I'm so happy the soup was good. I find it's always hit or miss with 갈비탕. Since you're on a delicious Korean food kick, why not some backbone soup next? Or Michelin Guide fresh pasta in 서래마을?
We went two other times to this spot. They always run out of galbitang. We had to arrive at 11. I will do a gamjatang video. I’ll do a pasta one maybe later on. I know dough room will be great but I need to focus on korean food for awhile.
I had very similar galbitang in ganghwa last weekend and it was fantastic! It is hard for me to eat all of the meat from the bone and remain polite hahaha

Just added this one to my list, damn that bowl looks amazing! Only 60 bowls a day lol no wonder it goes so fast especially in Gangnam.
Justin Abroad it’s a bowl of succulent meat on bones. And that meat is soo tender and melts in your mouth. Highly recommend!
