Is this the MOST ACCURATE RIFLE, Straight out of the box? In that price range?
Go to your local stocking dealer that carries Bergara, if you are in Niagara, check out www.lanzshootingsupplies.com
If your local gunstore does not carry them, have them contact:
Ian from ODel Engineering to find out how they can carry the Bergara line and many more great Lines that ODel has to offer.
Special Thanks to Tony for taking the time to chat with us and Ian for being such a great host.
This guy really knows his products which is refreshing! Great job and awesome rifles!
I fell in love with Bergara after watching a tour of their facility in Spain. The employees talked about their company and product with so much love, I couldn't help but love them too. Their barrels are just top notch, and they're growing so well as a full firearm manufacturer.
whatever they're paying this guy he deserves more
Ahh there it is......That's your in the AI video bitching about the price because your a Bergara owner. Fuckin poor people.
@@gsxr1189 ah yes karen
I like what was said about the rifles. I have a HMR 14 and it lives up to its reputation.
I purchased the HMR in .22-250 for coyotes and it is amazing. I nailed a coyote at 485 yards. I would not hesitate to buy another caliber from bergara.
I purchased a Bergara B14 BMP and it's hands down the best rifle I own. Everything on it has amazing quality on it from the stock to the bolt to the barrel.
If it hasn't already been done I'd love to see a head to head challenge with the Savage rifles
This was a truly great interview here.
Had a b14 hmr in 22-250 shot amazing groups from day one with factory ammo 5 shots all 3/4 inch or better at 100 yards and just ordered a hmr pro in 308 can't wait to get it to the range
These rifles are awesome! All of the reviews I've seen have been positive and showed amazing accuracy. I have the Tikka CTR and it is an awesome gun also. Both have smooth flawless actions.
I recently purchased a Bergara HMR in 6.5 Creedmoor and I'm extremely happy with it! It did require good barrel break-in but was shooting close to half inch groups after 50 rounds or so, using my own load development. The action and trigger are excellent and I love the stock.
Bought a savage model 12fv in 6.5 creedmoor. After it was on paper and zeroed, 7 shots in the same hole. The bergara has a nicer stock, feels better in the hand than the savage. But i wanted to buy American. Bergara is made in Spain. I loved my savage so much i bought the exact same one a second time. For less than what you'd pay for one made in Spain. Half inch groups are the norm with my rifle. Not being critical, the bergara is a great rifle. But its a little more than double the price of the savage. I have a true sniper stock ordered from mdt. Its all aluminium and weighs about 3 pounds. 399 bucks. Still 150 less than the bergara. Still American made. Just my two pennies worth.
@@jate2014 savages are good shooters but even a good shooter doesn't leave you as satisfied as a quality action like Bergaras or PGWs. My 10 BA Stealth shoots nominal 1/4 MOA groups with handloads but I still fine myself drawn to rifles like the Bergara.
What is a true sniper stock?
@@savagereloader6699 it has a mdt lss chassis. Google it. Your savage will drop right in it like mine did. Combined with my savage model 12fv in 6.5, its a ragged hole driver. I will post a video on my channel with it soon.
Of course, it was a one hole driver out of the box.
Good sales guy! If I ever get the pleasure of living in a free country, I will own one of these beauties.
I own many rifles that range from bone stock to custom built. My go-to deer rifle is a B-14 HMR. The Bergara trigger is my absolute favorite unit of any rifle setup that I own. That INCLUDES several rifles with Trigger Tech triggers, and a couple Timney units as well. The stock B-14 trigger, in my humble opinion is the best factory trigger in the game. Beats most if not all aftermarket drop-in units. I’ve done nothing to the stock trigger aside from lowering the pull to just under 2-1/2 pounds. Overall the B-14 HMR is a STUD of a rifle for less than $1K. Love the dang thing.
Wow, these are great rifles. I think this is the most passionate presenter from shot show on this channle so far.
Seems like a cool dude. Also a very interesting point of information that he didn't say is that the Trigger Tech trigger in the pro rifles is actually a Canadian manufacturer. Right down the road from me in Mississauga Ontario. They use a patented technologies that they started using in crossbows years ago. They make AR & Remington 700 triggers as well.
baba yaga the bergara uses a Remington 700 trigger.
Halfdollar 86 I guess you haven’t heard of Trigger Tech
Mine came from the factory set at 30 oz. I like it!
This guy from Bergara deserves a raise. New for 2019 though for those wondering: they no longer offer the 3 round shot card that comes with the gun. Now they just fire and function the rifle without testing accuracy.
