I recently bought a gen 5 g-26 (used to own a Gen 3) and added a stainless barrel and a tungsten guide rod! Had all kinds of issues with light primer strikes. After numerous tries to figure it out and changing everything I could think of, I ran across another UA-cam video that said he replaced the tungsten guide rod with the OEM and it did the trick! No more issues about 400 rounds through it! Love the 26! Always have and always will! Thanks for the video!
This thing shoots just like my glock 17. I feel like I made a mistake by prioritizing comfort over shootability and getting an M&P shield. My friend let me try his glock 26 set up and it doesnt feel discomforting at all.
