    Thank you for sharing Yan cooking TV show. The last time I've watched his funny cooking class was on 1986. Then in the mid 90's I can never see him again in Australia TV. Thanks so much. Appreciate.

    I always watched Martin and Jaques Pepin. I love them.
    Ginger chicken is one of my most favorite meals. Yummy.

    Thank you so much for the subtitle.This is a good job for someone who want to study English.We can learn cooking skill and English and the same time.And Yan's English is very easy to listen.

      Similar in pronunciation to the difference between Spanish and Portuguese.
      Although written in Chinese, about 30% of commonly words are different.
      Cantonese used in guangdong province and Hongkong in the southern part of china.
      And also many overseas Chinese also speak cantonese.Particular in chinatown.

    Thanks for the upload.i used to rush back home early from school just to watch his cooking.
    That was back in 1997.They aired around lunchtime & i would have my lunch while watching his show.

    It's insane how he never had tried sushi before and was inspired enough to showcase it on his show before it was even a forethought. He was definitely ahead of his time and had the foresight to see what sushi could become

    He didn't put in bamboo shoot, quail egg, and cashew nut in the last dish. I love his advocate for tofu though. Tofu is so underrated.