Why is that
Does it even make sense that they can give you a sub moa proof card.....without the barrel being broken in?
Shot 1.5” groups 5 shots with a .270 savage axis at 500 yards right out the box... haven’t tried a bergara yet so I can’t say savage is better but it’s a great shooter right out the box and for a whopping $500 🇨🇦 why not... next buy is a 6.5 creedmoor savage tactical.. $800 $1400+ with purchase of new scope will be looking to shoot it up to 1000 yards..
I’d like to see a comparison between this and the Howa KRG Bravo.
Yes howa my favorite rifle company rifht now
This really is a great company we started carrying them and I was skeptical at first but after talking with workers and everything and all the happy people I’m a believer they are truly a great company and will be for a long time they are like Remington 700s that are already worked over only thing I don’t like is the limited barrel length I’m sure the lengths are fine but I like my barrels long
I live near the city of Bergara (Gipuzkoa, Basque Country, Spain), where the factory is located in, and that it gives name to the rifle company. Some of the engineers are my mates in F-class competitions. I never thought they would be able to get such a quality product, like the one they´re producing nowadays.
I shot a b14 hmr and it was the most comfortable, perfect feeling rifle. Shot 3 in same hole. I wish I shot 5 rounds.
...and to think I passed up on a change to buy a B14 in .308 for near 'dealer cost' last summer ! I've been regretting that decision ever since.
i mean... at dealers cost it would pretty much be a bargain either way no?
I've been regretting some ammo I walked by before the shortage. I've got some but could have really been in better shape.
Bergara, you guys have an outstanding product!
I have a Bergara BPR17308C XLR Chassis. I put the first video on UA-cam on this rifle brand as a consumer. The rifle has consistently shot 0.5 MOA with my hand loads. The best group I've had was 0.38 inches. It's hard to measure a ragged hole but without a doubt this is the best rifle I've seen out of the box. Bergara has excellent steel in their tubes and the fit and finish is really great also.
Great vid, from that guy
Yep great interview on a fantastic rifle company
Love the premiere model and I am ready to buy
Weatherby, give a target showing shot placement!
Nice Product
Fluted bolt to me is just eye candy. Haven't there been issues with Bergara Premier series along with the Pro model?
I was looking at the Tikka, but Bergara makes some of the best barrels, and THAT'S 75% of what makes a good, accurate LRR...I'm going with Bergara for the money.
I couldnt agree more!
Good choice
Beautiful rifles, definitely stopping by your booth at Shot show 19’.
Love to see the hunter in 6.5 prc
Hmmmm, looking 4 a .338 Lapua. 😋
Gonna get my hands on the HMR Pro next year.
I own one of these guns and let me tell you. Putting rounds on top of each others at 100 yards using out of the shelf rounds.
Damn! Well I know now what I'm asking my wife, for my birthday. Hehe
Bergara aus Spanien zu dem Preis. Klasse. Meine nächste Büchse.
In the market for a new rifle, after viewing several videos seriously thinking Begara HMR pro
Good sales pitch, nothing others don't offer. Why should i choose these? Tikka's equal or better. Howa 1500 is exceptional value accuracy.
You notice Remington's display in the background?I did. I am seriously considering Bergara, what is Tikka's equivalent? am seriously wondering. 1 MOA or better?
Ruger # 1 22-250 a quarter at 100 yds all day long!
I'd challenge a Bergara with a Tikka everyday of the week.
My 6.5x55 does wonders with factory 129grainers. Even better with hand loaded 140grain bergers.
@Average Joe78 absolutely great rifles. I've owned 6 of them and all were shooters.
I'd challenge a Tikka with a Savage but there really not on par with Bergaras for quality and value. Still a great a rifle though
Tikka wins all day vs a B14.
@@halfdollar86 personal experience?
BA reloaded unfortunately yes. I bought an HMR and wanted to love it. I was a sucker for the stock. I could not get it to shoot consistent. One day it was pretty good then the next it was flyer city. So I thought I must of got a bad one. Instead of sending it back I just bought another and decided I would keep the best one. After trying both there was 0 difference in them so I sold both. My Tikka was just more accurate after load development and break in. If you are happy with moa then the Bergara is fine. After I work up loads I expect more. I’m not judging the HMR to hard as I have been more than happy with several Savage 12 s (fv snd lrp) Savage 10s, rpr, and Howa hcr and my Tikka Tac. I was more excited about the Bergara HMRs than any of the rifles I bought. It was an ok shooter but it was not consistent out past 750 for me where all my other rifles have been. I’m not knocking the HMR because now it’s dropped in price and can be bought right.
