@@KratosisGod youre right but this was 23 years after the events in revenge of the Sith. Vader was no long in his prime and its pretty safe to assume the only reason Luke beat him was because he managed to pull Vader back to the light. And everyone knows a force user is very weakened when theyre having an extreme internal confliction over the light/dark. Its just like in movie7 when Kylo Ren was broken emotionally after killing his father then lost the duel to Rey Also lets not forget that Luke Skywalker is the ACTUAL Chosen One. Hes what Anakin could have been if he didnt go evil
Fun story, I didn't even know I was in a boss fight when Flatakk and Pango showed up. I had randomly loaded a big force push and they both went over the edge with no damage. Even got the force push trophy from it.

Kind of a shame to learn that the bounty hunter types and names are random. One of my favorite memories is being ambushed, called pathetic, and getting kidnapped by a droid named Chonk.
I found that I had a lot more trouble with Malicos and the giant bat than I did the Ninth Sister. She was tough but her moves were extremely predictable and slow. The giant Bat had a massive hitbox and would fill up enough of the arena to make moving around awkward. Malicos also had some erratic moves that would be VERY difficult to block or parry and his unique moves like the ranged attacks were hard to adapt to, especially with how small the arena was. Just my experience though I guess.
LOL Mal' didn't even harm me on easy. He was BS on normal, but I had no tolerance for having no instant retry, and having to get to him past enemies each time. Plus I saw you only get achi's for easy.
haha exactly.. she always caught me when i was close to her and couldnt see what type of RED shes doing. i beat her on grandmaster after like 20 tries :D
Clown prince ah man that fucked me up, three times I got her down to 1 hit and she would flash, charge me and then do the force unblockable which would kill me 😢

I wonder if inquisitor cal is considered a boss, also I find it interesting odd that albino wysokko was placed higher then the rapid Jotaz, I feel like the albino is a really easy boss. Just know the timing of the unblockable and parry the bites
I'd say he's very much considered a boss. You can fight him after unlocking meditation training upon completing the game. Imo he's harder than any other boss I've fought and I played on jedi master the whole game.
personally, I’d say the ninth sister is one of the easiest fights. the attacks are slow and really easy to parry(in my opinion) and if you get the skill with stims refilling your full force bar, you can spam triangle and just rip through her defense
Yeah fr that’s why I was surprised when he ranked 9th sister above Malicos. She’s quite slow and cumbersome compared to Malicos who’s tricky and quick. Lost count at the amount of times he would fake a move and then attack quicker than I could think. Damn I raged so many times.
I love the fact that after dying once against the story bosses, you automatically skip the cutscenes. Every boss focused game needs to do something similar.
@@dustinakadustin I suppose, but to compensate, as DeMod says, she pulls out the Rotating Blade immediately, which can throw you off and potentially kill you if you're not careful.

