Love your honesty, and attitude. Hope you've both been healthy lately.
Thank you so much!!
Best Lumen reviews, I've seen so far, thank you for the update and your honesty.
So glad you found it helpful!
I totally feel you, I had amazing goals for when my kids went back to school after winter break... then all the illnesses hit! We just can't give up on the goals!
It's so tough! I'm just trying to listen to my body and not be so strict on the bad days.
Thanks for the update!
Of course! Thanks for watching :)
OMGOSH. Thank you for sharing this.
You are so welcome!
Very informative.
Glad it was helpful!
Can I ask did you lose more weight? That’s the thing I need more help with and looking in to this to help with losing weight. Thanks for anymore information
Since I posted this video I have been focusing on following my lumen plan more and upping my protein intake + working out 3-4 times a week consistently. I know I have lost a bit more weight because my clothes fit differently but I'm not seeing a change on the scale so I'm not sure how much. Honestly I care more about gaining muscle and losing fat so at the end of the day the number on the scale might not change or might even be higher but hopefully I will see more noticeable changes in my body structure in the next months
Lumen can synch with Myfitness Pal, correct?
Not that I know of, I can see that it cam sync with google fit (I have an android) and my garmin watch, but no app for calorie counting.
I had to cut rice and pasta. As soon as i cut rice and pastas (no matter the type) i started blowing only 1s all day. I go rouge and do not follow their diet ideas. i have been working on my nutrient for years. Tweaking the rice and pasta is all it took to allow me to stay in my goals.😊
So interesting! Rice is very triggering for me too lol I love that you're able to learn things like that through this device, but yes I also don't usually follow the plan super strictly. About a month ago I started following their protein recommendations a little more closely and eat a higher protein diet and that makes it much easier to not go over the carb allotment, most days I'm well under.
@Avocado on Everything I had one health coach on YT suggest to save your rice and pasta only on days where you are very active and get a lot of exercise. So not eating rice and pasta on my lazy days is not so bad. I can eat potatoes and bread in moderation and still get level 1-2. I fasted too long today I got my first 2 in a long time, breaking my 3 days of 1s only. You have to becareful to listen to your body. Like you did when you were sick.
It was a good and realistic documented review. Thank you.
I think that your diet needs to change though. You're undernourished, anemic, and don't have nearly enough heavy vitamin foods in your diet. I'm going to suggest that you eat a fresh small grapefruit daily after your coffee, and really go heavy on dark, leafy green salads for lunch/dinner, with more real protein, like ocean fish, and steak. You're getting sick regularly because of the child in school exposures, but also, because your diet is full on non-nutritious lower end needless foods. Bulk up heavily, on dark leafy greens, and daily citrus. You'll see a change, so will your child. If you're mideastern..you'll know Gragirr, and Muluheiiha. :-) Make these a habit because your blood is weak. That's why your menses, is wiping you out regularily. During meses, and before, hit the organ meets like liver harder, more steak, more sunlight, DARK LEAFY GREENS, walking only, and triple that citrus intake. Not all anemias, show up on the dummy doctor tests that insurances allow.
And as you should know already,

I want to try Lumen based on your videos, but need a deep discount, or maybe just a trial period.
Thanks for watching & commenting! These are some interesting points even though I don't necessarily agree with all of them. I should've prefaced this video by saying that what I ate these couple of days is not 100% representative of my diet all the time - some days I eat lots of veggies, other days I rely on quick, more processed options. But yes, I can definitely add more dark leafy greens and fruit to my diet and I recently realized that I never really cared about my protein intake and the quality of the sources which I've been working on in the last month or so.
carb addict
Your comment isn't even for me, but i feel personally attacked 😂
@dh6320 carbs and fried foods had me hooked lol but fasting has broke the addiction