On the other hand my friend has a premier series and it’s a death ray. Super accurate.
I ordered a left hand hmr 14 in 6.5 but 8 months later, further delays were anticipated so I cancelled my order. I'm so disappointed because it looks to be such a peach of a gun.
I bought one mine did not have a three shot card in it
What scope and magnification is recommended for 300 win mag in this rifle?
Tell what calibers they come in next time
I recently bought an HMR PRO in 6.5 creedmoor and it shoots like crap. Over 1 MOA with Hornady match grade ammo both the 140gr and the 120’s. My ruger precision factory rifle shoots under .5 moa so it’s not user error. I didn’t get the 3 shot card they speak of either. Bought the rifle brand new and the dealer said it didn’t come with the card. As of now I’m really upset with the rifle.
Will you be catering for the Left hand riflemen?
Theyve got the hmr in left hand
Hello. Yeah.
They stopped their custome gun production to make a bunch of stamped out plastic stock rifles . They had some beautiful custom rifles when they had wood stock. I wanted that 308 varmint rifle that had the beautiful tiger stripe walnut stock so bad it was over $5k which I had no problem paying (you expect to pay for quality) but they they stopped making those to cater to the cheap made production run.
What would you suggest. A Christensen Arms MPR in .300 PRC, or a B-14 either HMR or Ridgeline in .300 PRC in a AICS chassis?
My 6.5 PRC MPR is hands down the finest rifle I've ever owned, and I'd be ashamed to admit what I paid for a couple of them. It's not that they've lost their accuracy, they're still 1/2 MOA rifles all day long. The difference is I'm 74 now and the MPR is about 8 pounds all dressed up for the dance. My custom AR in 6.5 Grendel goes 10.5 and my M-40A5 in 300 WSM is pushing 15! Any of the three will shoot the nuts off a gnat if I do my job. The problem is moving from point A to point B without hyperventilating. I'll take my MPR each and every time.
Why did you stop the range cards? You advertise it everywhere but when I went to get one they said you discontinued it and the price stayed the same.
HMR.... nice, but how do you remove the bolt without having to take the cheek riser out of adjustment every time???
Put a sharpie mark on the cheek riser post. Done
Every cheek riser has the same problem. Get a Monte Carlo
Measure it and put it back at that measurement
Small rubber washers will hold the same position time after time.
Small rubber O-ring or rubber washer on the notch you like. Or use a circlip/e-clip.
I've been wanting a 1,000 yard rifle for some time now, just to test myself and see how well I shoot. During basic I qualified expert shooting at various ranges from 25 yards (or meters) to 400, that was in 1984 so it's been a few days and I feel fairly confident that the silhouettes could fall with a stiff breeze, to be honest I don't know.
That was with standard iron sites on an M-16 and it never quite satisfied my curiosity.
Needless to say I just love shooting and the smell of spent rounds in the brisk Autumn mornings, or any morning for that matter!
That being said, I only recently started hearing about these rifles but was well on the way to buying a Remington 700 SPS, wasn't quite sure of the caliber since I will be a greenhorn into this sport, have been looking at various reviews on the 6.5 Cr. or maybe even .338 Lapua. I'm not a hunter though I have no issues as it needs to be done or else shit would get real.
Any advice from anyone reading this would be well received and appreciated!
P.S. I'm a Texan and therefore am starting to have an attitude issue with wild boar!
John C. Well for starters stay away from the Remington SPS....the quality of their rifles has went to shit. If you can find one that was built back in the 2000s then you're in good shape...I have a BDL Stainless synthetic in 7mm Rem. Mag that shoots just about any ammo I feed it under 3/4" groups with the best being right at 1/2" -factory ammo I might add. Anyways go with a Browning or Savage also Winchester still makes a good rifle. Good luck!!!
I’d get a Bergara or tikka for the money, bergara is a lot like a Remington 700 but better, can’t go wrong with either, tikka has some great after market support if that matters to you. I’d go with 300 win mag. 6.5 CR is a target gun I opted for a 26 nosler instead of I’d that says anything.
@@theferalproject2605 it would be nice if the 26 nosler was more affordable to shoot. at almost $4 per round thats a little pricy
Skip C I personally reload and it saves me a lot of money plus the consistency that comes along with it
John C. - Buy a Savage.