The bosses I had the most trouble with were oggdo boggdo, taron malicos, and trilla at the end. It got so difficult for the last two I switched to story mode and then switched back after the fights
Lol me too for Malicos and Trilla at the end🤣I finished it yesterday first time playing and the worst thing is I have only 2 Stims and I didn't get the ability that Stims give u force because I'm stupid so I was in a tough spot in every boss💀😭
On my first playthrough i actually got trilla first try somehow on jedi knight. I found out that force push is her weakness. And you can push, sprint strike to get in some good hits. On my second playthrough which was on jedi master i had trouble with her and took me 3 tries. As i was overconfident since i had one more stim canister, power of friendship and it was my second playthrough. And as we all know overconfidence can be a deadly foe.
I definitely died most do Oggdo Boggdo, I just couldn't stop trying. And Trilla was a trainwreck for me, after about 7 tries I switched to story mode as well, no shame in that. What made it too much for me was not being able to read her attacks properly, a problem I had with all Sith bosses. Red lightsabers + red glow for unblockables + seemingly random movement in the lightsaber... No shame in that though, at that point I just wanted to finish the game and wasn't enjoying combat as much as I hoped.
Me after defeating Trilla:Finally i defeted Trilla and she has turned back to the ligthside and i have the holocron time to get outta here Also me: *Hears mechanical breathing* HIGH GROUND WHERE IS THE HIGH GROUND GENERAL KENOBI HELP
Does anyone here feel like '9th Sister' was a walk in the park compared to 'Taron Malicos'?🤔 EDIT: OMG chill out, I posted this back in November and on my fourth play through on jedi master and beat Malicos on my third attempt, compared like thirteen tries on my first play through on jedi knight. I admit I'm not a perfect gamer, but I'm not terrible.
Malacos was the hardest for me too. I actually found Trilla relatively easy. She's vulnerable to light saber throws also and if you have the precision dodge you can get out of the way of a lot of her combos while refilling your force for more lightsaber throws. She took me only 2 or 3 tries, while malacos took me easily 5 or 6. The ninth sister wasn't that hard at all I think. She's especially vulnerable to slow during her unblockable bull rush. Step out of the way and punish her. I have watched other people play and overall it seems ALL enemies in the game, be it little critter or hard boss have a skill they are vulnerable to. You just have to figure out what skills and moves you need to beat them. And that's a good thing. I loved that about this game, that is makes all your skills and force powers actually relevant.
@@LeutnantJoker Well at least you were able to beat Malacos without switching to 'story mode' I'll probably play the game over again pretty soon. And perhaps I'll be better at it. I sure hope they make a sequel in a few years.
2:22 you can also force push the missiles back at the AT-ST, taking a hefty chunk out of the health bar. The best way to defeat an AT-ST in Fallen Order is by pushing the missiles and precision blocking the blaster bolts.
Also the grenades. Like all of them if you position yourself and time it right you can push back ALL of its grenades. Made this fight done in less than 3 minutes for me. And I discovered it unintentionally in a moment of distress and panic.
Going through this game without realizing that parrying is the intended best practice makes it another beast entirely. I got through almost the entire game before realizing that I wasn't meant to be dodging and jumping in and out of combat, and it made the last few bosses so much easier than what I'd been doing.
I love Malicos for one reason, unless he's doing certain combos, he will almost always try to block your strikes. He felt like an actual fight because like a real person he would frequently try to stay alive instead of going for a killing blow
@@70mavgr yeah, first time I played the game Malicos was the only boss I had to lower the difficulty for. The game cheats so bad with him. He can just make up twenty to thirty foot gaps to strike you with something unblockable and his block stamina can be at zero and he’ll just magically still block you. Second time playing through now and after probably 50 or so deaths I finally beat him on Jedi Master without having to lower the difficulty.

True. It's fairly random place and random bounty hunter. I got captured on different planets in different play runs. You then face the same hunter who captured you in the arena.
NoNeedToKnowMe on my 2nd play through I got the stim before entering the ice caves but I backtracked to see if there was another way back and there was. You fight a different bounty hunter but it’s still scripted.

Yea this list is mad weird. Idk why he played on Jedi Knight mode when he clearly can play on Grandmaster level. I do agree with him that most of the bosses aren’t really bosses. I don’t count any of the bounty hunters as bosses or even the buffer up monsters like rabid jotaz and nydak alpha except for Oggdo bogdo.
True. It‘s like as if the first Lothric knight on high wall would walk up to you in a cutscene. Sure if you a new to the genre a pretty challenging fight will follow, but if you played the other two games it‘s just a more jumpy Lothric solider.
It took me an hour, a few tears, and an existential crisis, but this boss fight forced me to master parries. AND THE TRILLA JUST FRICKIN YEETS RIGHT THROUGH YOU
Malicos and trilla are probably the only two difficult bosses tbh. This game is actually quite easy when you get the basics down and since hp of enemies isn’t buffed per difficulty level so enemies are Swiss cheese most times and die in one or two hits.
I think it depends, wether you have experienced this kind of combat before. I finished Sekiro twice, played a good bit of for honor... apart from Trila, I didn't lose more than once on grand master against the same ennemy, while my friend struggled on medium difficulty. Honestly the parry window doesn't seem that different on grand master, and if there was a NG+ I think most of the people would find the bosses actually quite manageable
1: the room before the trilla fight is child’s play if you push everyone into a hole and hack security droids 2: everyone with a lightsaber is hard as hell on grandmaster. I can’t imagine what the other difficulties must be like. I have ptsd
In my opinion she is harder then Sword Saint from Sekrio. She is just too fast. With Sword Saint you can learn his attack patterns and flow of the fight. Plus you have the Mikuri counter.
@@95kingslayer not even close to the same level, her phases are barely different. It took me an hour tops to beat her on grandmaster difficulty but 4 hours to beat Sword Saint without the cheese. I actually found the fight against taren or whatever his name was harder

TBH, I didn't even know the AT-ST had rockets, I never got far enough away from one to see. I usually just attacked the legs until it dropped nades, ran behind, waited for the nades, then attacked. Rinse and repeat.

