Thanks! The instructions were incorrect about left side, saying make sure both L are upwards… because one of the L need to be upside down in order to put it together.

Okay, this tutorial sucks. No audio or even captions to indicate which piece is being attached to what, and you are going way too quick. It's supposed to be a tutorial, and it feels like a showcase.

I was actually able to carefully pull it off with nothing but my hands. It only took a few seconds, but you gotta be careful about it.

Those R and L snap in pieces DO NOT just snap right in!! Why the hell not? I’m not the strongest person in the world but should I be to assemble the dang thing??

I finally got the round pieces snapped in with help from my hubby. I have to say, it is a very comfortable wear. Much more so than what came with the headset.

I had to send it back and get a replacement. I thought maybe I got a defect. They were STILL hard to snap in - hubby had to do it. But if you can get them on, it’s worth it. It makes the headset a helluva lot more comfortable!