This boy right here HAS to be an East Texan with that accent!
Jacob Sounds like GA to me
I was ask if the scope base holes are the same as a Remington . Additionally, are the scope mount screws 8 x 40mm or 6 x 40 mm ?
Mine is ,8/40
They’re compatible with Remington 700 bases & rings, I believe the B-14 series are 6x48 screws and Premier series are 8x40.
Do you build a 6.5 X 284?
No, I would have to say it is not. My friend has a B14 HMR Wilderness that has never been better than a 2 1/2 minute gun. Bergara re-chambered and lapped the bolt face and sent it Back with no improvement. They refused to take it back a second time, saying it needed a new barrel and wanted $500 to re-barrel it.
Ammo tried…
Hornady TAP
Hornady ELDX
Federal Gold Medal Match
Federal Trophy Bonded
Federal Fusion
Barnes TTSX
Barnes LRX
Winchester Expedition LR
Sig Sauer Match
Black Hills Match
Looks like a Tikka and a Remington had a baby...
They use thr same scope mounts as a 700 Remington.
Never heard of the company or seen their rifles. The comments on here look like they were written by people with shares in the company. Am I wrong?
You're wrong, bergara rifles are no joke. The B14 HMR I think won top rifle last year. I bought one for our designated marksman program for our Sheriff's Office to replace an aging Rem 700 LTR. Better function, reliability, features and accuracy for the same price. Give it a try.
@@biggs8729: I looked the company up, I guess their rifles are legit. Nevertheless, the boot licking comments are sickening, and look like they came from infomercial writers on staff.
Paid full price for my B14 with money out of my own pocket, shoots sub-MOA all day long, has good ergonomics and nice fit and finish.
Very happy with it, would recommend for the $7-800 range.
No they are not but they are very good rifle
Not at all... my hmr in 6.5 took many many rounds to break in and get sub moa. My savage was sub moa out of the box
Same here. Model 12fv in 6.5 creedmoor. 3 shots into .22 inch group. First trip to the range. No stupid "break in " period. 100 percent American made.
I think Browning X-Bolt rifles are consistently the most accurate factory rifles. Ruger also has very accurate rifles, including the American line.
im very interested in the bergara pro but have yet to see any excellent groups or people showing off their targets their proud of especially at longer ranges . just about all are poor groupings and ive looked at alot of videos . keep hearing their great shooters but have yet to see it . hoping somebody will post a video of how great they shoot . but until then i think ill stay with my savage model 110 precision which i know puts em all in a cigarette package at 700 !!!
I always heard savage was the best out of the box
My savage axis in 6.5 CM has been driving tacks from 100 to 800 yards since day one. Prone with only a bipod..
@@phillipwright746 same here i have a savage axis 2 in 6.5 that will print .5 moa. with multiple brands of store ammo. But once it gets hot the groups spread to 2moa.
They are.
Good looking guns but I think I'll stick to my Savage rifles..
Agree. I'll stick with my Remington and Rugers
I would agree, but my father just picked up the bergara b-14 hmr, and man it’s an amazing rifle smoother than he’s tikka t3 and also groups tighter. I was also about too get one but then I seen that savage put out a new model “110 high country” so I got that instead, it also is an amazing rifle.
I’m a Southerner , but this gentleman’s use of “this here”, and “that there”drove me to cut the sound.
Does anyone know the name of the rifle tripod pictured at 2:15?
Mj K believe it’s a SLIK DX700PRO, not sure what the head is though.
Savage fan Thank You! I found something like what was on top of the tripod on Amazon. Didn’t know they had tripods that can hold the rifle like that. Thanks again.
Do they come with a scope rail?
I don't believe so. I bought HMR 6.5 Creedmoor used the previous owner put it on there, and the pictures I've seen online don't show one.
Mine did not
So it says what ammo it likes. It says Winchester, I believe Winchester makes more than one ammo type in 6.5.
I have a HMR in 6.5 CM. That's one of the factory ammo mine likes - Winchester Match with 140 gr Sierra Match King bullets.
Bergara makes a very good rifle. But the 6.5 Creedmoor Ruger American Predator may be the most accurate rifle "Out-of-the-Box". Mine consistently shoots 1/2 MOA with 140 gr. Hornady ELD-M factory ammo!
My RAP is upgraded with a Timmy trigger and Boyd's Classic laminated stock. SWFA 3 - 15 x 42 scope.
Eric B. They all can be shooters. I bought a Weatherby Vanguard Sporter in 270 that is shooting quarter inch groups or less at 100 yards with Hornady American Whitetail 130 grain.