I'm definitely going to give it another shot on that difficulty. I always start on whatever the "normal" equivalent for boss rankings since I'm assume that's the developers "normal experience."
I started Fallen Order on Jedi master after doing a run of MGR, but i quickly realized that this was alot harder upfront. Didnt help that i now went for grandmaster for the rest after beating the Kashyyk ATST.
I started on Master but went down to Knight cause I kept getting mad and wanted to at least just do the story as my first play through. Could have continued but I found I had more trouble with the animal bosses than the actual humanoid bosses. which is like the exact opposite of DeMod's ranking lol.
It's always interesting what bosses some people struggle with and others don't. Ninth sister was a push over for me. I healed once the entire fight and didn't die once. Taron on the other hand was my hardest fight with second sister coming up real close on the amount of deaths

Agreed. Playing grandmaster I found Malicos significantly harder than Trilla. Trilla still took me at least 8 trys but Malicos felt like he took hours.
Trilla, Malicos, Trolls, and those Dathomir beasts...took me forever to beat them on grandmaster. There's just something cheap about their move sets. Like it wasn't play-tested enough. It's beatable, sure, but cheap. Still, great game and great video.
The Albino Wyyyschokk is by far the easiest boss in the game since you can kill it without landing a single hit. As soon as the fight starts, run into the water next to you and swim to the end of the passage, and then the spider will jump in after you and drown instantly.
Rex malucos took me like 50 tries 9th sister took me like 2 and trilla took me 3 hours to beat. Yes I had 5 hours spare time I finished the game like 20 min ago
@@nickcottone6067 The perceived difficulty depends on your style, I think. Say, if you prefer dodge vs block/parry, some enemies might feel easier than the other. Respawn did a good job by forcing the player to adapt and adjust rather than a using the same approach to every boss. It took me a couple of attempts to finish 9th sister on grand master, but Malykos took many attempts. And the tactics I used against him did not work with Trilla.
For sure. I played on Jedi Master and beat the 9th sister during my second try (died due to being careless when noticing she wasn't that bad) while it took me more or less 10 tries to beat Malikos

The giant Bat had a massive hitbox and would fill up enough of the arena to make moving around awkward. I felt so much shame when I switched to story mode for the sith bosses but I had to do it cause I didn’t want to break my controller. 😅

@@MrJchris97 i mean if you Triple the damage anything is a threat... if you have to damage boost a boss for it to be considered "hard" then it's not really hard.
@@jazzmaster909 Nah, it's more like this: GM is the "souls veteran" difficulty. Everything below that is the "typical EA game" difficulty. It's not that the damage is jacked up on GM, it's that everything below it barely tickles
Taron was hands down my most difficult experience. It took me over an hour.
However, I played on the hardest difficulty only.
Just beat Taron, it took me 45- hour. I’m on trilla and have failed for about 2 hours 😂😂
Hearing you talk about the fights makes me realize how crap I am at the game
Same
same hes like the second sister is very easy. even though i spent like a solid hour trying to beat her
I had trouble with like 4 of them. But I played on grand Master
I know, right? For me the bounty hunters were the worst. They killed me almost always when I encountered them.
@@XXXOverlord666 same. However, I wasn't only frustrated about dying, but losing my opportunity to scan them and having to randomly find the right hunter. They annoy me still.
Dude you keep talking about how “easy” and “pathetic” these bosses are but the gameplay shows you didn’t handle them as easily as you’d like us to believe
yeah, i feel like this guy always tries to convince people how good at souls games he is
Yea he plays just like me and I'm afraid of these games
Honestly bro gorgara is turbo easy
I mean I didn't have much trobule with the bosses, the only ones to get me was the lightsaber battles Wich is like three boss fights
Exactly, he's just bragging about things he "did without difficulty" as he's showing his ass being handed to him on a silver platter.
If you haven't played this game on Jedi Grand Master I highly recommend playing through it again on that difficulty.
I'm definitely going to give it another shot on that difficulty. I always start on whatever the "normal" equivalent for boss rankings since I'm assume that's the developers "normal experience."
@@theDeModcracy thought those hits seemed to not do much. Oggdo bogdo alone has like 3-4 moves that one shot lol
He actually did manage to one-shot me a few times, I just didn't show it in the video. Oggdo is a beast
Most bounty hunter bosses I just Force Pushed off the map lmao
If you force push the flying ones into a wall their jet packs fly off
Did the same with those pain in the ass purge troopers
@@adanhernandez-abrego5078 i was hoping for more of a fun time with bounty hunters, it was fun the first 2-3 times but now i just roll my eyes an sigh whenever i see them
Trilla’s ground pound is the most powerful force move ever used.
Dekuscrubbb That and that force drain attack she does was the two major issues I had with her.
@@AmeerolisaRa-cw3qg that fucking force drain one shot me every time

