Hey neil bullock new subscriber
That's a surprisingly big diameter spring! I think the OEM springs on my GTO are smaller, and they are known for being too wide and rubbing the tire. Looks like it will be a fun, smooth ride!
They’re considerably bigger than the rear (which are simple shocks/springs) we’ll find out how they ride and if they run soon!
Part number of the cartridge
WHERE DO YOU BOUGHT THESE SPRINGS¿?¿?¿?
How do you like the ride now?
Making me jealous! Really liking the white
It looks soooo good when its clean, I can't wait until it runs again and I can detail it
I mean this is interesting and all, but couldn’t you just opt for aftermarket suspension?
Absolutely, I mean coil overs would have been awesome but these were given to me so... why not?
redeclipzegsx coilovers take a lot of work to setup correctly. If you simply take lowering springs and better shocks 99% of the time you’ll get a better handling car out of the box as it maintains the handling characteristic that it had originally. Not many people have the time or equipment to properly setup their car with corner weighting and such & such
Due to this; It’s easy to unknowingly ruin a car with coilovers. And the good ones that actually come with great dampers are very pricy.
Also go to a local autocross event! People with koni yellows and stock springs often get very close to much more heavily modified cars. It’s really impressive what shocks alone will do for the price :)
Wow that was a lot of fiddling, but I'm glad it worked out! Hope it helps the car a lot. You are hilarious as always, too. Love the intro graphic, since I don't think I've mentioned that before.