Spain
🇪🇸💃
no grouping to support the claim. Honestly the most accurate guns out of the box that ive shot have been Savage's. Up and down the price range they all shoot well. Not even close to $1700
Thats right. They should made seperate clips they can share to everyone whos coming to see their guns, look, watch this clip of grouping whatever to support him words🙌
I just bought a Savage 111 in 6.5 Creedmoor , with the basic nikon scope , its stupid accurate , next bases ,rings and scope update ,and i got it for $500.00 ,so i will be in lower than the Begara base point . The Begara is nice ,and smooth but for $1700.00 ill buy and action and barrel and trigger and stock .
so this is add for bergara not ,,,Is this the MOST ACCURATE RIFLE, Straight out of the box? In that price range?
Right!
did they use a scope, what scope- no scope in the box so its only accurate at two yards out of the box.
Having worked on a few of their bolts I can say it nicely machines but poorly designed. If you ever have a failed forget about it your screwed in the field as there is no way to field strip the bolt. Also the firing pi tips are hardened and can shatter like glass.

@@andyaskew1543 Andy where in that video do they show you how to remove the spring from the firing pin?
They don't.
Not even enough close. Tikka everytime.
B14 Hunter in stainless steel, that tacky stock is cool, i wont buy a blued rifle anymore
Most accurate in that price range? Not in my experience. The last 3 Tikkas I've bought have all been sub moa with factory ammo out of the box. I don't shoot a lot so I'm ecstatic with these results.
My Bergara Hunter in 7mm,08, I never found what it liked. It was getting expensive trying to figure it out.
low 9lbs for there hunting rifle, no thanks, I just got a Tikka superlite that's right at 6lbs, those Bargara are nice looking rifles though
Tikka’s are sweet! The extra weight helps mitigate the recoils and allow quicker follow up shots.
I”ve hiked around hunting with my savage 10 FCP-SR and I weighs around 12lbs with a loaded mag, the weight is not that bad.
Your rifle is only as good as the shooter.
Nope tikka ump
It's the man behind the trigger a Tru shooter can shoot any weapon make it work I held one of these the other day m14 will beat it
Yes and no, I have used rifles that had accuracy limitations.
If you think all rifles are equally as precise you are flat out wrong
What the hell screws to adjust the back stock, why not have a simple adjustment, instead of unscrewing the screws to adjust the back stock, or even better slide ons at different thickness, just like the old days when people customize their own sniper rifles, cheek stock as well, simple slide ons and what about the trigger, adjustable or not ?
7071t6. Trigger.3mins
7071t6 Adjustable trigger? there is an Allen head screw click click click...did you watch?
Someone didn’t watch the video
Mine shoots about an 8 inch group at 100 yards. Pretty darn accurate. Belongs in the dumpster
@Barry bagwell Same here. I own two different models in two different chamberings. Both are sub-MOA with factory ammo. It's time for @montana cold bore shooter to send his back to the mothership.
Post a vid boss
I had one to ! Get a Remington or Savage !!!!!!
Was this filmed in the U.S???
yeah... nar... ill just grab an AR15
From what I’ve seen, no.
NO, it is not the most accurate rifle!! It is the least accurate rifle I ever had (HMR 300 WM). I will have to replace the factory barrel with a custom one or will just trade it in for another rifle (probably second option since finding a good gunsmith is hard these days). Trigger is not good and the lowest trigger pull is 3.2lb. Feeding rail has a sharp edge such that every ejected brass case gets deep scratches. Bedding in my HMR rifle is a joke. Recoil lug hole in the stock is much larger than the recoil lug thickness. Calling Bergara "custom guns" is a BS and highly unethical advertising . Any of my other rifles (some of them paid used $150) have invented accuracy for my Bergara. Heavy bull barrel in 300 WM that overheats after 7 shots is not a good barrel. Haha..and you call Bergara "custom rifle".
Sorry to hear that was your experience, sounds like you got a Monday gun! This has not been our experience we have 3 of them 1 in 308 2 in 6.5 creed. All have shot between 3/4 to 1 Moa. In our opinion is a great rifle for the value.
@@CodeOfArms Mine is going to a gunsmith for service. Since the action is nice (except that brass comes out scratched likely from the feeding rump and that should be easy fix) I will use it for a custom rifle. With proper bedding the original stock should work well with any heavy custom barrel. It will also need a better trigger. The lowest pull on mine is 3lb. As I am concerned, the only good part of this rifle is the action. Everything else is just a hype.
