Chicken Soup Rough Recipe
1-2 lb chicken from whole chicken
6-8C chicken bone broth
Sautéed yellow onion
3 large carrots sliced
3 celery chopped
Minced garlic
Large bunch of parsley chopped
Fresh herbs: thyme, rosemary, oregano
Salt
Garlic powder
Pepper
2 bay leaves
Let simmer for as long as you like! Serve over rice or noodles (optional)
