Aurora is such an incredible artist, she’s so unique. We can never predict what songs she’s gonna come up with or ideas. She released two books. One for her album The Gods We Can Touch with original lyrics, inspirations, her thoughts… and now one for What Happened To The Heart. She’s amazing 💜
haven't seen her fail. even when she forgot her lyrics on stage, she is charming. there are compilations of it. thanks for reacting to this special performance.
This video shows off Aurora's style of dance, and we know dance was her passion before making music became a passion. I believe this was her own choreography, although it's hard to be sure. There isn't much information to confirm whether she choreographed this, so if anyone knows, please feel free to correct me.
Great reaction as always, this is a beautiful song, love it. Aurora is a multi talented artist, she also paints, she is actually pretty good at that too, at least what I have seen of her doing it in her documentaries, I liked her artwork. Of course, she has also made some of the accessory jewelery she wore in her Exist for Love video.
Hi, Saeed 😊. She definitely has her own unique style, and very artistic with her performances. It's a treat for me as well, as I have only been watching her through your reactions. I still can't get over how much her voice reminds me of Delores O'Riordan. It boggles my mind. Thank you, again, for reacting, and showing me the talent out there. Much love to you and your family ❤😊
There is another video that documents the collaboration between Aurora, her team and the Robotics Institute at Carnegie Mellon University in the making of this incredible artistic endeavour.
Nice reaction to one of my favourites by her😍 And this was released in 2016, pretty awesome video😍🦋 There’s a behind the scenes video as well Aurora uses nature imagery throughout the song, such as the cry of a winter bird, to show how she needs the harshness of the natural world around her to drag her away from a dream world back to reality. To film the video for Winter Bird, Aurora and her director Simon Thirlaway traveled to Pittsburg, PA to work with some of the best roboticists in the world at the Robotics Institute of Carnegie Mellon University. Founded in 1900 by industrialist and philanthropist Andrew Carnegie, the university has become synonymous with being one of the best technology schools in the world. With the help of Carnegie Mellon University’s Associate Professor of Art Ali Momeni and robotics Ph.D. student Ellen Cappo, Simon Thirlaway directed a video that uses drones as characters in the story line. The video takes Aurora’s love of nature, specifically her favorite bug, moths, and shows how as a human she reacts to the changes of her life. Standing inside of a metal, open framed cocoon. See you soon❤️🥰
@@GhostlyEcheveria I’m not quite sure if she did the choreography, can’t find any crediting anywhere🤷♀️ But she didn’t do the choreography in for example “Apple tree”, “Starvation” or “Cure for me”❤️🥰
Thank you Saeed.🙏🏼 I love your comnent to her lyric! Very important! Also she is a formidable poet. Her lyrics really capture you and always make me contemplate, often at tangent to the substance. The ability to have that impact is a sign of true greatness. She is a great mix of a naive child and ancient wisdom that is sooo captivating. Combine that with her being an empath that connects with us all truly make her obe of the the great contemporary artists. Have a wonderful day!❤
Great reaction and analysis! Beautiful song and a very cool video. Not just the cocoon and drone stuff, but she really did some beautiful dancing in it too. Very artistic.
Cool reaction. Amazing song with meaningful meaning. So much details to unpack here. This lyrics are so multi-leyered in meaning. You can interpret it on several ways f.e. some: 1) It is connected with loss and winter is this feeling inside like depression because someone gone. It has similarities in meaning with Lucky. As in this dark (in this case cold times) you need to remember how it was to be alive and remember that the winter go away some day. The cocoon in this interpretation can be connected with transformation and/or reborn from this winter state again to life. 2) It is about dreaming so much that you lost in that dreams and you need to return to reality and life (of course the reason why you dream so much can be also connected with 1) meaning, but not necessary 3) You even can connect it with some technology: like we meet people through the screen on internet. It is great but in the same time a little artificial, without this "warm" feeling, more cold. We are almost wrapping ourselfs (like this cocoon) with this technology and maybe we depend to much on it? These are my interpretations take but you probably can have more :). And i love some details and imaginary in this song. She is Art :).

Live version of winter bird at nidarosdomen is another level
the first Aurora song that I saw. the next half of the year is like a fog. ahah))
One of the most beautiful songs from Aurora. I LOVE this video. So glad you got to see it
Another of her songs that just hangs with me. Love it, and great review/ breakdown!
Such a great song! Thanks for watching!
This, walking in the air, midas touch, and black water Lillie's aren't very mainstream but are my favorites of hers.
This one live is even more epic in the Nidarosdomen church, great reaction as always south neighbor.
Must check out that version at some point. The performances i have seen from that show are sublime.
Thanks for watching.
The songwriting is as good as the singing 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻
100%
A bird struggling to survive the winter. My opinion of the songs meaning.❤
Thanks for sharing your interpretation!