A video on accuracy with no actual targets shown? No actual shooting?
#FAIL
He shows a test target at 5:30. Also, bergara has a reputation. I've personally sold a lot, and shot quite a few, I've never seen one print more than 1 moa.
We make everything......but we don't......
I understand they're great rifles but, don't claim something that isn't true.
Also. It's pretty hard to take a man's word when he's wearing his girlfriend's jeans Mommy.
No. Remington is.
Jason Simone - Remington has gone to shit. I’d take one if it was given to me but that’s the only way.
IF YOU ARE NOT SHOWING TARGETS ITS ALL JUST ADVERTISING. LET 'S SEE SOME GROUPS!!
Savage will be the most accurate out of the box.. for the price. If I want to spend $1700 for a gun, I would have it built FOR ME and my specs, not the factory specs. I already have 3 custom rigs., and have less than $700 each in them. They are all varmint rigs, but also all are bench rest accurate.
pickin4you fake news
@@Polskmofo Which part is fake news? I don't see anything where i posted from any news station. If you do not believe my post.l, than thats your problem, as it is all correct.
@@pickin4you what is one of your 700 dollar custom rigs? i dont see how youre getting an aluminum sub chassis stock with a high quality trigger, fluted bolt, and a barrel with a sub moa guarantee for $700
@@Polskmofo Why does a BR grade rifle need a fluted bolt?? It doesn't. My rigs, all of them are the same except the barrels. My 22-250 is built on a Remington 700 action. The action is trued and blue printed. Shilen trigger. Bedded in the 40XB stock, and has a Shilen barrel. With MY handloads, it is capable of SUB 1/8" groups. I did the stock work and provided the gun, and the rifle builder did th action work, cut the chamber and fitted the barrel and bedded the gun for $350. Now this rifle was built about 20 years ago, but still, a New 40B BR back then was over $1K. I only had $250 in the rifle used, since all was going to be replaced except the action and stock. I know everyone doubts my statements, but I know a really good custom rifle builder that works sometimes for his repeat customers for less than others. My first rifle he built with all the same specs except it had a Hart barrel in .243, and I did the stock work on that one as well, and it was built for the same price. Later I had him build be a .223 on a 722 action and again, all the same specs, with a shilen barrel and it had the same heavy taper barrel, but I set it in an older 700 varmint stock. This .223 has the factory trigger in it that my smith worked down to 8oz. which was too light for a varmint gun, but a few turns on the screw and brought it up to 14 oz. All 3 of these rifles shoot beyond what anyone else thinks. I have had doubters, on gun forums, and that talk the same as you until i show the groups I have shot with all of these rifles, then i do not hear another word. I know how to shoot and have shot varmint rifles since I was very young... Maybe 8 or 10 years old, and shooting long range. I can shoot, and do so better than about 50% of regular competition shooters. They are the ones who cannot believe what i say until they see my groups. I live in Ohio, and personally know the president of the OBRSA, Ohio Bench Rest Shooters Association. He saw some of my groups, and my cousins groups, and he said we would clean up at their shoots, because those guys who do it every weekend cannot shoot like we can. So I am sorry if you still do not believe me, but this is all true. I saved money on all of my builds by buying used rifles, since all I needed was the action and maybe the stock. All of the actions were trued and blueprinted, so they were as straight as a custom action that costs about $2000. Again, you do nopt need and I would NEVER want an aluminum chassis stock. My walnut stocks with pillars and full bedding under the action, and they have not changed POI since they were sighted in many many years ago. Too many of you spend way too much on your equipment. Yes its fancy, and its expensive, but it will not do any better than what I have 3 with a total cost for all of them, less than one of the others.
@@pickin4you 20 years ago, you know a gunsmith that works for you for cheap, you did the stock work yourself, used rifles, walnut stock... yes now i believe that you have a $700 custom rifle. and yes i know you dont need fancy shit for a good shooting rifle. all you need is a good barrel and a decent trigger but most people dont want to buy a used rifle in a boring wood stock and then spend months sending it back and forth to gunsmiths to make it into a good shooting "custom" rifle. and most people dont want to do all the research involved in figuring out which components they want to buy to have a custom rifle made for them when they can buy one thats already put together at the factory and shoots sub moa out of the box.
owned one, FALSE. even in 2018 there were better in the same price range. won't mention any producers neither in comment or answer.
I bought one mine did not have a three shot card in it
