The most important thing that people don't say to is that you NEED to WARMUP PROPERLY before a workout, it prevents injuries and makes your movements smooth.

I feel like i should share my story to this encouraging video. So i have been recently diagnosed with 3rd stage displasia (part of both my knee caps is missing) and an inconsistent blood flow between my valves. I started doing pilates because it is the only physical training i can do due to these health problems. I had to quit going to the gym, running and everything and change my entire life around. Because i was so devastated i also started to eat my worries away and getting BED (binge eating disorder) so i had to go on a strict diet plan. Im still struggling but this is a sign for you to continue and never give up because even tho it might suck rn it will get better i promise

Ho my ! I wonder what I would do in a similar situation? If a kneecap joint replacement would be a good idea? Doing a quick research on the internet, I found that a kneecap joint replacement is a much smaller operation than a total knee replacement. However, it still seems like a major surgery, normally recommended if other treatments, such as physiotherapy or steroid injections, for example, haven’t helped reduce pain or improve mobility. Happy to read you say that you can get better. That thought is encouraging to have in mind when something that can seems very troublesome at first occurs.

Eat. I mean it, eat. Without food especially protein and carbs the training will go to waste. Training, especially weight lifting mean you are ripping your muscles. You need proteins to grow and repair them. Without any carbs you have no energy to actually do anything. Eating isn’t a reward. It’s a necessity

Looks like you're a bit slow because I'm pretty sure the gym for a lot of people literally always was more about vanity and looking hot than it was about health and fitness. It was only fans before only fans was even a thing. First time I stept into a gym was in high school in 2015 at least 60% of dudes there were completely shirtless not even a tank top or anything (no reason at all to be shirtless) and a lot of them spent more time flexing and admiring themselves in their mirrors, taking pics or videos and posting on social media instead of actually working on their fitness.

If you want to achieve results in the gym you don’t need so much clothes
