hey i have an 07 tl, but she dies after sitting for more than 12 hours in he cold, the lights turn on but no turnover lights on dash just flicker when i try to start think its the alternator? im running after market radio as well as subs now and i think that didnt help😭
Ok start with battery. Now the aftermarket gear was just put in? If so then short the main relay it burned the battery out. Now check the main relay under the driver side dash. In your fuse box there three relay for power crank and alternator fuse links relay and volt control. Check wires for corrosion or damage at both end of the leads. Me I say battery damage. But not there to see and check. Sticker on too will say date and pass five year battery can be lacking water or just shorted out. Max life spend.. Now there a main relay under the driver side dash.. this getting into your dash for this. Will do this.. is there a green flashing key light on the dash when you crank? That also can cause this.. but rare just 30% of honda suffer here but due to key being heavy with other keys. But again what you said to me is the battery weak or damage.. now if new still can be the problem also.. check leads on wire for corrosion or damage. Battery must send 12.5 volt to the starter.. now starter just clicks and the battery new charged then your start can be damage this will cause this problem.. before throwing money at part check the starter.. if it short out due to age or weather then this will be why it doing this to the dash light and no crank. Alt just charges the system have nothing to do with crank.. starker do.. check wire going to and from the system. Then with 12 volt lead wire jump the starter and if it cranks then the wire or relay fuse link. But these are the basic we check.. but battery and starter will do this.. start there.. hope I help u..
