More product reviews. Thank you so much. I was looking at a few boots from Revzilla, GP Bikes, and FortNine, but I trust your words if approval. Thanks again.
there are mid-height riding boots out there that look pretty casual, safer than wearing something like timberlands. Imo the race styled gear looks great in black
I only have the Supertech R’s and I love them. Haven’t tried anything else. They are my first boot and I find them super comfortable especially for the level of safety they provide. Biggest downside was the price!
Just bought the SMX Plus V2 and they don’t come with those metal lace-rings.. The new ones come with a fabric loop where the laces go through. A week-point IMO and I already see them failing as I need to laces pretty tight to get a good fit. Another boot where longevity goes down the drain.. I will return them!
Love the smx’s, but I just got a pair of rst tracktech evo II’s almost a year ago, and they’re amazing at only $175. They’ve held up just as well, and are just as comfortable. Glad to see someone else rides only with full, shin height boots. Lol. I love in Arkansas, and I see people in flip flops and shorts so damn often. I’ve been a drummer for 28 years now, and am paranoid about my feet and hands getting crushed. The rst’s are CE2 rated, and I wouldn’t ride in anything less. I’m not usually an atgatt kinda guy, because I ride almost exclusively in jeans, but I do always have my boots, gloves, helmet, and jacket on, regardless of the weather or distance I’m riding.
Do a glove video next! And just more gear in general. I went with the Alpine GP3 gloves, crazy expensive and probably overkill being a full cuff but so far a big fan of them even for casual street riding.
I've been eying the SMX 6 v2. I have a pair of Forma ice pro flows that are nice, but like you said, they are stiff. On the track, they would be fine, but stoplight to stoplight they have too much shit on the sides to hang up on. More and more, I'm liking your content bro 🍻
are you into the MV Agusta 800cc triples (Brutale/dragster/f3) or the street triple ? That 800cc triple is the fastest revving bike I’ve ever ridden personally and the highest compression version in the RR & RC trim is possibly the best sounding motor in any bike ever…definitely the best triple imo. It spent Come across in most online videos but irl it’s intoxicating af and I’m looking at either the RS/Tuono 660 or the MVA Brutale RR. MV’s have gotten crazy affordable for what they are too so it’s hard to go for a 660 when the 800cc triples can be had for the same price. Only benefit to aprillia is better dealer support/service access in the USA for aprillia
I've got the supertech r boots and they aren't stiff as fuck, and if you send your boots back to alpinestars they will service them, new soles and sliders and fix and stitching if it needs it, it's like £200 for them to do it
I tried upgrading from riding shoes to Sidi Crossfire 2 so I could using them both on and off road and they're waaayyyyy too stiff to ride my MT-10. Fine for riding my DRZ for some reason, maybe the ergos work better.
lol i tried the same thing once with my cf2s for shits and gigs on my cbr but the boot doesn’t even fit within the foot controls… definitely different ergos. besides that off-road boots are meant to withstand completely different accidents compared to street boots
I am trying to save some money and stop doing track days in my car and I want to use my cbr that I wouldn't cry if it was damaged but I don’t have a 1 piece suit only pants and jacket that don't connect to each other, am I able to use them for track days or do I need to buy a suit?
I don't wear boots when I ride. I will either wear sandals when it's hot, or sneakers when it's cold. I fell off plenty of time on my bike and never injured my foot......................... just kidding there. I only wear sneakers.
Tell people after you clean your bike with dish soap and pressure wash your many times wrecked Helmet, you clean your boots the proper way by making sure you seal them in a giant airtight bag while they’re soaking wet so the moisture can’t escape. Because moisture cleans things obviously Duh.
Dude obviously I watch the whole video you're not supposed to wear shoes that old this is beginner stuff please oh yeah you just started riding I forgot sorry

Haven’t met anyone who owns these boots and hates em
I'd be interested to see if you could find genuniely safe gear that doesn't outright look like race gear.
Black
@@adobomoto yeah thats fair😂

I love these boots because they're so simple and quick to put in and comfy

100% agree. I loved my SMX Plus boots in the old variation, would rather have these all day long over the Supertech R👍👍👍
I’ve never replaced the soles. However AS does offer sole replacement and I agree 100% regarding the two mentioned boots. 👍👍

Bruh..I’ll sport those walking about.. lol. They fresh as hell.

Love it pare. Hope you can come down here in California and we can ride. More power to you🇺🇲🇵🇭

I just use my alpine tech 3s for on and off road 😂
I have those they are amazing I literally can't think of something I don't like
Are they any shoes you would recommend for a regular ride to work whether it is a boot or shoe?

Triples MVAgusta could be tricky spare parts and maintenance. Aprilia the new 660 has since now good reviews

I have to size up on Alpinestars...I've gone to Dainese in boots now so if I'm wearing jeans I don't have to look a pleb with the boots over them
If you had any advice for a beginner rider what brand of boots would you suggest
Try the SIDI
Adobo pa arbor naman ng full gear 🤭
I have same boots
broo how do you clean your boots cause mine bad already
Baka naman..pwede na manahin yan
Do u have any advice with size?
Bruh after 6 trackdays with my SMX plus V2’s my soles are looking chewed as hell.
Weird. What rearsets you running? Vortex?
@@adobomoto stock R6 rearsets, i hook my outside foot on the pegs while conering, maybe that’s why 🤣
TCX racing boots stiff and noisy hinges but safe, sensible soles and long lasting quality

idk depends on your local track rules but i’d imagine the two pieces would have to at least zip together if they’re not a single piece suit
Are RST boots a decent brand/quality
are they comfortable to walk in all day?
Hey i have a wide foot and dont know what the best boot is for it, do you have any suggestions
How do I sizes race boots abs where can I buy some?
I just wear steal toe square toe boots 🤷🏻♂️
How are they for a wider foot ?
I don't wear boots when I ride. I will either wear sandals when it's hot, or sneakers when it's cold. I fell off plenty of time on my bike and never injured my foot......................... just kidding there. I only wear sneakers.
i need all white boots pls
Buddy's loose in a size 8
motorcycle boots? do you mean cowboy boots?.
Better are not around
Arbor 😅
Girls size 9? That’s a size 7 men
Do they make them in x wide?
I have wide feet too. These are comfy af
is iriding with sneakers a bad idea?
Oh Yeah, if you were to go down at 40-50mph they'll rip apart in about a quarter of a second, not to mention you've got 0 ankle protection
Dainese axial D1 Air you’ll thank me alot later
Darn, you pinoy guys are built in a weird way. Very short yet wearing size 9 shoes which I consider a normal size for someone around 5'10 🤷🏽
Pls I need a boot a size 12 US
Alpinestars also makes really good enduro/dual sport boots for straight guys
If you have to tell the world you’re not gay…you probably are lmfao
Tf is this comment lmao
I've been riding dirt my entire life and absolutely love sport bikes as well, probably kissed less men than you too
