I love how you ended this with a long pause, followed by music, and a light close to the practice
Great morning practice once again! A little bit of strength, a little bit of stretching, some good breathing and a calm way to ease into the day. Thank you! :-)
love the cactus/fire hydrant lift and lowers, so hard but so creative!
So glad you loved it!! Thank you for practicing with me!
Really enjoyed this. Thank you
You're so welcome!!! Practice with me again soon! xoxo
Thank you Brett! I really felt my sciatic nerve engaged in this practice with the crescent lunge as well as the fire hydrant circles. My sciatic pain has been really an issue so this was helpful today. I look forward to doing this routine again.
A bit of stress for my wrists.. and (first time doing this, a beginner), the tail bone felt odd in that last segment, so I took a break. but always love trying your variety of classes for my needs, such as morning, night, hips, etc.
Thank you so much for practicing with me today!! 💖🙏
Loved this practice! The hip circles were very challenging but I feel fantastic. As always your instructions are so helpful. Thank you and Namaste.

I gotta find my comfort zone with chaturanga. I always do the full down pushup into cobra that's a little beyond my level.
Chaturanga is so hard!! I have a few videos on it, and you can watch this awesome class preview here: ua-cam.com/video/MILkaKSMV3Q/v-deo.html

I’m concerned about your cue “like you’re getting hit in the stomach”. That whole part startled me so much I had to fast forward. I’ve never experience trauma in that area before but I can imagine that cue could set off PTSD for many people. I’d like to see more trauma informed cueing from every teacher. I know it’s hard to remain mindful about every cue (I am also a yoga teacher) but it’s so important to keep yoga safe and inclusive for all.
Obviously no-one deserves to be put through such horrific situations, but the healing of those emotional scars is something that you must actively work on yourself, and not your yoga teacher 💖✌😊
My sciatica was not happy dearest 😞
