    I have a Leggett and platt power base that quit working after unplugging it, and it has not reset button. Any advice? An ga 189916 - two bases.

      Initially, I'd check that you still have power coming from your outlet and a circuit breaker wasn't tripped. Try plugging in a lamp to make sure the outlet it providing power. It's also possible that your base has entered into some sort of reaffiliation mode one you unplugged it and plugged it back in, and you've accidentally unaffiliated your remote from the base. Your manual should be able to address that. Other than those guesses, your best bet would be to find your model on the Leggett and Platt adjustable bed website and look over the manual (if it's there) for programming instructions ( support.lpadjustablebeds.com/troubleshooting ). Or, phone Leggett and Platt customer service and they can probably give you much more specific help, at 1-800-888-3078 ( support.lpadjustablebeds.com/warranty-services ).

    Can you program 2 remotes like that one for the raven adjustable bed

      You may affiliate one remote per base for the Raven. You may use two remotes (keeping them affiliated to their respective bases) when two bases are synced together with the syncing cable.

    I have this exact remote with 2 xl twins. One remote works and the other stopped a week ago. It still lights up but when we pair it it does not pair. We have checked all the connections and they are tight. We ended up syncing both sides to be able to use it but we prefer independent controls. The bases work fine synced together so it has to be the remote. I've tried calling Leggett and Platt and have been on hold for 5+ hours with no response. We've only had it for 13 months but of course the store warranty ended at 12 so they won't come out to help us. Do you have any suggestions?

      I'm sorry to hear about your remote not working. Yes, I know that the customer service for Leggett and Platt has been horrible since they dissolved Fashion Bed Group, and it's especially slow during the coronavirus.
      Their Customer Service web address is: lpadjustablebeds.com/customer-service . Their phone number is 800-888-3078 (just in case you were calling a different number).
      If you're not able to contact them and need to purchase a new remote, you may wish to contact this company: genesiswarranty.com/adjustable-bed-replacement-motors-remote--parts.html . They seem to have a large supply of adjustable bed remotes and may be able to help out. Good luck!

      I'm sorry, I'm not familiar with the product you're describing. The first choice is to go back to the retailer where you purchased the product. If that's not an option and you don't have the manual, look under the adjustable bed base and find the label of the actual manufacturer of the base (not the labels on the motors but the label on the underside of the actual base unit itself). This would be the company that produced the adjustable bed base, and you should then contact that company for follow-up information.

      Hi Coco. This is a Leggett and Platt adjustable bed base, not Orthomatic (I'm guessing this is an older Leggett and Platt model?). Your best course of action would be to contact the retailer who sold you the product. If that's not an option, contact the manufacturer directly. For Leggett and Platt customer service, call 1-800-888-3078. Good luck!

      The Leggett and Platt Raven adjustable bed base has no preset memory positions.

    The remote I have has been showing locked sign in the middle and the button is not working. How do I fix it??

      Without knowing the brand of the adjustable bed base and the specific remote, I wouldn't begin to be able to offer advice. If you're missing your owner's manual, do a quick search online for the brand and model name of your adjustable bed base and you should be able to find a copy of the manual. If not, contact the manufacturer's customer service number and they should be able to help you out.
