Even when I started I could keep up for 12 minutes.. then it became 25 minutes and now I can do the whole 30 minutes without losing energy. These moves are really good for those who want to start somewhere but don't have much stamina... You can stop wherever you need and do the cool down.. and I like the fact that jumping is minimal.

I love these. I'm breaking a sweat for 30 minutes everyday and often do some of the repetitive movements while cooking, watching TV etc. I love how easygoing the routines are and even those who don't like jumping can enjoy them. My waist has started to look more sculpted within 2 weeks. 😊
