I have been walking with Leslie for over a year and love her. But this was nicely high energy and Rocky's positivity, well, ROCKS! I join with other commenters in wishing for a 2 mile/half hour (or more) with her. And I love on those gorgeous arms as well.
I can’t help but thank you after every workout I do (4 miles of workouts a day, usually in 2 sessions). Besides the usual benefits of power walking, I have discovered my core, and it keeps getting stronger; found and am strengthening the muscles in my back and in my thighs; standing straighter, so much from this approach to functional fitness! Thank you from my heart every session, every day!
I love ALL of the Walk at Home Leaders. I want a 5 mile DVD from them and Michael has to be in it! I also want a series from Rocky- walk, dance- it doesn't matter! Still love Leslie and what she has built! #WalkAtHome #Forever lol :-)

I really enjoyed Rocky as a exercise coach also her energy and hopefully she flowed into the next exercise step. The people who were exercising behind Rocky were awesome and fun especially the guy in the back dancing but still able to do the exercises, he was a ball. It felt like we all were in the same room just having a ball exercising. Thanks for the video and Rocky make another one you are a awesome exercise coach.

Just love this lady she is amazing thank you Rocky I’m 69 years old and I was in a wheelchair for a year , I have Osteoarthritis and Osteoporosis five replacement surgeries done and a reconstruction surgery done 15 surgeries in all. Now I work out with Rocky with Leslie with Nadia and love it and go for walks in my Yorkshire Dales. Thank you so much

Rocky, I especially like the challenge move for knees when you had us keep the hands in place and bring the knees up to the hands. I played with that by bringing my hands up higher and lower to see what it did. Thanks also for the encouragement; I needed that today.
