      Do it kid... Else you will regret like me years later for not starting at young age. Also be mindfull about what you eat. Of course eat what you like, but less often and in right proportion 😊, be mindful about your calorie need and calorie intake💝

    Aahh ! Finally I’ve completed this 14 days challenge , started on 14th of Aug and never missed a single day.. I don’t know about the weight loss cuz I haven’t checked yet but I can see clear difference on my back, fat from shoulders literally disappeared,love handles reduced quite much, bra bulge also reduced but not that much so long story short this workout worth doing and yeah I’m doing it in the day time between 3pm-6pm
    and now I'm accepting this challenge for another 2 weeks so will update you lot on 14th of September IN SHA ALLAH

    I am 31 years old and have been struggling with weight issues for a few years. Back in January 2021, I came across your video, and by March 2021, I found out I was pregnant! I started my diet in October 2020 and managed to lose 10 kg by March 2021, going from 97 kg to 87 kg. Your dance workouts played a huge part in helping me shed the weight.
    Now, after having two kids back to back, my weight has gone back up to 98 kg. I'm determined to lose weight again, so I've been following your workouts daily for the past month, along with a light diet. So far, I’ve lost 1 kg, and I am motivated to keep going!. Thank you a lot. your video helps a lot of moms of toddlers like me.

    Thnak you so much Mam! Life is changed after following ur channel. I am PCOS patient and i was trying to conceive 2nd pregnancy but dr suggested me to lose weight. After that i have started following ur zumba steps and within 15 days I have reduced 2 kg weight. My weights was 81.2 kg and now its 78.8 kg but its not enough. I have to lose 10 more kg weight

    Hi everyone I'm doing this routine since 15 days two times a day and intermittent fasting for 16:8, I can see changes in my body I feel lite and even though I lost only like 2 kg but I feel so active and fresh. I will continue this as my daily routine. Thank you dwd 🎉 .

    Hey , thankyou so much for your videos. I followed this exercise with some intermittent dieting and boom in 15 days i lost 3 kg. I was 61 and now i am 58. I am aiming for 52 , i will continue this workout and loose soon. Again thanku a lot for spreading joy ❤

    Love it !!!! This is my 2nd day doing your full 30 min work out and I am loving it. I am dong a two week straight challenge to to see how much weight I can loose in 14 days. I will do your 30min routine everyday and give you an update on my weight loss on July 4th. I am currently weighing at 78 kg / 172 lbs.

    Hi , this is Ami. My age is 41 and my height is 5'4 with the weight of 60 kg. I want to reduce atleast 5 to 7 kg.     Hi mam .. thanks a lot for this workout I lost around 2.5 kgs in 2 weeks with this video and I followed little diet like no sugar whole day and no rice in the night .. eating dinner very early like that .. I can see inch loss some of my old clothes are fitting too.. yet to go to achieve my target weight .. but thanks a lot for this video mam ..
