I love the video have a Kayo myself and I just only suggest using the Honda oil next time I know it’s alittle more expensive but it might be worth it in the long run
Bro, you made it look easy. There's not a lot of English videos on this bike so I appreciate the info. Still breaking mine in and ready for its first oil change. I had a feeling that was the way to do it. I just wanted make sure that was where the new oil went. I'm guessing on the opposite side, on top of the gear box, that's where the tranny fluid goes right? It's like a big screw. I just don't know where the drain plug for the tranny fluid is, nor which type of tranny fluid and how much. The jacked up owners manual doesn't mention anything about the tranny maintenance. Anyways, thanks alot bro. Good video! 👍
There is not tranny fluid it’s a wet clutch. Use 10w-40 4stroke oil it’s made for wet clutch bikes. The clutch basket shares the same fluid as the motor. And thank you man appreciates the request glad to help I’ve done a lot of research on these types of bikes and happy to share info on them!
I have a T2 myself and gotta say that it is a really nice bike, the only issue I have with it is the height, it is kinda short, looking forward to increase the height :)
I’m getting the t4 hopefully tomorrow. I’m 6’2 but I’m an 8th grader so I will grow more and hope it still fits me til I’m like a sophomore. I’m looking forward and thanks for these helpful videos!
Nice video! I have a K4 and a K6 both with only 5 hours so I'm planning on doing my oil change here soon. Do you have any idea what after market fuel tanks and skid plates fit these bikes?
I haven’t gotten to anything like that my guess though closest thing you’ll get to a fit is Honda 230 parts most likely early 2000 models since that’s what these are based off of
Normally just a few minutes. I use the kick stand because I don’t a good general enduro riding and will just ride to a friends house sometimes and enjoy the kickstand over a center stand my self.
I normally just start it up low rev and the oil will already be thrown up by the crank upon start up, I always just use kick stand up to you! And to the second question the choke is in a weird spot I’ve notice I don’t really need it unless it’s below 50 degrees Fahrenheit
@@motojanza5686 sorry to ask so many questions... but ive got one more: on average, how many miles to a tank do ya get? I stalled out the other day thinking I had at least 20 miles left, luckily was rather close to a gas station and made it on reserve.
@@gage6661 Don’t be sorry! I posted these videos to help people as much as I can! For me it really varies on how I’m riding, lol when I’m out on trails I don’t get as good as gas mileage on road since I’m stopping n going a lot more. But with that in mind, MilesPerGallon should be about 60-75miles per gallon. 1.9 tank realistically probably only filling to 1.5ish should see about 100 miles per tank is a safe bet. But with the pervious statement that can be less if you’re doing a lot of off-roading from stop n go rather than a consistent speed on road.
Thanks for the helpful videos I’m hopefully getting a t4 tomorrow!
Nice guide! Looks like a fun little spot you have there. Nice wheelies!
It’s not bad! Right down the road from state land and power lines! And thank you

Definitely will be pleased with the T4 I am almost 6 ft and love the size of it

Thank you so much for the feed back!
5 hours Is really early unless your track riding. I use mine for a big ass field an some trails and jus changed my k2 230 at about 40 hours
How long did you warm the engine up for? and would you recommend to just use the kickstand or do you have a centerstand?
Normally just a few minutes. I use the kick stand because I don’t a good general enduro riding and will just ride to a friends house sometimes and enjoy the kickstand over a center stand my self.
One last question, if you have the stock carb, did you notice that your choke is in a weird place with a little bit of a weirder lever to activate it?

I use 10-50 castrol oil, and I noticed that the bike gets hotter and makes gear noise when changing gear: S
Drain immediately and get 10-30w and make sure it’s actually motorcycle oil or you will burn your clutch up
How many hours till you change the oil? How much oil does it need?
Hey man what suspension does it have ? Fast ace?. Is ot fully adjustable
It is Fast Ace suspension for front and back both are adjustable 👍🏼
Do you change the oil filter
They just have screens at the bottom that come out with the oil plug. Just clean and reinstall
How do you do that?
@@kimmymedina3423go to dirt bike Dave's Channel and I'm pretty sure it's the same as the k-6
Would it be the same oil for a t2 230
Yes sir it is