“Perry’s are the most important part of the malicos fight”
*Me completely forgetting a blocking mechanic exists and only dodging taking me 30+ tries on malicos and trilla*
yo i feel u, in JFO i didnt block for shit, i spam rolled and tried to parry (usually unsuccessful) on jedi master, my timing sucks i guess.
I had kept forgetting about parrys and wasn't sure how to do it for my first time so it was so hard I just went to story mode😅
Malicos took me 4 attempts on Jedi knight
It was the opposite for me. I forgot dodging existed and kept trying to block every red attack.
I was on GM and I HAD to parry malicos and I hated it however I didn't even try that with Trilla she pummeled me for several hours just now but I can finally leave
17:02 Wait, why did Vader bother turning the lightsaber to stab Cal when Cal has a double-bladed lightsaber, so Vader could have just turned on the end facing Cal
drama
Because it looks cooler
Vader hadn't unlocked the double bladed.
No force pushing back missiles at the AT-ST? That makes it even easier than it already is.
yep, and when u face the 2 AT-ST same time, u can use strong force push to throw back all the grenades and kill them in seconds lol
@@NeroTP never knew that haha but oh well it was pretty easy anyways 😂
@@NeroTP when i fought both i just used the dual wield lightsbaer attack. It does so much damage.
@@bobbycollins7620 true, but throwing the grenades are effective too
@@NeroTP i did that to the first walker before I got the dual wield.

Love how you used the Pontiff Sulyvhan OST from DS3 for talking about Taron Malicos - two duel wielding bosses that are a good level of difficulty!
Seeing darth Vader after defeating trills “so this is how I die........cool”
TRUEEE
Well they needed some way to kill of three jedi, because you know: „after left i have this world, the last of the jedi you will be.“ Rip Ezra, Kota, Star killer, Keilan, Shrine, Ulie, Bol and every other post order 66 jedi lol.
Not me I screamed like a bitch
This list would be very different in grandmaster mode.
Agreed. Playing grandmaster I found Malicos significantly harder than Trilla. Trilla still took me at least 8 trys but Malicos felt like he took hours.
@@paulstefanski2991 I agree as well Malicos was unforgiving if you make a mistake at all.
Yeah Malicos took me 2 1/2 hours. Trilla took about 15 minutes
Trilla, Malicos, Trolls, and those Dathomir beasts...took me forever to beat them on grandmaster. There's just something cheap about their move sets. Like it wasn't play-tested enough. It's beatable, sure, but cheap. Still, great game and great video.
Not to mention that spider 1 hits on GM mode
the AT-ST is also alot easier when you realize that you can actually push his granades and rockets back on him to deal massive damage
Slenderman 1.1 I didn’t realise you could deflect its blasters.
Thomas Parry you can also slow it when it gets ready to fire its rockets and they’ll explode on it directly when the slow is done
Thomas Parry sameeeee
The Albino Wyyyschokk is by far the easiest boss in the game since you can kill it without landing a single hit. As soon as the fight starts, run into the water next to you and swim to the end of the passage, and then the spider will jump in after you and drown instantly.
Malicos was much harder than the ninth sister
Agreed beat ninth sister in three tries
Rex malucos took me like 50 tries 9th sister took me like 2 and trilla took me 3 hours to beat. Yes I had 5 hours spare time I finished the game like 20 min ago

Malykos was so much harder than the 9th sister xD
I felt the same. Perhaps, depends on difficulty level. He is hard to parry at Grand Master.
@@amedv I played on master and I still beat him in 2 tries, 9th sister in one and TRilla power stomped me
@@nickcottone6067 The perceived difficulty depends on your style, I think.
@@kalebramirez7327 for malikos I just parry hardcore. I died to 9th sister bc of her rush attack and I got mad. But trilla smacked me
I basically cheesed all the bounty hunter bosses when I was playing on Grandmaster. I just forced pushed them into the abyss below
This game was extremely frustrating at times, for example getting lost during a mission or confused on a puzzle. But once you got most of the skill tree upgraded and a better understanding of the game I began to love it.
