Attacks... Bullet punch, Flamethrower, Heavy Tackle and Boost Punch.
For Espio, totally Dark & Fighting, with the Pure Power ability. His moves: Lick (reference to Sonic Fighters), Water Shuriken, Faint Attack and Detect.
Vector. Top notch Water type with the ability Sound Proof, his attacks would be: Crunch, Aqua Jet, Uproar and Bulk Up.
Charmy: obviously Bug & Flying type, with the Ability Prankster.
His moves would be: Acrobatics, Present, Fell Stinger and Smokescreen.
Silver is a dead on Psychic type with the Ability Levitate. His attacks: Psycho Cut, Ancient Power, Psyshock and Force Palm (reference to Silver's final battle against Iblis in which he has to put a seal on Iblis's head before striking it with his palm)
Blaze... No need for another type. Talent of the same name. Attacks: Blaze Kick (her name is everywhere), Fiery Dance, Flame Charge and Flare Blitz.
For the Babylon Rogues, I imagined them having two forms: the normal one which would be Dark+Normal(Jet) Metal(Wave) Fighting(Storm) the second one being available of they hold their gears and give them the Ability Speed Boost and changing their Dark Type to Flying Type.
Attacks for Jet: Aerial Ace, Extreme Speed, Outrage and Swagger
Attacks for Wave: Extreme Speed, Nasty Plot, Gear Grind and Snarl
Attacks for Storm: Brutal Swing, Bulk Up, Extreme Speed and Revenge
Mighty can't really be a fighting type because his whole shtick is that he doesn't fight.
True, true. But I added Fighting due to the fact of his immense strength, and in Archie Sonic Comic issue 265, he was able to hold his ground against the freaking *Werehog!* So incredible power mixed with Dark type resistance makes Mighty the perfect candidate for a Fighting Type.

Honestly, I'd make Shadow dark-psychic or dark-fairy depending on how you choose to interpret his chaos powers.
I feel like Shadow would make more sense as either pure Dragon or Dark/Dragon, given the arcane nature of chaos powers that he uses all the time. Other than that, good list!
Or Dark/Fairy given that Fairy is also a magic-like type and is the closest thing to a Light type we're going to get, Light + Dark making Chaos (according to Yugioh).
Oh dude finally a video on this. And hey no selling yourself short or I WILL PHYSICALLY FIGHT YOU!! Aaaaaaand I'd actually argue that Shadow would be Dark/Fairy. After all LIKE FAIRY TYPE he's kind of a trickster. Switches sides back and forth. Fairies aren't ALWAYS fun and cuddly you know.

Flying pokemon technically don't need the ability to fly. It be more accurate to just call them air type at this point.

Sally [Normal/Fighting] - Normal like Sonic, but she lead the Freedom FIGHTERS.
Nicole [Steel/Electric] - Whether a handheld device in the cartoon or a holographic lynx in the comics, Nicole is still pure tech.
Rotor [Water/Ice] - He IS a walrus, after all. Probably has a few good Steel and Electric moves because of all his gadgets, giving him a diverse moveset.
Antoine [Normal] - My favorite Sonic character, tied with Knuckles. He's done some swordfighting in the comics, but not enough to warrant a Steel or Fighting typing. However, he probably would have a few Fighting moves to boost his stats (and ego), a Dark move or two (to represent his more cowardly moments), and some blade-themed attacks for his sword, of course. En guarde!
Dulcy [Dragon/Flying] - She's... a flying dragon.
Mephiles would be rock/psychic dark, because he gets all crystalline but also woopdidoop wacko powers of Memphis Tennessee being evil and getting tilted at the towers
