Unfortunately there's no indicator of that as of yet. The last forerunner weapon I saw was the light rifle and that looked to be scrapped, but you never know with these things. The developers have done a better job at keeping things under lock and key.
@Sickjen how cool do you think it'd be if they randomly added a series of weapons in a single season some time in the future to represent the forerunner coming back, so we get access to their arsenal?!??
Instead of completing any of these guns, they decided to add an unnecessary clone of the Bandit DMR in a sandbox already heavily overcrowded with precision weapons. So now, we have the Sidekick, BR, Bandit, Stalker Rifle, Shock Rifle, Mangler, Commando, Sniper Rifle... and now the ninth redundant weapon in the sandbox.
I think the sentinel beam is the weapon of Adjutant Resolution
The Rockets, Cindershot, Sentinel Beam, and the Plasma Repeater in this video are all weapons Adjutant Resolution uses.
